Very friendly staff and always helping in everything

More on the pricey side, but you get what youre paying for. They require year long contracts but offer monthly payment options. There are machines available to work on every single part of your body, and space to use if you prefer more traditional no-equipment exercises. Showers are in two of the three bathrooms, which are always well kept. Overall its a very clean, judgment free space with lots of options for different exercising preferences. Personal training and group classes are available at additional cost.

I was there on Wednesday 8/24/16....and was greeted at the front door by a girl..I mentioned I was looking for a month to month membership....she did not offer me options or a trial pass she immediately started rattling off the names of other gyms I should go to.........pretty much verbally pushing me out the door lol....terrible terrible way to attract customers. ...if I owned this gym I would definitely address this issue....I was actually going to get a membership for twelve months anyways but decided against it because of the girl in the first room.......as I was leaving one of the male personal trainers stopped me and gave me a free 7 day pass ...to try it out and was helpful but due to the..girl I will probably go elsewhere

Small, cramped, dirty and not well taken care of. Music is way too loud. Definitely not worth the high membership fee.

Great place to work out. No one bothers you. Trainers respond quickly when asked. Clean. Open 24-7 works breat for anyones schedule. Love it!

Where to begin . For one, they have little to no equipment and charge 58 dollars a month, and 150 dollars to start up . The manager told me I had 7 days to cancel my contract with no fee and a full refund . I went back on the 7th day and then was told that it was three days ! So not only did I lose the $150 dollar first month, I also was expected to pay my $100 cancellation fee and then the manager said that I still had to pay out the whole years contract ($680) total ! So what is the $100 cancellation fee for if Im still paying for the whole year !? So, I told them this is BS and that I would just dispute it on my credit card . I did and thank god they didnt give anytime any money . If you look on their website it very clearly states that there is a free 7 days but if you look at the contract it says three . Please, do yourself a favor and go to planet fitness . Its like 22 dollars a month and they have 100 times more stuff and dont have some POS manager lying to your face . Hopefully PF puts this place out of business very soon !
