This company was so easy to work with. I emailed to schedule a time to go in, and they offered to come meet me all the way in Bethesda during my work day so that I wouldnt have to rush to them. I worked with Celia, who was fast to respond via email to all of my (many) questions. She was very friendly and quick - everything was finished within ten minutes, which given I had zero minutes of travel time, was pretty great.

This is the first time I have written a negative review but my experience with Mobile Fingerprinting Services was incredibly unprofessional. The mobile fee was not disclosed, the technician was 30 minutes late, and she was not prepared to provide a receipt at the time of services. I paid her in full for her services and she was at my house for 20 minutes, which I know because I started and ended a 30 minute call before and after she left. When I told her I found this unprofessional, she sent an email accusing me of harassing her, wanting something for nothing, having poor quality fingerprints, and being a person with two faces. She concluded the email with Grow up will you. After all of that, I had to write a review because Im pretty sure this was unprofessional.

Fast, friendly and professional. The same day I emailed them they invited me over, and in less than 20 minutes I was through with the process. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get a background check for work

The system glitched once while I was there and we had to re-do a print...but they got me taken care of, super easy to work with, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will use them the next time I need prints.
