It continues astonishing me how this place is still up and running. The clinic is dirty, the staff disorganized and the space tiny. It looks like a European grocery cart selling mangoes. Dont go there, please

Go there why,, one might wonder. Home run IMHO. In and out (barely done fueling up the truck at the station next door), courteous and orderly. Shout out to the tech, neglected to get her name. Wiz quiz for new endeavor to provide for the brood. Right service, right time. Much appreciated

They never answer the phone and they close half hour to 45 minutes before closing time took me 3 times before I got in. Absolutely no consideration for people coming long distances or getting off work they should have at least to late days per week😵😵😵

I have gone here more than 3 times over the years to get my tests done for my school system. The nurses have always been professional and kind with fast service.

The place was dirty and lack customer service. Both the doctor and nurse were bias and had no form of organization. The only reason I went back was because my job already paid for it. But I will not ever go back to location.

I visted this lab to do covid 19 test for travelling. They charged me double for some reason.Its not right to take advantage of the pandemic to make extra money.

All types of labwork done here and the service is good. Depending on what time you go there could be a wait but overall very professional!!

When in for TB test service was great

My company orders drug testing across the country for multiple employers. This company causes us more issues than any other site in the nation.They rarely answer their phone. They never respond to voice mail or email messages.We had a donor visit the site on 5/5/20 and 5/20/20 for urine tests. For some reason, they did not send the specimens to the lab until 6/3/20. By that time, the specimen was no longer viable.Most recently, the site started turning away donors that have paper chains of custody. They say they will only collect using Quest electronic chain of custody. They will not accept paper chains from from any lab.They are completely out of step with the industry. I recommend you stay away from them.

I took a piss in there bathroom. And let me tell you... it was like haven.

Horrible experience! I went there to do a rapid covid test after having spoken to them and giving details about my flight and timing. They told me to come on Friday so that the result can be out by Saturday. My flight was on Sunday and had no other option. When I got there they said that that didnt happen and cant be done since its a weekend. This stressed me out since it was 2 days before my flight. I then had to go to a pharmacy that took care of it !! I have the phone call saved !

Horrible experience, I asked for a fingerprint card, I got a FBI background check instead and got charged 70$, after I realized that is not what I had asked for, went back and got my fingerprint card but asked them to cancel my background check and refund me, the lady who works there said that is not possible because the report is already produced, I come home, check the website a few hours later and the report is canceled. Terrible service, bad experience :(

Quick, easy urinalysis drug test.

The first time I called today a foreign lady answered and I proceeded to ask my question, that’s when I heard a sudden click, I called right back and no one answered so I continuously called back to be exact 25 times and still no answer. I need a background check and they don’t want the business. I know of someone that would love to come and answer the phones but they rather have slackers! 💯

They were very professional. I was in and out.

UPDATE(Part 2)The labs were rejected! My father had to reschedule with another lab to take his test. This was the aftermath of this facility not properly following guidelines. They never verified him with identification nor took his photo. We paid for a legal test which requires proper identification. You can clearly see how rude and unprofessional this staff can be just read their response to my review. Choose wisely before coming here!———————————-(Part1)They charged my father an additional $30 when he already paid $330. KASSAHU TEFERA is very rude! He told me to take it up with DDC and have a good day and hung up on me!!! I wanted to confirm the case # (not personal info.) and he said he doesn’t have to tell me anything over the phone. All i wanted was to make sure the case number matched mines. I’m concerned with my test outcome too. With such an unprofessional environment how will i know our results won’t be tampered with :( BEWARE COMING HERE. 3rd parties aren’t worth the hassle!

I am elevating my concerns past the owner of this location at Metro Labs. Most people who come there want to follow the rules. There are a select few that do not follow the rules. The people who work there are tired, burned out, and somehow feel that they are better than the people who pay for the service. Even if the person does not pay for the service from their pocket, there is a company that sends them. I have informed my agency of my experience. I am not interested from hearing from the owner. Overall, I got what I needed, but I felt like there was some inside joke going on.

It was quick, very good service and reasonable. Besides, good to visit Georgia ave again

Rapid and Efficient Service

Did a walk-in for a FBI Fingerprinting (FD-258). Quick, easy, and 35$. Mask is required of course during this time.

Im so upset the one and only female phlebotomist had to poke me once and didnt draw blood and was moving the needle around so much my arm was so sore the other phlebotomist came in and didnt even wear his pair of gloves to draw the blood had me hold the materials for him. He drew the blood but was painful once he put in the needle. not only that but the female which started the process forgot to sign my samples which needed to be sent that day overnight and didnt send them till Friday. 2 days later. I called the lab where she had to send it to and now its delaying to get my results. Such disorganized people and need better hygiene while doing these things dont go there

Unprofessional. Hope someone else takes over... thank you for replying but I rather keep it public, as I was hung up on when calling earlier. Any business dealing with a serious matter, doctors, banking, law, Etc make sure to accept patrons as long as they arrive before closing hours. Not only were the doors locked before 4:50 p.m. but the person who answered the phone refuses to notify party who requested testing that I had arrived prior to 5 p.m. but she would not be testing today. Must do better

Quick and fast

Never use this location. I traveled all the way here to experience poor customer service. This location then failed to do their job properly by labeling the specimen before sending it off and now I have to return. My employer could not get my results because there was no label on the specimen. They took no responsibility and simply told me to come back in and do it again. The lack of professionalism was unbearable.

They have a more modern intake system, the staff is professional and the Dr is very patient and understanding.

I never ever see poor customer service, special the rude behavior of the lady. She disrespect customer and totally unprofessional. I never see this kind of nasty Lab center with stupid employees in USA. Don’t Go there please!!!!

Believe the other negative reviews you see on here. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Everyone talks about the rude short-haired lady who seems nice at first, but has this very passive aggressive attitude you notice throughout your time here. It was my first time fingerprinting, and she just gave me the card and pointed to a bunch of boxes and told me to just fill it out without specific instructions. She wasn’t very professional and didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. I have this gut feeling that the fingerprinting card will not be accepted by the fbi and I may have to come in again and retake. I decided to just get it done there because I had traveled so far for the service, but if I need to redo the fingerprinting, I will not be coming here. DO NOT COME HERE!!

Had to go there 2 times. Both times I was in an out in under 30mins. Compared to B&W which is a couple doors down they are neck and neck. B&W (6am-3:30pm) is for the early bird that gets up early. Metro Lab (8am-5pm is for the person who gets off at 4pm. Prices are the same. Its a well kept secret. Limited seating though 7 chairs max.

I had to put one star on here to even submit the review. This place is HORRIBLE. if you have the option to do pre employment screening elsewhere i would recommend it. I walked in signed in and no one even acknowledged me for 10 minutes. then two others walked in and went right to the people working there. i told them i had been waiting but i still had to wait until the people after me went....horrible place

Im not confident that they did their best to give me the most bang for my buck. My employer asked for very specific tests, including a 19 panel CMP. Instead of giving me the package deal, I was charged for individual tests and not even given an itemized receipt. They also (accidentally) charged my card twice. When I returned to my doctor, he was shocked at the amount they charged, knowing I dont have insurance. Maybe try Labcorp - they have actual coupons and specials.

So unprofessional they didnt submit my urine test they are stereo type and rude because of them i couldn’t get the job ive been working hard to get.

Literally the worst place to go not professional the ladies barely speak English rude you walk in and it says gone for lunch with no time of when they coming back sign in sheet with no paper just literally back customer service would not recommend if it wasnt for me having to go there for work I would never go

If I could give out no stars at all I would but I have to give out at least one star in order to submit this review but they really dont deserve any. Ive been here numerous times. I have always left upset/dissatisfied and never under an HOURs time (>1hr) The customer service is POOR. Their attitude and all make it seem like theyre doing you a big favor. The phlebotomist who usually draws my blood is rude and lacks professionalism - she still did it all wrong even after I brought a set of written instructions on how to obtain the sample for my tests kit. The door says Walk in clinic Last time I came in Friday at 4:30PM and could not submit because they refused, saying it was too late, then told me to call some manager myself and beg for him to come in and administer the test. Not coming back again - going somewhere else. Its always a story at this place. Enough.
