Extremely satisfied after visiting fastfingerprints conveniently located in downtown DC. After calling a local DC police station I was directed to search for a private company to help me get fingerprinted for a government form. In less then 10 minutes I was in and out with digitally scanned and printed finger print cards. Easy to make an appointment online on their website and accepts credit cards unlike other cash-only options in DC. Two fingerprint cards for $25.00.

Fingerprint rejected by FBI. I raised concerns about the print during the capture but the lady reassured that was her best capture in a long time. Please avoid

Appointment at 11:30. Arrived at 11:25. Waited until 12:05 to be seen. Packed waiting room with seats close together, despite COVID. Would not recommend.

Overall, it was an easy experience from start to finish. The place is easy to find based on the website, and there was no wait when I arrived (I showed up about 20 minutes before my appointment and got in immediately). The person who did my fingerprints was extremely friendly and helpful. The whole process took about 10 minutes, and that was with a same day appointment!

Don’t waste your time coming here. A bunch of unprofessional cold blooded staff that thinks you owe them a life and never listens or help you. 2 miles around there are several other services they go above and beyond to help you.

My fingerprints are very faint and hard to capture, but Angel B. worked with me until we got them all done and acceptable for my background check. I cannot thank them enough for their truly fast response ( I was a walk in and waited less than 5 minutes) and their patience throughout the process.

Staff were nice, but my first time fingerprints did not work. They agreed to do second take for free, but did not compensate for anything else, including my $60 mailing fee to the FBI twice because they didn’t take my fingerprints correctly the first time.

Connie was great, fast, and easy to work with. The prices are also very good compared to other places I have been fingerprinted before. Come here first. 10/10

Convenient, did what they said they would do and very friendly representative.

Waste of my money. They claim to have a federal database but cant send live scan fingerprints to all fifty states. The female asked me did I want them on cards too like that wasnt the only option. Whats the point in doing live scan prints? Been waiting on my license to come for three weeks and Im just finding out I now have to do them over because the live scan receipt code I was given was invalid. Smh

If you need to be fingerprinted on cards, this is the place to go. Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service rep.

Made an appointment during my work day, got there on time, was handed a clipboard to fill out, proceeded to sit in the lobby for 35 minutes. What’s the point in your name if it’s not FAST

Worst experience ever made an appointment waited an extra hour then they closed for lunch, went to the courthouse and was done in 10 mins dont ever go here it is terrible

Just called and pushed 3 for operator... Nothing... Didnt recognize the number and hung up on me for having trouble..🙄
