I am fingerprinted frequently for contract jobs; the fingerprint person is typically very deliberate and careful to roll fingers correctly and place on the card (its not the most difficult job). This woman sloppily completed my fingerprints, and when I questioned if they would be sufficient, she rudely snapped, theyre fine. They were not fine, as they were rejected due to the qualitative characteristics (i.e. the FBI couldnt read them) and need to be redone. Sidenote: this office was absolutely filthy and disgusting, and this woman was unprofessional and inept.

Called to set appointment the following day, she asks that I call if I need to cancel. Okay.Arrive for appointment. No one there. I call and she tells me, oh something came up, I cant do it today.Thanks for letting me know. Extremely unprofessional. Plenty of other options, dont bother with this one.

Shocked to be told ink only prints, I thought ink went the way of the phone land lines.

My fingerprints were done incorrectly and I have to now pay to get them redone somewhere else. Not to mention, my experience here was absolutely dreadful. The man was incredibly rude to me and mocked almost everything I said. I even raised concerns with him that my fingerprints didnt look right, and he laughed at me and said you dont know what youre talking about, the FBI would accept this fingerprints. Well, clearly he was wrong and now I have to pay to get my fingerprints done again. Do not come here.

The service was quick, but the woman who did it was very rude and condescending. Next time I need fingerprints, Ill be going to one of the several other places nearby.
