I called to see if they had a replacement blade for my Andis Styliner 2 blade. I asked the man how much it was and he told me that he couldnt check it because he had a customer. He then told me that I could drive down there to see how much it was. I told him that he could place me on hold. I didnt want to drive all the way there and not no the price. The man couldnt even do a quick scan for me to see how much it was. Just by his phone interactions his customer service was terrible. IM GLAD IM NOT DRIVING DOWN THERE SIR!! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PROBABLY WORST IN PERSON!!! YOURE SUPPOSED TO MAKE MONEY NOT DRIVE FUTURE CUSTOMERS AWAY!! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!

I have been a loyal customer to Scotts Beauty for over 25 years. I seen the business change ownership throughout the years more than once...I had some very bad customer service experience in the past with the old staff/owners. However the past few years have been great customer service, with the current owners. Scotts provides, great hair supply products and they always have the lastest fashion trends. They continue to evolve and I will always be their customer!

Ive been going to this beauty supply store for at least 10 years. I always spend over $100. I really didnt appreciate the fact I brought crochet hair and forgot the needle. They didnt allow me to purchase the needle to complete the hairstyle. They claim I had to spend over $5. So I wanted a refund. They fake refunded me and I never received a refund. And once I contacted then, I was told to call my bank and they were so insensitive to my inconvenience. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I’ve been going to this beauty supply store since I was about 10. I would give it a full 5 stars but I don’t like the fact that they try to be sneaky and follow you around the store. Other than that they are very nice and whenever you need help they don’t hesitate to help. They always have a nice sale on items.

Altough most beauty supply stores are closed this one is still opened during the coronavirous but you have to call ahead to let them know what u want.I called at 10:45am for braiding hair I was sure to tell them 1B kakalon and dark brown. When I got their there was a line of 6 people I waited about 30mins just to be told we dont have what your looking for, I then asked do u have something simular he showed me another type of hair but was very irritated when I asked did they have a mirror so I can compair it with my hair he then yelled no NEXT and dismissed me he was so rude . Dont be mad with your customers when you decide to open that was your choice # very rude !!!!!!

I have patronized this location for a while, but was very disappointed in the service. I purchased a garment without size indications on the box, and when I asked the store representative about it, she said I could exchange it if it didnt fit. The staff today rudely refused to exchange it, and when asked why, they pointed to the no returns on general merchandise at the bottom of the receipt, and used that as an unethical loophole to excuse being dishonest and providing poor service. It was a $25 garment, so I was very disappointed. We should patronize businesses that appreciate our business, not take advantage of it.

Great last minute stop. This store has everything. The management is kind and non-invasive. A very nice sales associate assisted and encouraged up sell of a few key items I needed.

They had some nice stuff. But the service was terrible. Tell me why we I was looking around the store they gonna be like buy something or get out. Like first off I pay YOUR bills without me the electricity in your house would be off. So who are you to rush me. Then imma need you to shush your Bruce Lee looking self and properly do your job. This is my favorite hood beauty supply store! They always have what I want, need and maybe dont need (LOL). The staff is friendly AND helpful!

They dont give refunds on ANYTHING with a receipt and within the amount of time stated. I purchased a bb cream, realized it was the wrong shade (they wont let you try it on in the store) took it back the VERY next day for and exchange and one of the owners examines it and says I cant even exchange it. Im pretty sure they sold it anyhow to someone else...

When i got there at 9 30. They were not open. I asked for a specific brand of hair they said they had but when i got there it was a different story.

Overpriced items, staff fairly responsive. Management gawks at you while you shop. Limited selection, if theres nothing else open itll do.
