Cassie was my stylist? Today. She did an absolutely amazing and perfect job on my wild and crazy hair. I will absolutely be coming back here. Even though I live in Washington, I pass through here a lot. I will certainly come back. Cassie is a true gem and true professional.

Ive been in at the store and everyone is very happy and nice. Ive had my resume in for a while now. Turn over rate isnt bad there. Hopefully I can work at Sports Clips, someday

I went there for a haircut and the manager didnt listen to a single request that i made. Left me siting in the chair six times to help other customers and in the meantime butchered my haircut. Once i stated my dissatisfaction with the cut she then informed me of a no refund policy and ahe would be willing to try to fix it. I will personally never return to this location.

Well I did not get to get a haircut because your staff walked outside and lock the door at 5:56 right in my face as she seen me walking in there was two vehicles that pulled in the minute I started to walk to your guyss door because I was already checked in online she came out and said its closing time at 6 which it was 557 now and lock the door on me I called to get the corporate number or owners number and they would not give me the info oh, this place used to be great for haircuts but the stylist that you guys have on staff now or very unprofessional my hair has been wrong the last two times Ive went there and its in the system for what kind of haircut I like yetis time they cut it somewhat different also they are so busy ready to close or take a lunch break that is hard to get a haircut or theres four of them standing in the back talking while one cuts hair

About an hour wait for the MVP service. She took her time to do it right and I will most likely return the next time I need a haircut

I went in today to talk about a job and the Manager, I spoke with was very kind and passionate about her job and her Salon. You could really tell the place was organized and very clean. She gave me an excellent tour and explained what they do and about the retail they sell. Very important because without good products your service is useless. What I mean is products serve for a couple of reasons. First it lets the stylist be able to manipulate the hair into any direction, Second, when the customer buys products they have them on hand and then they to can apply and easily make the hair more manageable and last longer till they can come back and get serviced.

So friendly! My toddler begs to get his hair cut there. They do a fantastic job working with him. He asks a million questions and they just patiently answer him. My toddler daughter tags along with us when he gets his hair cut and they talk to her too. I have recommended them to all my family! Great family environment.

They did wonderful with my son. He loved the special treatments. The wait was kind of long on a weekend, but you could check in and come back later.

Been there twice, both times they messed up my hair where its noticable. I Gave them a second shot after the first time, and they messed it up even worse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, need more experienced people. Or at least replace the people that did mine both times.

Randi has cut my hair there every time I go there and I couldnt be more satisfied with her worth ethic and her perky, upbeat, sweethearted and funny personality care she has as a person and as an employee! Keep up the amazing work you ladies do and care about and I myself cant wait until the next time I need a new haircut;)!! Theres no other hairstylist company/saloon in Gillette that performs the way SportClips does in Gillette that compare to other saloons the way the do. My boys got a hair cut here for the first time & they loved it... Kids at the ages of 9&11 sometimes hard to please... Going here is a win for everyone.

This is not the first time I have gone into this store and come out dissatisfied. For having military signs and poster and doing promotional military offer they cant cut a standard high and tight. Further more every time I told the stylist that it was not even on both sides she just continued to cut more and more of and never fixed the problem. I sat in the chair until the sides of my head became raw with the amount of times she went over it and the unnecessary pressure she was applying. I ended up leaving before she could give me the message or mess up my hair anymore, after she made me pay for uneven hair cut.

I was just passing by thru this town, but needed a little trim . Got more than expected, great hairdresser and even trimmed my beard really nice, scalp massage too
