I have had past experiences with state farm that were positive so when I was asked by my landlord to get renters insurance they were the first company I thought of. This has definitely been my beat experience so far. They got back to me in 10 minutes, answered all of my questions, were polite and friendly, and I got the whole thing completed in about 30 minutes without any trouble. Plus it was much cheaper than I expected. Easily 5 stars

Ive been fortunate not to have to use my Insurance, but I had excellent service for the 4 years I worked with him. Tom checked in with me regularly, I was able to make updates quickly and easily and always was treated with respect and kindness. I would recommend him and use him again if I move back to the area.

In a city environment with a major insurer, it’s very nice to have the personalized service that Tom, Drew, and the rest of the team provide. No long waits on a central line to speak with a representative, but rather responsive and professional service. Car and renters insurance isn’t exciting, but as a three-year customer, I would recommend to anyone in the market.

Tom Troyano helped me when first searching, and purchasing, Renters Insurance for my old apartment.
