Went to an independent agent and saved over a hundred dollars a month. When I switched and cancelled the policy at State Farm, days later, they took money from my account on auto pay. I called this agency and they said they needed to investigate and would call me back later that afternoon. NO, they didnt call. They cant keep their word and overcharge on too of it!!!!😠

We switched to State Farm from being long time customers of Geico after a price increase with Geico that was unexpected. The staff at Mauris agency are very knowledgeable and always so helpful.
