Had questions about claim, my 19 year old daughter called and spoke with Brian, he was rude and yelled at her asking her what was he was supposed to do about it. Not professional at all. She’s 19 with no experience dealing with insurance, accidents, or claims, you should have been there to answer her questions, not yelling at her.

Rodger Hickman State Farm has done an awesome job for me. I use them on my business policies as well as other insurance and mutual funds. My mutual funds have done very well and after comparing prices for my business, they were the best. They are also awesome with their life insurance policies. They have a very friendly and helpful staff in their office as well. I would highly recommend them.

What’s not to like? Everyone in the office is super friendly. They have always been available when we either had questions or needed advice, even in stressful times like immediately after the November 17, 2013 tornado. They keep us up-to-date as far as any changes to policy coverages. Roger and staff are there for us!

I cant say enough good things about the excellent service I received from Brian at this office. I had a car accident in September and my car was totalled. I was pretty shaken up, and Brian was so kind and compassionate. He took care of all the details of my claim very efficiently. He was very responsive to my phone calls and emails, which I appreciated so very much! I actually had a check for my claim settlement in my hand only 8 days after my accident!
