DC Appliance repair service replaced my garbage disposal with a 1/2 HP whirlpool disposer. They were professional, on time, and got the job done quickly. They also pointed out some things to watch out for, but didnt push to sell their service.they tried to save my old GE leaky disposal but replacement was a must, so i did go with a new installation only cost 325 $ for new disposer way cheaper than other plumber .

They investigated quickly, discovered the problem, attempted a quick fix which they determined wasnt going to work. They planned and explained the next fix, which would require a new part, and showed me the price of the part and discussed labor.After we agreed, the part was tracked down and they returned to quickly make the installation and fix.Very professional, honest, quick and inexpensive.I will use them again if the occasion arises

I called initially, and received a request to send a text. I exchanged a few texts and a representative came to diagnose an issue with the dishwasher, collected $50 and vanished. No follow up, no repair, no further information about how to repair the appliance. Found this to be extremely unfortunate and a complete waste of money.

Our squeaky dryer was driving us crazy. We had another repair company come by. I used this company to fix a leak in my refrigerator and it was about $200. 33 days later the leak came back. They wouldnt come back at no charge to fix it because the warranty on work with no parts was for 30 days. They lost what could have been a customer for life over three days. If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would.

Not military friendly! I chose this company because they had good reviews and they are a family owned business. The person that I spoke with gave me a day and time to come out and fix my dryer until I said that I live on a military base.They said that they would not come to my house to do the work because I live on a base and ended the conversation. I live in a regular house that I furnish and I own the washer? I am very disappointed in this company.

These guys are great! Theyre the rare type of service provider whose first goal is to resolve your problem, even if it means they forego making a fee. I called them to have them come out and look at my dishwasher. They correctly diagnosed the problem as being an issue with the drain line out of the dishwasher, not the dishwasher itself. They recommended I call a plumber and they were spot on. They made no money off me but saved me a lot of time and money and will now be my go-to provider for all appliance related issues.

I highly recommend DC Appliance Repair Service!I was looking for a good company to repair my dishwasher in Centreville, VA. Lassaad answered my call and came the next day to see if my 12-year old dishwasher could be repaired. He troubleshooted for about 20 minutes and determined that a new dishwasher was needed, which I suspected. He charged me for a service call and told me that he will come back after I buy the new one and apply the full amount toward the install. A few days later, I texted Lassaad and asked if he could come the next day. He arrived at 7am, the time we agreed to, and in about an hour he removed the old dishwasher, installed the new one, and hauled away the old one at no extra charge.Lassaad was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and experienced.
