John Walker was the service representative. He was so professional, and an excellent technician. He told me exactly what the problem was, walked me through what he was doing to fix it, and recommended what I could do in the future to help the problem. I appreciated his candid honesty and trusted his opinion. I would use this service again. They were there the same day, on time, efficient and effective.

I had a really hard time finding someone to perform repairs on my LG refrigerator/freezer. No one wanted to work on LG. Thankfully Mr. Appliance was willing. They were very responsive, and knew how to work with LG to get them to cover the parts. Their technician was very professional and on time. Everything is now in working order. Would highly recommend them.

This company is great to work with! They came right out when we called, figured out the issues with 2 different stoves, got the parts and came right back out to fix them. The tech was very kind, respectful and kept his area clean while working!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The repair tech was on time and friendly. I had researched the issue with my water button assembly which I purchased and installed. The problem was the spring (which I later found on line) needed replaced. I didn’t want to pull the panel off that housed the electronics and ice/water parts so I called a professional and the scheduler said the $100 assessment fee would probably be waved as I knew what the issue was. The Technician didn’t remove the panel but after looking at a drawing told me that the spring could not be ordered and replaced by them and the entire panel housing would need replaced ($500+). Charged me $105 for that few minutes assessment. I called LG and they referred me to a parts company and they had the spring ($3) and told me all that needed to be done is pull the panel and replace the spring. WOW! Great company or bad Tech? You decide.

Ive needed service two different times and fortunately they were ableeach time to come same day and repair what I needed. Very happy with them.

After a service on my refrigerator the repair technician lost a new part I left in case it was needed.Office staff suggested to order a kick plate to ship to my home but that order was not located again.I was told another kick plate will be ordered and I will be contacted.I have left phone messages and no response. Its now going beyond months.I drove over 300 miles one way for service. Im disappointed in this business and left with no part.

On our recent repair request, Mr. Appliances entire team from the office to their techs were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were always updated as to the delivery of the parts.. We hope their business model continues unchanged. We have used them in the past and will continue to recommend to others. I believe their business model builds customer loyalty, where the customer is made to feel their service request is a priority.

We were able to schedule an appointment with Mr. Appliance right away, and they returned in a couple days with the necessary part to repair our clothes washer. Both men were quite professional.

We used Mr Appliance based on the reviews we read online, but those reviews were far from the experiences that we have had. Mr Appliance technicians came out and assessed our fridge/freezer. They ordered a part, but it was the wrong part, then overcharged us for the part, then were late to the appointment when the correct part finally came in. We were also charged $200 in labor for the less than 10 min repair. A few days later, and the fridge/freezer is still not working. This has been a nightmare and I would never recommend this company to anyone seeking honest billing and an actual repair.

Great customer service! From providing the needed parts I needed to do repairs myself as well as providing quality repairs to the jobs beyond my abilities. Definitely dont want to have anymore repairs in the near future but look forward to using them again when they arise.

Mr Appliance saved us! Our fridge had gone out. We had call a few companies to have them come look at it but all were book out for several weeks. Mr Appliance was understanding and came out quickly. The technician paid great attention to detail, mat on the floor, added a longer water line, and was able to find the problem quickly. They were clean, and very friendly. Also loved that i got a picture of the tech before they came over, felt very safe and taken care of. Would recommend!

Repair tech was friendly and personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the new part in his van. Had the dryer running in 15 minutes. He explained what might have caused the problem soI can avoid it in the fututure. Very proactive. Cost was steep, but what isnt these days. He was just 15 minutes late. Not bad considering I called Mr. Applioance the day before and got an appointment slot that worked for my schedule.

Paid over $100 for them to see why our dishwasher was leaking. They told us it was the pump and gave us the part number to order it. Had to special order the part since no one in town had it. When my husband went to go replace the part, we realized it had absolutely nothing to do with the pump and it was in fact the gasket being split! Regardless we went ahead and switched out the pump ourselves which took about 10 minutes where they quoted us an obscene $300 to fix an unbroken pump. Very frustrated that we paid $110 for someone to pull out our dishwasher and tell us an incorrect diagnosis. There was also damage done to the cabinet when they pulled the dishwasher out.

The gentleman came to evaluate status of our dishwasher. It was dead. The man was very professional and explained what costs would be involved in repair. The dishwasher repair would be 1/2 cost of a new one.

I wish there were words to express how dishonest and unfair this business is.Our kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 hallways flooded on Christmas Eve at 2 AM. We had up to 1/2 inch of water in some spots, and we sustained extensive carpet/ceiling/wall damage in the basement underneath the flooded area. This was due to the front hose on the dishwasher coming loose and spraying everywhere for about 15 minutes, until our child was awakened by a waterfall hitting him on his bed in the basement.Anyway, we bought a new hose, pulled out the washer, and reattached the hose ourselves. Then I drained water from the pan underneath so that the sensor would allow the dishwasher to run. After removing all the standing water I could see/feel, we still continued to get an error message.The repair man came, noticed there was a very small amount of water that had dropped down behind the sensor, he tipped the washer forward a little, he soaked up the small remainder of water, and then...CHARGED ME $107.28!!! He told me, You were so close. You almost had it. Oh, nice. I almost had it. Thats great to hear.It took him about 3 minutes. That was just enough time for him to make a few rude/snarky comments and then rob us. I did not appreciate his attitude, but what can I do really? He didnt even reattach the washer to my counter or replace the kick plate. If I had him do that, Im sure my bill would have surpassed $200.I should have tipped my dishwasher slightly forward on my own, but Im still recovering from falling through my attic floor 3 weeks ago. Its 2020, so Ill just deal with that and a very greedy, dishonest appliance repair and keep that lesson in the mental file should a future need arise. Please do not call these crooks.

Where do I start. I had been dealing with another repair service since Dec 28 in regards to repairing my fridge. It was impossible to get an appointment in a timely manner and because they overbook their technicians you cannot even be guaranteed they will come. After they didnt show up for a scheduled appointment and bumped me to one week later, I was done. At this point it had been one month without a working fridge that was only 4 years old. $96.02 for a 8 minute visit to tell me my machine was unfixable and to quote me a repair price; unbelievable!!! Was told if I wanted to buy one of their refurbished machines, I could get half of the service fee applied to that. Bait & switch here, and anything they can do to get a quick buck!! Despite describing the issue to the appointment setter, she continued to push to have a repairman look at it. Repairman said exactly what I had told the appointment setter, and then charged me for it anyhow.

The repairman was friendly and forthcoming about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I appreciated that. Unfortunately I had to wait over a weekend to get the part and get it fixed, but it all works now. I appreciate the text a day ahead so I can plan my day around when they will be there. After all, one would only call them due to an emergency caused by a defective appliance, and getting it repaired are the reasons I continue to call them when another inconvenient broken appliance occurs.

I was led to believe the cost would be 89 dollars. I ended up paying over 160 for about 10 minutes worth of work. Way too expensive for what Im getting. Very poor value. That being said the tech was polite, professional, and got the job done.

Alex arrived on schedule the following morning after my call. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Alex left with our dishwasher back in working order. Two thumbs up on service but it came at a surprising cost. 165.00 for an hours work, is a bit much in our opinion.

Called Mr Appliance St George to make a replacement install for me.The hood vent over the stove that I purchased at Lowe’s was installed to the existing duct in less than 40 minutes time. Their bill for the install services was $281.00 !The trainee who presented the bill was alone with me while his trainer went outside at that time. I wonder if the senior employee exited my home because of embarrassment for the outrageous fees that would be presented to me. The trainee said that bill was discounted and the correct charges for services to install a HOOD should be $301.00 according to Mr Appliance.Having few rental prosperities around our Southern Utah area I’m familiar with service prices. It was MY mistake not asking for their fees prior to schedule the services! A regular installation fee as this should be between $120.00-$170.00.PLEASE don’t make the same mistake. Ask for their scheduled fees to make sure you will not be robbed!!!

$96 min charge is totally unreasonable - especially if they want $900 to replace a compressor on a newer $300 chest freezer, no one in their right mind would do so, so theres no way to apply the min charge to the repair. Total rip off.

When he determined that my washer was going to cost a lot to fix, he looked up how much each part would cost and gave me an estimate of what labor costs would be. He then recommended that I get a new one and even gave me recommendations of what were the best brands as well as a recommendation for the best shop to find them. I really appreciated the extra time that he took to ensure that I understood everything. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance for all of your appliance needs.

My washer stopped working mid-cycle 2 days before July 4th. They sent a tech, David, out and he and the company made it a priority to get the washer repaired before the 4-day holiday weekend. I appreciate the prompt, excellent customer service. I also appreciated the text updates for appointments and they even send a picture of the person coming to your home.

A bit of a difficult task... fixed in 1/2 hour.

I had these guys come to my home a few years ago and I was not happy with the service. This time when I called them it was a totally different experience than before. I was thrilled with the service and the technician was just amazing and so helpful. They are also under new management and owners.

Evin was great. We bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot and took it home ourselves and then called them to install it. It was such a better deal than Home Depot and they did a great job, even hauling away our old one. He took the extra steps of vacuuming where the old one was and spraying bleach spray to clean the area before installing our new dishwasher. Very happy and will use them again.

Had them over twice to find out what was wrong with two different refrigerators. They wanted to charge a fee $75 just to look at it. The problem was that there diagnoses was wrong. They tried to say that a part that cost $30 some dollars online was $150 plus that’s apart from the visit. I did it myself and It took less than 10 minutes to install. The owner of the business and the repairman were on the phone several times. It really seemed like she controlled every step. The repairman expressed that he was fearful of her. She should really spend more time training her repair people.Recently, I tried to make peace by donating two refrigerators I had in my garage. According to their own repairman, which I paid a fee to look at them, said all they need was Freon. The lady at the front desk called the owner to see if they can take them in. The owner said to charge me $20 to pick up the refrigerators that I was donating. She at first said because it takes time to pick it up. I’m literally less than 500 yards away. I said, “forget it I’ll give it to some one who can use it.”When you run your business like that your going to have reviews like this. I tried several times to give them a shot but to no avail. I was really pulling for them but see that the problem is at the top.
