Abdul is the best property manager ever!!! He is always here and quickly responds to any and all issues. Always has a smile, waves, and makes you feel so welcome. The apartment itself is no frills and zero amenities. It is really nice having someone working on the properly who cares and responds immediately when needed.

One of the best things about Yuma Gardens is Abdul. He’s the building manager and is as pleasant and wonderful as can be. He’s personable, trust worthy and always willing to help when needed. Overall, Yuma Gardens is a great place to live. The only downside is that there are no amenities, no door man, and zero security. Neighborhood is great- by the metro, lots of restaurants, dry cleaners, nail salons, markets and more.

The five stars is for our maintenance guy, Abdul.Always cheerful and proactive with tenants. Anytime one encounters Abdul, he greets one and asks if everything is OK in unit. If an issue does pop up, hes easily located and issues are addressed accordingly.Abdul is a true asset to this property.Sincerely,Louie Aponte

I have been a resident at Yuma Gardens for 6+ years. Management is responsive, courteous, and professional.Abdul has been taking good care of the small occasional maintenance issues since I moved in. Hes always friendly and works quickly.

I agree with another reviewer. AWFUL communication from management- as in non-existent. It is incredibly loud here from other tenants & construction without any sort of notice. This is in the middle of a pandemic when everyone is working from home/ taking classes from home. Currently studying for a law final with construction above me with no notice and no idea when it will finish. It is not worth it. Pay the money and go somewhere else. Reached out more than 10 times to management with absolutely no call back and no resolution.No roach issues for me. Price is good for the space you get. If you are okay with lots of noise- this is the place for you.Maintenance: Abdul is so kind and so efficient. Anytime Ive had an issue, he got in contact with me quickly and fixed the issue very, very timely. Ill be moving soon because of the awful management. However, Abdul is who I will miss most. Practically always on or near the premises and is quick to respond and remedy the issue. Always says hi and chats with tenants as we see him. He is always making sure that we have no issues with the unit. So while management gets 0 stars, Maintenance (b/c of Abdul) gets over and above the 5 stars!

The apartment is basic and adequate for the price, but management and sound proofing leave something to be desired.Maintenance: Abdul is great. Veryhelpful and friendly.

Overall a decent place to live. The apartments are huge for a not huge price, as long as you have an in-office person your issues get handled accordingly, I had no major bug issues or anything. The apartment complex is run down and there are no frills with this place, but you definitely get what you pay for and Dawn is the BEST!

Yuma Garden management team has done a good job during my stay. In most cases, service for lease renewal/adjustment and apartment maintenance was quick and effective. Staffs in management office were polite, friendly, and helpful.
