Honestly I was so happy. We received a letter from the DMV that we missed our inspection. Balise got us in right away to get it inspected and we were able to avoid the registration from getting suspended. Thank you!

Awful experience. I will not buy another vehicle from them. They told me that I had a 30 day warranty on the used vehicle I purchased which is fine. They refused to repair the vehicle even after bringing it back multiple times to fix things that they said they fixed which they did not. Then kept it for 2 weeks and waited for the 30 days to run out and told me they wouldnt repair it because it is now passed 30 days.

I have been using Balise for all my service needs on my 2019 GMC Sierra. My last experience with the service department has been very consistent with all my other ones...great! They get you in and out quickly, provide you with all the details of the repair, and get the job done right, on time and without any add on repairs that other dealers may throw at you. In particular, Joe Papa has been someone I have dealt for quite a few years, and he has gone the extra mile to insure that my truck has all the service bulletins and other warranty items addressed as well as providing a heads up on future additional repairs that me be needed.

Joe in service is great! I didnt have an appointment, but my car was definitely in need of service. The service team was able to fit me in and had my car back on the road and running great in a few hours.

Balise was incredible. They were super communicative, gave great advice (even before I was officially a customer), and fixed the problem FAST. We originally took the car to a different dealership (Cerrone) who were terrible. Cerrone had our car for a month and were unable to fix it, never provided a loaner vehicle, lied about the car being under warranty, and were terrible at communicating with us. Balise was like a breath of fresh air to deal with, and Joe Papa specifically was fantastic. I will only be taking my car to Balise from now on.

The entire team was amazing especially our salesman Dave. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. He was available without overbearing with pressure. I have to say it was truly my best experience to date with purchasing a new vehicle. He is a huge asset to your team!

I would like to post my personal review on this business and the people that work there. Never in my life of dealing with car dealerships and auto mechanics have I ever run into such incompetent Shysters. My Cadillac was there for over two months and they said they couldn’t fix it to get it to another dealership who had no problem with it I asked for a refund which was $809 which I did not receive until approximately two months later but I had to go to the credit card company and file a dispute as the dealership said they were not authorize a cash payment and they had to wait for the service manager to authorize a refund. However that never materialized after two months and many many times contacting them the only reason we reach an excuse it’s from the service manager in the employee there stated the proverbial saying the check is in the mail but never to arrived !

While having routine oil change performed an oil leak was noticed and determined to be covered under warranty. Service manager Joe Papa scheduled for vehicle to be brought back within a week to have service completed after ordering parts needed. A loaner car was given to us to be used until my vehicle was completed in a few days. Service was good and has been since owning the vehicle.

Buyer beware…. Ask questions and look at all the numbers you can.Unfortunately when I discussed the price with the sales person and the sales manager, it was never mentioned that all Silverado, tahoe, and suburban have no choice but to have their $1300 protection coating for the seats and paint, along with the $600 rubber floor mats. This was a $1900 surprise that was never brought up until we were about to run the numbers. I looked into the breakdown, which they hid the total amount of the vehicle with all fees from me and said the “page ran out of room” which is why it wasn’t there. I walked away and had I not read the fine print, it would have been a big mistake.Also, when they did show the numbers, it was based on a 7.99% interest rate, after I told him I have great credit. They wanted to push the focus on the high monthly payment at 7.99% to draw my attention away from the marked up sticker and fees price. Then they would have come back with the 2.99% gm rate and the monthly payment would have been much less, exciting me, drawing the attention still away from the actual amount needed to finance with all the extras they tried to hide in but not disclose to me.

Josh was very helpful and accommodating. I sent my wifes car and mine for an oil change and tire rotation within a 2 day time span. I had forgotten one of the appointment times and I tried to call balise of Warwick. The service department didnt pick up so the call center picked up automatically. The person I spoke to was VERY miserable, gave an attitude, and was huffy puffy making me feel like I was a nuisance calling them. This person even said to me well Im not there so its not like I can just walk over and ask them needless to say I was very upset after talking to this person. At the actual appointment time Josh was very pleasant to work with and made sure I was happy communicated with me respectfully and efficiently.

You would think with the amount of money they charge you, their service advisors would be nicer. What one will let you do another one wont. Weve always been able to drop our Avalanche off to get serviced when they were able to take care of it. Apparently that wasnt ok with the woman I spoke to today. HURD Chevy it is 🤷‍♀️

Originally, I was shopping at a different Chevrolet dealership. As with most other car dealers I was getting the run-around. I contacted Balise Chevrolet without any lofty expectations. The gentleman helping me told me that there was no issue. And then when I offered to take him for a ride in the parking lot he said that they know what the issue was and that it could be the start of a ball bearing going. And I had to tell them I want it fixed before my warranty was up and they told me they would order the parts for the HUB. Once I got home I checked my paper work and it never mentioned a part being ordered. I called back and left a message and no one ever got back to me.

Great experence no pressure got the truck that I wanted at a fair price

Once again service at Balise Chevrolet was a great experience due to Joe Pappas the service manager. He is knowledgeable and patient in describing what is needed and makes me feel as though I am getting the best advice and service possible. I have finished paying on my car loan and own the car outright but I still bring it back to Joe for service. I am looking at new cars again and only because of Joe am I even considering another Chevrolet.

I had a very pleasant experience with Shaun at Balise of Chevrolet. I drove 3 hours to get the car I wanted and it was absolutely worth it. I had initially spoke with Taylor and there were a few details she had incorrect from when I actually went to the dealership but they were very understanding and worked with my family anyway. Waited a week for a truck to come in for myself. I was told truck was in.I said i will be in at 5.00pm to do the deal . What do they do ? Sell the truck and dont give me any heads up. Now because they couldnt get their act together Balise has lost a returning customer over their dealerships greed. Balise is Balise. Transfer the truck next time or give me a direct answer so I could make the purchase if I wanted to.

I recently purchased a silverado 1500 from balise chevrolet, salesman dylan texiera. the experience was awesome. dylan and the management and financial staff were very attentive to detail, patient and understanding. they presented me.with all of my options and understood that general people do not make purchases like this every day. i visited at least 6 local dealerships of various makes and models and dylan was the only salesman who kept in contact with me without being pushy. he truly understood what it was like to be a purchaser, he knew was i was looking for, he even helped install bluetooth on my wifes gmc sierra.. chip, who was one of the managers tried to do anything to meet my price limit, he even saved us $200 extra for being an educator without even asking. the financial rep who i believe was jt (sorry spelling) was so thorough and explanitive, that he made a very stressful process seem simple. i would highly recommend this balise chevrolet staff of warwick to anyone. thank you for your attention to detail. awesme job

I purchased my truck at another dealership. Balise has always serviced my Chevy trucks, quite frankly because of Joe Papa.. He makes sure that the job is done quickly and right the first time, and if its not he takes care of it immediately. My brand new truck with about a thousand miles had a defective drivers side folding mirror. I brought the truck in and a day later Joe had the part. I brought the truck in to have it repaired and two hours later it was fixed. The reality is I could buy anywhere but....service..... Ill get it at balise, basically because of Joe Papa and the service technicians.

The process for a new vehicle was extremely easy. Within minutes of walking in on day one, I had a dealer tag and the keys to do a test drive. They contacted me at the exact time they said I would to advise me of the approval and I was in and out of the dealership on purchase day with all of the paperwork. I would definitely recommend them again for customers to get a vehicle.

I drove around the back and seen a nice Camaro SS without any plates on it so, I assumed it was for sale. When I entered to inquire about said car they told me it was a customers car. That was fine however, some tall goofy old guy with white hair said. ya thats a customer car, we dont sell sporty cars like that. In a rude and condescending attitude. Being a Chevy dealership I would assume you might have a Corvette. Money just walked out the door because of a bad attitude. I had 50-60k to drop today!

Shaun was a fantastic sales rep, let my wife and I take the car on multiple test drives and made himself available for questions whenever we needed him. JP handled the finance portion he was very direct and respected what I did and did not want for extra coverage on the car. This was a two day process that lasted 5 hours combined. Well to begin with I arrived about 20 minutes early. I was going to wait outside for my appointment time but then I saw that nobody was inside in front of me. When I pulled in I was greeted cordially by the attendant and he asked if I had an appointment which I replied yes.He then asked what service I wanted done and asked the mileage and directed me to the waiting room. I admit i was surprised to see all the usual public conveniences that Balise Chevrolet offers was out of service but I realized they were following the proper protocol to protect their Customers and Employees from this terrible ordeal of the Covid19 virus. I had a detached rubber apron on the front of my Chevy Trax. Since the item was intact, it was reattached for only the labor fee. I appreciated the cost savings.

My overall experience was good. I saw the truck I wanted online, called and verified that it was in stock, and took it for a test drive that evening. I decided that I wanted the truck, and sat down with the salesman to go over some numbers and discuss my trade. Everything went well until I wanted to place a deposit on the truck and return the next day to take delivery if the numbers worked out. I was told that a deposit wouldnt be excepted, and it wasnt until I was going to walk away did they change their mind. I learned the next day that a fellow co-worker had a similar experience at this same dealership. I will be considering this in the future should I decide to return.

This was our second vehicle purchase from Balise Chevrolet in the past 3 years. Shaun Joseph and JP Habib are the most pleasant and easy going car dealership employees I have ever dealt with. They understand what you want and how much you can afford because they listen to you and work within whatever financial limits you present to them. With the amount of personal details they remembered from three years ago, they either work for the CIA or they are two of the most genuine people one will ever meet. Both of these guys are so affable, pleasant, patient, and understanding I cant see any reason why you would want to purchase or lease a vehicle anywhere else. I know I wont be looking anywhere else next time, much like I didnt look many other places this time. I knew I didnt have to, and that trust is worth its weight in loyalty.

We have an intermittent problem and hopefully the problem is solved.

I brought my Corvette in due to a check engine light and I was pleased with the service and the explanation of what caused the light to come on.I was disappointed with the dealers web site, which allowed me to book an appointment on a Saturday, only to find out once I arrived at the dealership that they did not have anyone specialized in Corvette that works on weekends. I left my car at the dealership until Monday, at which time the work was done.

To whom it my concern the service was good the salesman was good at his job but overall I was disappointed that the suv didn’t come with two keys which for $94.00 I had the purchase it from the parts department in the back of the shelf so there was two keys after buying the second one from the back not good

Pleasant time there

STAY AWAY from the service department. This review is a little long, but I want to go into detail to show what you are dealing with at Balise Chevrolet. Last spring, my daughter, who is in the Navy, was finishing up a training class in the area and would be moving to a new post on the west coast. I offered to help her drive across country as the pandemic was getting underway and places were shutting down in some states. Before leaving, I wanted to get her car, a Cruze diesel, serviced, specifically change the fuel filter and oil and filter. Balise had appointments available within a short window, so I booked the appointment and took it in. Got out before noon and went to meet my daughter. As we were walking back to the car, I noticed something seem to be under the car. On closer inspection, the cover door that provides access to the oil drain plug and filter had not bee secured and was hanging down, dragging on the ground. I immediately called Balise. They would not acknowledge any issue, but said to bring it back and they would fix it if in fact it was their fault. We drove back to Balise and asked the service department to remedy the issue. It took about a half hour, but they came back, assured me there was no damage, and the access door was secured. Months pass, and the car needs another oil change. I take it to a quick change place, and they refuse to work on it, as the access door to the oil drain and filter is beat up and secured with zip ties. NO DAMAGE Balise service claimed? The car had out of state plates, I told them my daughter was in the military and leaving town, so they covered up their issue and sent us on our way, with a sloppy cover up of their shoddy workmanip. One word for Balise service - Lairs. No damage, they claimed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WTIH BALISE. This is how they treat one time, out of town customers and military.
