I would not hesitate to recommend Elite Auto Repair. It was my 1st time using them and they were fantastic. Mike is great and very friendly as was the rest of the staff. He took plenty of time going over their report of what they did and what they recommend doing. I have used a lot of dealers and repair shops over the years and the report they gave me on my car was by far the best presented and most detailed that I have ever seen. The report contained images of the problem areas so you can see exactly what they are talking about. Their garage area is exceptionally clean. It is easily apparent that Elite Auto takes a great amount of pride in their facilities, workmanship and overall customer experience. They even cleaned the interior while it was there. I will definitely be back.

My 2006 audi a4 1.8T was having an issue with the axles. A previous mechanic was unable to diagnose the issue. I took it to elite. They are extremely professional right off the bat. They do a diagnoses and then send it to you via text, and it shows whats running fine, what needs immediate attention, and what will have issues down the line. My car sounded bad before I took it in, now it sounds and handles better. If you want your vehicle taken care of to a beautiful standard, this is the place. I was highly impressed with both the quality of work AND professionalism of the staff. Great people. 100% recommend. Theyll take good care of you. Mike is a great, and funny guy.

Im always astounded as to how good Im treated here. If it wasnt just a business, I would seriously make it my hang out spot because everyone there is extremely helpful and pleasant. Mike is an absolute gift. He treats everyone with the utmost respect and makes everybody feel welcome. He knows everyone by name when they walk in and is truly accommodating. As to all of the techs, they do incredible work and always explain to me what they did or how they did it. This place is a true definition of a family operated business, because you feel like family from the moment you set in. As soon as I walked into Elite and met Carly and Mike at the front desk, I knew Id be getting my car worked on there. Every conversation Ive had with an employee at Elite has been notably positive. Its clear that the people who work here know what theyre doing and take pride in their work. They were able to complete a service on my 2010 S5 that the Audi dealership told me they couldnt do, for half of the price the dealer told me it would probably cost. After the exceptional service and hospitality I received here, I know that Ill be having all future issues with my car taken care of here.

Truly good and honest people. The first time I went there I had given approval for an $800 alternator repair. They called me two hours later and explained the fault was from a loose bolt, total $40. They could have just as easily used my approval to get the $800. I’ll never go anywhere else after that. Professional, clean environment and really nice and friendly people.

It was my first experience bringing one of my vehicles in to Elite Auto for service and I could not have been happier. I recently purchased a used convertible that I wanted to get the fluids changed on, as well as an inspection for any additional issues that may need to be addressed. Carly and Mike could not have been more helpful throughout the process and their online service report is extremely informative on an issues encountered while inspecting the vehicle. Elite also offered me a loaner vehicle, which I declined as it wasn’t a daily driver that was being repaired, but that was a great option to have if necessary. The prices were reasonable, especially for a shop that specializes in German automobiles. I will definitely be returning for an necessary repairs in the future.

Always outstanding service. I have been using Elite for nearly 20 years. This time around, I had considered purchasing a used vehicle. Prior to the purchase, however, I requested the mechanic inspect the car. The inspection was extremely thorough and very useful. Scheduled a state inspection last minute and they had no problem getting me in on short notice. When I went to drop off my vehicle everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care. They offered a complimentary shuttle service within a reasonable distance from and back to. Overall I only had a state inspection done however I would trust them with anything else I needed done on my vehicle.

My first interaction was with Mike. He was wonderful. He listened to me . made sure he understood my autos issues. Made my appointment. Was greeted immediately upon arrival reviewed what would be done and when it would be done. He had a driver to take me home Mr. V. Who is just the best !! Car was ready when it was supposed to be. The job was completed the car was sanitized multiple times before I picked it up. The amazing Mr.V came back to pick me up to get my car. What Im about to say is undoubtedly going to be viewed as exaggeration or hyperbole, and while there is little I can do to combat this I must really hammer home that this is nothing but the honest truth; this business is the pinnacle of exceptional customer service. I simply cannot overstate that single fact. These people are the standard by which all my future customer service will be judged.Apart from being friendly, as one would expect in a customer service representative, the several staff I dealt with treated me as though I was a close family friend. They were personable, considerate, [fill in any other word for extremely friendly and easy to talk to] to a degree I simply have never experienced in my life. I say that 100% honestly. They took genuine interest in me and made a point to strike up conversation about things other than business in an extremely pleasant way (sometimes people trying to hard to do this can be abrasive but these folks were not at all). If I had to limit my review to a single point it would be their customer service as saying they go above-and-beyond would be a flagrant understatement.While the customer service alone is enough to warrant returning here for future maintenance, what locked me in as a customer-for-life was thier honesty.Im sure most people think about how much you can trust ANY mechanic since the industry itself has the cliche stereotype of being shady. Im no different here, and since I know next to nothing about automotove maintenance, I am always worried about getting ripped off. I was referred here by a person I trust and because of that I had a bit more trust for Elite. I explained to Mike, my Elite salesperson, that I know NOTHING about cars and to just do what they believe is needed and ring me up. In effect, I gave them a blank check (figuratively not literally) for what I expected to cost between $1000 and $2000.They gave me an initial estimate of $1182 and change. I okd the cost and they got to work. It took them 24hrs to complete the job so I was able to drop it off Monday and pick it up the next day. Not only was that a much faster turn around than I would have ever guessed for the extent of the repairs & maintenance they were doing, but when they called me to let me know it was ready for pick up, I was greeted with some great news; the cost came in under budget and the final cost was $925. They saved me ~$250.Just to reiterate; they knew for a fact I know nothing about cars. They knew for a fact I was willing to pay up to $2000 for the repairs/maintenance without question or hesitation. They could have charged me the full 2k and I would have thanked them and walked out with a smile on my face... Knowing all of these thing, they were still completely 100% open and honest and charged me what the accurate cost should have been.They have proven to me that they are trustworthy which is, in my opinion, the single greatest attribute a company can strive for.For all of these reasons (and a few more that Ive excluded from this review to avoid writing an essay) Elite Auto Repair is the only mechanic I will ever go to. Its the only mechanic I will ever recommend to others moving forward.I simply can not emphasize enough how grateful I am to this company, as well as grateful to my friend for recommending them which led to me interacting with this wonderful company. If I could give more stars I would.

I brought my car to them back in Oct. 2020. I was not happy with their work but, just left it at that. Im writing this review after hearing what my new mechanic had found while fixing what Elite should have done. Back in October, the initial diagnosis was a loose air intake pipe. They fixed it, and within the same day the same codes came back on. I brought the car back. The new diagnosis was the entire vacuum/intake system was leaking and need to be resealed. I asked how they didnt notice that the first time. The technician admitted they did not retest it after the initial fix basically, did not check their work. Also to mention, with their full check up of the car, they said i needed my tires balanced/rotated and alignment- $250. They were brand new tires put on a week before…From there, they had my car for about a month and half. I received a call saying it was nearly completed and should be done the following day. Well, the following day they called saying my EGR valve was bad and it would be an added cost of $1900ish for parts and labor. The majority of the cost being the labor- $1300ish. Here is the best part, they stated when they had the car apart, they saw the valve was bad. They put it back together anyway. Then, wanted to charge me the full labor to go back in and replace it. Direct quote from the technicians write up Removed and inspected EGR valve and found it to have excessive corrosion internally, resealed the EGR and installed. They put it all back together only to find a EGR code along with the original codes. A new diagnosis of the problem was The EGR valve and the MAF must be replaced to solve known issues. This may just be me but, if a mechanic finds broken/bad parts in the course of their work, they usually call and inform you. See if you want to replace it while they already have it all apart. Especially, if that part could be the problem in the first place! At that point I was done with them, said no to the work and got the car back. Less than a week later the windshield wipers stopped working, I figured it was just a coincidence, stuff breaks. I was fed up and put it away for winter.Today, my new mechanic informed me that they found several broken clips and loose clamps, the wiper assembly was apart on one side and broken on the other, with what looks like an attempted fix with a hammer. All areas worked on by Elite. Needless to say I DO NOT recommend them. I see a lot of stellar reviews, one of the reasons i went to them in the first place. My experience was nothing close to stellar and has cost me more then double the $$ to fix. They were terrible for me.

So terrible squeaking brakes on my Audi Q5. The folks checked it out and could of hit me with a $900 brake job. However, they said there was 6mm on the pads and the brakes were fine. Thank you for being honest. BTW the squeaking has gone away.

I brought my Genesis to Elite because I had a problem that no one seemed able to solve. First, I have never received such a detailed report on what was wrong with my car. Second, they figured it out and solved my problem! Fantastic service!! I highly recommend Elite!

This particular visit, the Elite team only did my car’s State inspection. In the past couple of decades, the work has ranged from oil/fluid checks and change, brake, tire change/rotation, timing belt change, air and cabin filters, and all other routine service tasks. If I could leave a 10 star review, I would!! I had an issue with my condensation building up in my headlight. I started at the dealership and their price to repair it was astronomical!! I brought my car to Elite and they said they could do it for a little less. Due to the high price still, I was ready to get rid of my car. Carly and Mike began a weeks long mission of trying to get a headlight assembly cheaper. In the end, they were able to get me a brand new headlight assembly for cost saving me hundreds of dollars!! The dedication and work of Carly and Mike to get me a new headlight was next level!! Certainly an effort I never expected! I will now get ALL of my work done on my car there. They now have a customer for life!!!!

I just had my vehicle repaired at Elite Auto Repair. I can’t say enough for the services I received being that the car completely died on me and I had to have it towed to them. I don’t have a regular mechanic, and decided on Elite after calling several different repair shops but after speaking to the owner, Jim, I decided on them. I am widowed and not knowing much about cars, he took the time to explain different scenarios as to what it may be. This was enough to make me feel comfortable about leaving my vehicle with him. The whole staff is so professional and courteous and kept me informed with pictures of each problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called Elite told them about my issue they made me an appointment according to time that was best for me. They asked me if i needed a ride back home. The Service manager Mike was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle was a Master certified mechanic and did a very detailed and exceptional quality job. Then the mechanic spent more time going over everything a second time to double check the work. I was really impressed, truthfully received far better service at Elite Auto Repair than I had been receiving at a high profile dealership. Im going to take Mike up on a free car wash at the Airport car wash.

Had a great experience at Elite. Mike was an excellent communicator and they were very quick with turning around the amount of work we needed to have done. Really appreciated the diagnostic video that showed the inside of our car and what was going on under the hood. Our final bill came in under the estimate (thanks for that!). This is by far one the best auto repair places around. They are professional and honest. They fixed my ac situation (which was a blessing in this heat) and sent me a picture of a situation that needs attention but can wait. Not many places would do that in my opinion! (forgot to hit “post” on this review that I actually typed up 9 months ago.)I don’t typically write reviews, but today I absolutely had to make an exception after their team member Michael offered me super quick relief this morning. This was also after I 100% panicked and yelled during both, my call with Him, and while on my commute to work this morning! The problem I was worried about most, getting seen right away and being back on the road quickly. Turns out this wasn’t a problem at all! Plus the Elite team was able to determine the fix right as I drove in. I still kinda can’t believe I didn’t figure it out myself after being a lifelong New Englander, So much so I feel almost silly about my crazed call to them this morning. The problem that was causing my panic, my tires had some Icy snow mix in the wheel area causing an insanely scary vibration while I was driving on the highway. All that was actually needed was a better clearing off of that snowy ice mix before leaving the house this morning. To top all that off I have to say Michael, who is new to me, is very trust worthy and knowledgeable. He quickly checked with Jim, Ruth, & Katie about waiving my fee today after they cleared off and checked all four tires (which for the record, I did let them know I gladly would’ve paid forafter the quick peace of mind they gave me today!) and they all approved it without batting an eye. Great staff! Very personable! The loaner car is a nice touch. Definitely a little on the pricey side. You get what you pay for I guess. Although when they misdiagnosed my car the first time they corrected the mistake and charged me only a little more than the original quote for a much more costly repair and worked with me on the price. All is well that ends well. Would recommend!

After driving by Elite and seeing other german cars,i decided before i was on my way to another repair shop to get a estimate for my clutch replacement on my E92 bmw 335,i was welcomed by Brianna and Mike,they were both very welcoming and happy to see a potential new customer, i explained to mike i had a oil leak and also my clutch was slipping,having already gone to a local bmw dealership and getting a estimate from them, i was pleased when the total price was a bit cheaper while having 3 year warranty,i later called back mike to schedule a drop off time to get the work needed to be complete.They gave me a very good price and when i dropped off my Bby to get the work done they gave me a very nice Mercedes Benz c-300,and intoduced me to a very talented technician who would be fixing my car,Cody was very nice and i was able to walk away feeling very trustfull he would take care of my car.I had my car back after the weekend and mike was very happy to see me walking away to my fixed bmw. The whole team at elite is extremely professional and friendly. I will be returning to have my bmw taken care of from now on, there techs are very skilled and knowledgeable and take care of the customers pride and joy. Truly the best exsperience i have ever had with a repair shop.

They did a great job. They took the time to properly diagnose the turbo on the car to determine it was not the whole unit but a couple of much less expensive parts. They could have easily told me it was a bad turbo but they are excellent technicians.

Brought a car in for a PPI. Mike was great professional. They treat everyone like family. Highly recommended.

While vacationing in Rhode Island this week, my tire warning light went on...not what you want to see on a stormy day driving in an unfamiliar area. The staff at Elite Auto Repair were courteous, professional, honest and were able to fix the problem for a reasonable fee and had us on our way in a relatively short amount of time. I do not live in this area but if I did, I would use this shop in a heartbeat...a true gem! Thank you Mikeand the entire Elite Repair team.

Great service the staff really knows what they are doing here. They are very thorough and will go over everything with you and the customer service is top notch I highly recomend elite for all auto service especially if you have a higher model car such as Lexus or any other brand they really know what they are doing

The service was excellent. The staff was so courteous and knowledgeable. The mechanics were top notch. All the problems that l had with my 12 year old Volvo were resolved and now the car runs like it’s brand new. These people really know what they’re doing and I highly recommend them.

I have brought my Mercedes E350 to Elite on several occasions. The staff is always professional and courteous. From basic oil changes, brakes and and most recently, a thermostat, the service is always 5 stars. I also love the clean car inside and out when I pick it up!
