I was thrilled to see a new staff member being trained because it showed how it’s a team effort and he was being shown many best practices. I had to wait a day for a part to come in and unfortunately it was too late in the day for me to pick up the car before closing and I was having surgery the following morning. The staff quickly assured me not to worry about my car that it would be held safely until I was able to retrieve it and that was the case.

I was approaching the end of my three year lease on my Nissan Maxima. The contract with Nissan Auto Finance claims that I was responsible for the residual value, sales tax, any outstanding monthly payments, a nominal buyout fee and some minor dealer expenses. A Nissan dealer in West Warwick wanted to charge me an extra $2,000 for their “internal” paperwork. Balise Nissan did not do this, and followed the Nissan Auto Finance contract to the letter. If I ever lease another Nissan, there is no doubt on where that will be.

CC Coleman, was a great sales rep. He understood my need for a vehicle that met the need for my life, schedule, size of people and things that will be transported in them. I love the Rogue, I had one a few years ago and wanted another one. I drove 3 different types, and then I thought I chose one, and CC managed to find one in the color I wanted!! Salesmen were nice, but prices listed online for their used cars are misleading and do not include their $2,000 mandatory certification fee. Additionally, their $400 documentation fee is outrageously high and has inspired me to contact my state senator to see about introducing a cap on doc fees like other states have (for example, Californias cap is $55 and NYs is $75).

My Rogue lease was up so I went into the dealership to check out my options. I actually leased the car at a Nissan dealership in North Attleborough but as I understood it I could return my car there. I have been going there for all my service since it is closer to where I live. My sales person Taj was extremely helpful and professional and gave me three options new car, new lease, or buy out. I noticed that the buy out charges included an extra $1.200 as their “dealership buyout” charge. I question Taj about this cost and he explained to me that it’s their buyout charge and and that all the dealerships had different charges. It just seemed weird to me that the dealership can pick out an arbitrary charge and slap it on there and ask you to pay for it without any explanation. Taj Said he would go to his manager and see what they could do. Long story short, the manager came over, was extremely rude and dismissive, talked over me, and practically shoved me out the door and said I should to go return my car where I had at leased it, If I wanted to pay a lower buyout fee. I guarantee you if I was a MAN he would not have spoken to me that way. At this point I am leaning toward buy a new Rogue instead of doing the buy out but I WILL NOT be buying it from Boch Nissan Because of the way I was treated. Sorry if you’re having a bad day, but you just lost a customer that will not recommend you to anyone. To Taj the salesperson, thanks, you’re awesome.

This was my first experience with buying a new car from a dealership, I’ve always done private sale and bought my cars outright. However this time I wanted something nicer and with the times and I got just that! I Walked in just looking to explore some options. Walked out with a new car! I test drove a few cars that were of interest to me and ended up getting the one! Seriously though I went in a bit nervous expecting to deal with “sleezy or pushy car salesmen” and that was not my experience at all! They worked with me to get it at a price I saw fit. Luis is the real deal. No offense, but I think I can speak for most people when I say the car buying process isnt always a favorite time. I visited two other dealerships before Balise, and spent countless hours sitting around by being kept waiting, the typical back and forth BS, not being listened to when I said where I needed to be. I left disappointed each time with no hope of getting out of this lease I went 30,000 miles over on and sitting on an astronomical bill. But then my Dad said, Hey, lets go see Luis. He purchased a truck from him 6 months prior and had a similar great experience. He came in as a straight shooter. As car buying goes, I had a good experience working with Louis the sales agent at Balise Nissan in Warwick, RI. He is a nice young man and together with his sales manager, we were able to agree on a fair price for my 2018 Nissan Kicks. The negotiation was quick, because the sales manager came down from the starting price to a fair number quickly, which I appreciated. When we picked up the car, the car was professionally detailed and with a full tank of gas. My wife and I are very happy with the car and the service that we received from Louis and his sales manager.

Service is good however waited almost two hours for an oil change which is unacceptable.

Robert was very helpful.For 5 stars, (in regards to your question below) I took my car back twice for a tire balance, after the 2nd time my vibration still continued, so I went to another service provider told them Balise said they were balanced but I still feel vibration, and paid again to get my tires balance, now I am riding smooth. They told me they were not balance and slightly off. You would have gotten 5 stars if I didnt have to go back twice and still got stuck with a problem. Hope that helps.

I walked into Balise Nissan of Warwick last night at 5:30 pm and I never expected to leave at 9:00 pm with a new 2015 Nissan Murano all to the thanks of CC the salesmen that worked with me. CC made the buying process smooth and his calming personality kept my anxiety level to a minimum. The two important factors in this process was the level of communication and honesty that CC provided to me and I thank him for that. It was a pleasure - I look forward to doing business with you in the future.I wrote this review at 4:30 am because I couldnt sleep and beyond excited with my new vehicle!!!!

Finally was able to talk to Mike .. he answered all my questions and more. Thank you so much Balise Nissan for having great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Thanks again Mike for being extremely kind a patient with me. Cant wait to do more business with you guys.

I received an email from one of the sales representatives about Balise Nissan wanting to purchase my Nissan under some buy back program. The description in the program stated We will purchase your car and put you in a 2017 Nissan or newer with no down payment at a lower rate than your current one. I normally never entertain any of these offers because I know they are always bogus or come with some type of unstated condition. However, I called the dealership and setup an appointment to meet with one of the sales representatives to see if this offer was legitimate (it was not by the way). I get there and one of the sales guys first asks What are we looking to get today? A sedan or SUV? Not even really a hello or what brings you in today... Long story short, I inform him about the bogus offer I received and he starts scratching his head and talking about lets see what we can do. I told him Im not putting any money down and Im not paying anything more than what Im currently paying. He said Yeah thats not going to work. I said no problem and thank you for wasting my time.

Great service, everything was explained. Good customer experience.
