In March, I was in a car accident and everything was difficult until I called John at National Auto Specialty. I was able to bring my car in immediately and when I arrived a rental car was waiting for me. John took care of everything for me and it was such a seamless experience. I am very impressed with National Auto Specialty, first I was very impressed that they were able to take my vehicle in right away. My Jeep passenger door was scratched and needed repainting. My bumper was very rusty, they sand blasted it and repainted the bumper. They also replaced my shocks and my exhaust system. Bobby and John were very friendly and knowledgeable. Its nice to have a Auto Body shop that you can bring your car to and know that it will come back looking like new and at a fair price. Thank you so much, you guys are the best!

I have no idea why this place has no reviews AT ALL! This is the second time I have used this place as my body shop and I am a happy customer. John and Bobby were super friendly and helpful with this situation I had never been in before.The first time someone crashed into my driver side and rear passenger doors, yeah she did good granted it was snowing but still a red light is a red light. Her insurance paid for all the work, labor, paint and parts, a rental car and it only took one week. I didnt know how to go about fixing the car using her insurance and someone I work with who has been to National Auto Specialty in the past suggested I go there. So I did. It was located close to my job and has been their longer than I have been alive, so they must be doing something right.I told John what happened and he took over from there. He handled the insurance company for me, the appraiser appointment, got me a rental car and explained what the steps of the process moving forward would be. He called me one week later and told me my car was ready to be picked up. They even detailed it! I cant remember the last time I had been it so clean.The second time I dropped the car off to John was when my mother-in-law backed into my rear bumper and cracked it and the tail light, yeah she did good too. Again, her insurance was being used, not mine. This time someone suggested I should get a second opinion, which was an epic waste of my time and made me very frustrated. I should have just dropped it off with John like I had done the first time. So I called him up and let him know I was bringing in my car again. He said no problem and just like the time before he hooked me up. I got an awesome rental car (better than my own car haha) and a few weeks later he calls me and says your car is ready.Again, detailed and cleaner than ever and with a full tank of gas. I dont know if I had it full or if they filled it up for me, but I was more than happy. If you need body work done and dont want the headache of dealing with sneaky auto body shops and tricky insurance companies then check out National Auto Specialty. They love meeting people by accident. Ask for John!
