I can’t believe my mom didn’t post anything about her experience. On June 25th 2020, Vavoline used zip ties to hold my mom’s under carriage of her car. Well, I’m just saying not a good idea to use zip ties on any part of a car. Especially when you are going down the express way going 70mph. My mom told them that she was going on a road trip and they said it will be fine. My advice is just keep the screws handy when you strip the bolts when you’re taking off whatever you have to access to get to change the oil. Needless to say, the zip ties didn’t work and metal made contact with the cement. We stopped at a Honda dealership and they had the screws and pins to hold it together safely. Not a good experience at all.

Very nice, young men. Giggled that they didn’t know how to open the hood to my Jeep Wrangler. Disappointed that grease was smeared on my front grill even though I did see him wiping it down but I was in my Jeep and noticed when I got home. They were kind. I asked how he was doing and he said “Happy that I have a job and getting paid.”

Clean,quick reasonably priced. Excellent service. The guys were knowledgeable, informative and easy to talk to. I will be back. The bottle of water was a touch if class.

Took my car for an oil change. Literally 5 minutes after pulling off my car began idle rough. This was never an issue before and I’ve never experienced thisafter an oil change. My check engine light then came on. I took my car back and asked them to check and make sure they used correct oil and didn’t overfill it. They didn’t flush or change the oil he just checkedTo make sure the air filter was tightened and reset the check engine without actually fixing anything. I now need to go the dealership and pain $100 to have myCar diagnosed because clearly they didn’t use full synthetic oil. Also no manager on duty when i requested to speak with one. The state of Michigan will be receiving a formal complaint.

The team at this location were absolutely amazing. John took the time to explain everything to me and break down the recommendations in a way that I understood. I really appreciate all the help! Will absolutely drive out of the way to come to this location.

Staff is very professional. The work they did was accurate and fairly priced. They made sure everything was working properly and checked out everything I asked and then some. Will definitely go back for my next oil change

Fantastic place. I have been there a number of times. They have taken care of me many times. I normally cant stand going to any car place because I always feel taken advantage of. Not here. They are pros. The owner is a great guy and runs his business well.

I had an oil change here a few days ago. I was told when I got there that the oil change would cost $90. I was going to leave because, the price was too high. They had the manager come over and he lowered the price to $77. I do not recommend this place because, they over charge.I called another oil change company and they told me that they would have charged me $69 for an oil change. It pays to shop around for the lowest price for an oil change.At Valvoline I had a coupon but, I was told that it could not be applied.It’s not worth paying the extra money to me.

The team that was working together yesterday around 2-3 pm is awesome ! Two men and one women ran the shop so well and professionally though it was busy. Best price for good quality products. I got an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades replacements, and air filter. This was all done very quick and this was my 3rd visit with this location. I won’t be going anywhere else !

Got an oil change and tire rotation. Luckily I had a coupon because it was a little more than I wanted to pay. However, the service was on point. The workers were friendly and efficient. There is great teamwork among staff ensuring you get what you need. Everyone is helpful and pleasant.

I drive a company vehicle managed by Enterprise. I came into this location for an oil change. The staff was quick and very friendly. There was an issue with my air filter afterwards. Cold air rushing out of the passenger floor vent. I called Ronald the store manager, he offered several solutions to have it corrected. I took it to the shop as soon as I could (a week later), Ronald remembered me and fixed it in about 5 minutes. I know mistakes happen, it’s how companies respond that is important, and this Valvoline shop responded the right way. Thanks Ron!

We had a great experience at this Valvoline location, as usual. Anthony, the assistant manager was fantastic. We were in and out in less than 25 minutes. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t actually need.

These guys are awesome! Wow, I was really impressed with the folks here. Im use to quick oil change places that rush you through and leave their grease finger prints everywhere... Not here. They with through everything, worked great as a team. When my boss called me they did not get upset, they just waited for me to get off the phone and continued on. Great place, I will definitely come back for the next oil change.

Bunch of young people work here. Very unprofessional and doesnt even bother to ask what youre coming in for. I needed a simple wiper blade fix and they ended up changing my oil and filter, just had that done about a month ago...

Before I got their I called them and let them know I will bring my own engine oil and filter. So I wanted to know the price for oil change.So over the phone the person let me know it cost $39.99 !! I was shocked to hear that ..cz with your own engine oil and filter I dont think any workshop will charge that much price..I wont recommend my friends and family to go there .

BEWARE!! of the good reviews, My experience of this particular shop was the worst i ever had with any of the oil change service i have ever had.I went for oil change after seeing a groupon code for 40$ semi synthetic oil change service. When i showed the code to the service guy, it was coming as pending, he went on to do a conventional oil change for 45 freaking $. I showed him i have bought the coupon and its pending, any customer oriented shop would have considered the code or just applied the same groupon thing in there system but he was determined to rip off. Not even once he showed any willingness to help.I can only say be prepared if you go there and dont expect they are there to help and give a good deal to you. They will just rip you off (45$ conventional oil change). They lost one customer forever...Never will i ever take any service from here.
