I love getting an oil change there cuz they do such great work. I just recently purchased new wiper blades for my car and they work great. They also do transmission check, radiator check, tire rotations, also a complete engine check and many many more things. The guys that work there are super cool and great.

One of the best oil change places you can go to very nice give seniors discounts and dont cheat on the work the best prices around plus they give you a free car wash and they do other extra things like air conditioning replace wipers filters sprayers for your hoses you cant go to a better place for oil change and they are very quick but professional and dont rush the job just get it done right and get you out the door

Well, service was as fast as it could be, people were all nice and informative. Spent way more than intended, but what oil change shop does that not happen at? Plus they have a pretty wide range of services.

I had a service on July 13th so after the service date I start noticing a oil leak so when I took the car to another oil shop to check it out that was no oil at all Because they left the filter loose and when I called to ask to speak to the manger moe they said he’s busy I’m very very disappointed I drive for 10 miles to there every time and this what I get .

Ive been getting my oil changed here for 20 years. The staff come and go, but stay cheerful and helpful. Ive never faced a high pressure upsell either. Fair prices, quick work, pleasant people, job well done, whats not to like.

Went here to get my oil changed and the guy who refills your fluids broke my transmission dip stick tube im looking directly at him when it happened he immediately lets the guy under the truck no its broken he calls out for a boot to try to fix it then the guy comes to my window after i ask him whats the problem and proceeds to tell me the part was broken when i pulled up the last oil change i got was at a certified dealership and this truck has a 40000 mile bumper to bumper warranty the guy underneath the car said it was broken in pieces the other guy said it had been cut and the first guy responded oh i broke it because i dont like you i guess

They put the quick in quick lube, for sure. There was one car in front of me & there was a minimal wait for me. Very professional staff, fair prices. You also get a free car wash with your pil change. I knocked it down from 5 stars because although tire rotation is listed on their service menu, you have to go to a completely separate building for that. I understand the logistics of that, of course, but I was still kind of annoyed. Would def recommend them to my friends/family.

I sat there for more than enough time. If it shows online that your business opens at 8am you should be open on time. I sat there for 15 minutes. I asked the car wash when do the oil change service open. He replied between 8-9. How do you suppose to run a business and you cant even open on time. This has happened more than once with them. They wont have my business anymore.

Ive been coming to Penzoil for 5 years. They are very reasonably priced for the great job they do. You also get a free car wash. For me its definitely worth driving a few extra miles for the wonderful service. Today I had a gentleman named Kyle change my oil. He was curtous and helpful, he also answered all my questions patiently. Ill definitely be back.

September 4th, 2019,I had my oil changed at this place.NEVER AGAIN. LEFT MY DRAIN PLUG LOOSE!! I am interested on how they will handle the situation when I return today September 5th, 2019 I lost at least a quart of oil.I will return to post

This place is so good Ive been going there for like the past 25 years the price is always been reasonable the same price and they do full service for oil change people are very good people.

I just want to say Ive been a loyal customer for years but i experienced that they water down they washer fluid and now its a block of ice in my container and i cant clean my windshield. I was told it could make my pump go out be careful people.

Some people exaggerate and make up things that are totally not true because this shot is one of the best shops in Warren and one of the best shops in Michigan if you come in and experience our service you will see what you heard was probably not true

My wife and i have been taking our cars here for oil changes the past 10 years or so. My wife took my 04 taurus here yesterday 7/31/19 for a simple oil change for some guy named t.j. to say that my starter was lose the bolts holding the starter. I put that starter in a month ago at my work a (ford dealer) and i know for a fact that those bolts holding my starter were not lose when i put it in a month ago. So that tells you someone had to mess with the bolts that hold my starter when they changed the oil on my car. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff is rude and the place is untrustworthy!!!

I got there 30 mins after opening and there were no other cars. There was no reason why my oil change should have took as long as it did. The customer service was terrible, they act they didnt want to work and an oil change is simple. I didnt even want the free car was they offer after getting an oil change. I will not be coming back here.
