Excellent service very fast and kind ppl

I received notice that my vehicle had a recall and parts were now available. Calling Shults on Saturday, I set up a Monday at 8am appointment and was told this recall repair would take an hour and twenty minutes. Upon arrival, I was told they didnt have the right parts and theyd have to send a guy to Jamestown get them. Ive now been here two hours. Youd think theyd make sure to have what they need before the customer gets here.
