I called Rons after my daughters car died in a parking lot on a Wednesday afternoon and all the places I called told me they could not even look at until Monday. Rons said to bring it in and they would look at it in the morning. They had it diagnosed and repaired by 10:45 the next morning and it was $200 cheaper than they quoted. This place is a good value, they do the work quickly and I was very satisfied with their work. Their staff was very friendly and I will definitely return the next time I need a car repair!

Great Service. Timely Repairs. My truck starter went out on me on Monday evening. Called Rons Auto Care Tuesday. They came a picked my F150 up and had it ready 1st thing that Wednesday morning. Moving from MS, I was concerned about finding a shop to service my truck. Thanks to all the guys at Rons, Ive found my new shop.

I took in my van and asked to fix rear brakes. They were not even looked at. Instead they put on new front pads and a new tie rod end. Seriously. They installed it wrong. Now both of the new front tires are wearing on the inside. When they replaced the radiator, they routed a trans line accross the wire to the starter and grounded it out. That only cost about $150 one year after the work was done. He will not accomodate my bringing it to a real shop and pay to have the front end fixed. I already paid for a new starter.

I missed Ron! RIP Ron...desk guy Anthony is questionable doesnt look like he knows hes stuff! My car is still under the shop warranty and I end up taking the car home unfixed! SMH..I think its time to find a new mechanic!

Came here twice already to get work done on two separate vehicles and each time the work was great! The first car I brought in needed just an oil change and there were a bunch of issues behind needing “just” a regular oil change which I knew before bringing it here and let them know of the issues. Ron and his team was the only guys that chose to do the job! I went to 3 other shops and no one wanted to help me. Ron ended up ordering 4 different plugs until they found one that fit. I sat in the waiting room until my car was done and just watching Ron try to find answers to a more complex job was awesome! He wasn’t letting me leave unless the job was done right. My second time visiting was last week and I had to get an expensive job done on a window. The work got delayed on parts but Ron was transparent and kept me informed of all new updates with getting my car fixed. Every time I go it’s very welcoming and family like feel. You won’t be let down! Stop in and let Ron and the team help you!

Great shop ! I’m happy I found a mechanic closer to my house and dont need to drive to the city. I found this place on Wednesday called and Ron said bring it in Thursday morning. Brought it in at 9 am Friday, and picked it up by 5.Fast workers, I had a steering problem and needing a tune up. Cost of labor for them seems legit. Labor was $203. Cost of parts $322. I was expecting the price to be higher for both.Left my seats a little dirty, but Im not complaining.Im just glad to have my car in working condition again. Thanks guys.Didnt like the overweight secretary, he just didnt seem to like his job or be interested in the work.

DO NOT GO HERE! Came in for a stalling issue, left with a grinding noise in my front end. When they gave me my car back the worker slammed the doors and when asked to be careful I was called a dips**t and to not start with him. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Help me get my car fixed and back on the road fast and for a great price

Came in to change a battery. I called to ask how long it would take, and was told 10 minutes. It took an hour and 10 minutes. I understand that my car doesnt have an easy access to the battery, but rather than blurt out an arbitrary timeframe over the phone, at least ask me what car I have, and check the setup so that you can quote me an accurate time. I had appointments after this and was late. I could have easily shifted around the appointment times, but I asked the owner several times how long it would take and he kept telling me inaccurate times. Very unprofessional.

Ron’s Auto Care is the real deal, they took care of my issue same day and I was good to go in about two hours, in addition to the quick service, the price was fair. I was traveling cross country for my job and my car is my money so I know important a good mechanic is. Greatly appreciated Ron’s hospitality and if I’m ever by Warren and need a mechanic, I’m headed to Ron’s.

Everyone was very nice. They gave me a free ride home while they worked on my car. I came in with exhaust issue. I thought for sure it would be expensive, but it turned out to be just a couple of gaskets and price was much lower than I expected. I will definitely be back with my next car problem!Brought my second car here for a washer fluid not working problem. They fixed a hose issue and did not charge me anything! We only use Rons Auto Care for our car needs. The staff is always super helpful and they get the job done in a timely fashion. I somehow managed to rip off most of my exhaust and was dragging it down the road to their shop. They were able to fix it back up in less then a few hours!

My cars heat and AC wasnt blowing any air. I showed up a few minutes before open and they got my car in as quickly as they could. They swiftly checked it over, found the problem, and gave me a quote. They even found and fixed a small problem on one of my tires! Easy to talk to and work with, great attitudes all around! If I have any more problems Ill be coming back, and Im going to recommend Rons shop to my friends in the area.

Brought my car in over the holiday. They got my car fixed in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. They were also very friendly - didnt feel scammed or pressured to do a lot of maintenance like you do at a lot of shops. Hopefully I wont need work done on my car for a long time, but if I do, Ill go back to Rons.

After about 45 minutes, I decided to get something to eat, but the guy behind the desk said, Let me check the status of your car.He came right back and told me my car was ready! I couldnt believe it! Great service very honest car shop

I bought a car a little over 2 years ago. It runs great, but it seems like they didnt use enough clear coat. A lot of the paint on the hood has chipped off.

Honest good work

I broke down while on a trip. The original mechanics identified the problem as a blown head gasket, which they werent able to address. I found Rons online and had the vehicle towed to them. They took a look at things and immediately alerted me that they didnt think it was a head gasket and that it didnt require the over $2000 in repairs estimated. Instead they found a simple fix, which cost far less. At every turn they made the effort to do what was right, not what made them the most money. Even when I stopped by to pick the vehicle up, they double checked that a turn signal light that was listed for a minor repair had been done. When it hadnt they quickly remedied the situation. Very conscientious and helpful.

1999 tahoe been Arizona car her whole life. Shipped out here to Michigan third day went to start it and the starter buckled and broke the bolt deep into the housing. Called chevy dealerships and they said they wouldnt touch it because of the year and that it has 135000 miles on it. I called Ron at closing time and he was able to take care of me by the end of the next day. EXCELLENT MECHANICAL SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!

Caliper bracket broke. Did some minor damage to the rim. Initially I had caliper work done and Rons said they would cover the tow if it was the caliper. Well, it wasnt the caliper that broke, it was a bolt holding the caliper bracket that came loose (I initially paid 795 dollars for 4 calipers to get worked on, but they stated they didnt touch the bolt that came off) . Rons quoted the new rim and bracket at 495 dollars. When I said I couldnt afford it they said I owed them for a 215 dollar tow. They covered the tow when I agreed to have the caliper bracket replaced tol but it cost 103 plus 15 dollars to put my spare tire on my car. My car was dropped off Friday and up in the bay that day, they called me Monday to inform me that it wasnt their work. Some good and some bad with this post, but its an honest review.
