TL;DR: there’s a reason why Lunar has run a successful business for 50 years.Lunar Construction is a phenomenal company. They’re very attentive, responsive, profession, and detail oriented. All of the subcontractors that they work with do excellent work as well.I had Lunar do a full bathroom remodel on the one bathroom in my house. They made sure I wasn’t without a toilet for more than 3 days of a 6 week project and Sean who I worked with communicated with me nearly everyday with project updates, questions, and was extremely empathetic about any anxieties I had throughout the project.I had nearly every last inch of my bathroom redone and I’ve already gotten so many compliments on the workmanship put into the project. I will definitely be using Lunar for future projects and have already referred them to multiple friends!

Bob and Sean were amazing. Once hired, my new garage went up in a day. Its beautiful!! I cant thank them enough for their help, kindess and compassion, especially when I kept adding more work. 5 stars!!

I contracted Lunar 25 years ago for a major addition project that added over 1000 sq. ft to my Royal Oak property, so this is not a fly by night company that will rip you off. They did a fantastic job and I always remembered the quality and professionalism from that time.In the fall of 2020 I needed to add an addition to my small house in Hazel Park. I called several places to get estimates and the only one to show up was Lunar... They listened to every question, adjusted my blue prints several times (which they drew up from my sketches), helping me with financing and getting this all done in a pandemic...BEFORE winter. I highly recommend working with this company.My addition is 14 x 23 Ft cement slab foundation. It includes a laundry area, sitting area, bedroom with a bathroom with a full size walk in shower. They replaced (all) my plumbing which was rotting away, upgraded my electric from screw in fuses to circuit breakers, new windows, roof, siding, gutters, and driveway. It was a huge amount of work to get done in 4 months, but they did it. They are Very reputable and trustworthy and know what they need to do to get the job done to make sure you are happy. I had very high expectations and they met them all.I am very happy, I feel like I moved into a new house.

Lunar just completed refurbishing my older garage. They didnt totally rebuild it but did repair and rebuild a substantial amount of it. My wife and I were exceptionally pleased with Lunar. The work they did was excellent. Dealing with Bob, Sean, and Gary was a pleasure. Bob and Sean did a terrific job of communicating and they both, as well as Gary, visited the job frequently to make sure all was going well. My wife and I have remodeled five houses over the years and we have dealt with many contractors. Some were better than others. Absolutely Lunar was one of the best to we have done business with. We highly recommend them.

Lunar Remodeled my built my garage in 1995 and just recently remodeled my kitchen and did a FANTASTIC job! Bob, Gary, and Sean were very pleasant to work with! They kept me informed in very stage of the job and was there to answer any concerns I had. Thank you Lunar for another fine job!

Used them to turn an unfinished attack into 4 bedrooms, bathroom & sitting room. They used minimal insulation, installed the drywall with nails & didnt put in enough heat vents. There were also electrical issues Ive had to repair. I sued & won. They filed bankruptcy to avoid paying me.

Lunar built my room addition in Grosse Pointe and did a fantastic job! Very professional, and their workers were very talented (and Clean)! Thanks Lunar for a job well done!
