These guys were great. Todd, Mitch, Mike. Lorrie (probably forgetting a couple more names) and the team were fantastic to work with. Off the bat their prices were very competitive compared to other companies. Probably wouldve costed us another 5-10K going with a bigger name company. They completed the kitchen in a good amount of time, were clean, always kept me in the loop. The final product looks amazing. Highly recommend working with these guys.

We had our kitchen refaced by the Scott & Mandy Nottingham install team. We are very pleased with the outcome of our kitchen. Even with a lost day due to a snow storm, the project was completed within the week. Every day the work area was cleaned up to allow us to use what we could in the kitchen. We worked with Creative Building and Remodeling to update and remodel our kitchen. We had new cabinets added, existing cabinets refaced, new quartz counters, new sink and faucet, dishwasher installed and the fridge enclosed. The sales process was quick and easy and they were able to accurately predict when our installation would take place. Scott and his wife did a GREAT job with the installation, keeping everything cleaned up each and every evening before leaving. We were 100% completely satisfied with all aspects and would highly recommend Creating and Scott for refacing cabinets!

Scott and Mandy Nottingham were friendly and answered all of our questions about the remodel of our kitchen. They refaced our kitchen cabinets and offered suggestions for other problems. Scott fixed the plumbing hookup under the sink that the builder had originally put in. Scott helped us hide the wires from our land line phone. He braced the back of the microwave to keep it from pushing backwards into the cabinet. Each day the super team of Scott and Mandy worked, was followed by a clean up better than they found it. We had no debris left to deal with. Scott came to do a big job but, it was all the little extras they did that made the experience great. Creative remodeled my bathroom, while the contractor did excellent work, I warn you dont believe or take for granted anything the salesman tells you! Make sure its in writing every detail, video tape it whatever you have to do. We found out the hard way and did not receive what are salesman told us we would get!

We are so pleased with the work that Mike Nottingham did for us. He is quite skilled. He worked diligently. He was always on time. Very professional. Our new kitchen looks as good as any that we see on tv if not better.

I scheduled an estimate for my kitchen. The representative didn’t even introduce himself prior to entering my home. I had to ask him his name and if he was associated with the company. The visit felt rushed (lasted all of 10 minutes). He didn’t really ask any specific questions regarding my project, expectations, or wants. All he kept saying was “it’s really expensive”. I’m in the midst of renovating my entire home, money is definitely not an issue. However, it felt as though he may have assumed it was. Needless to say, I threw the business card right in the trash.UPDATE: As far as the “owner’s response”, completely invalid. My bathrooms were being renovated by another contractor at that time, not my kitchen. The kitchen had absolutely no work done to it—and that is what the quote was for. However, I did ask if they worked on bathrooms but never took the salesman to look at them. And the salesman was not waiting on the porch at all. I love how company’s respond to unsatisfactory reviews with poor excuses for their poor service with total inaccurate information. Do better.

After 35+ years we decided to finally remodel our kitchen. We trusted Creative building & remodeling to do the project. The two man team of Eric and Jeff are super contractors! They answered our questions. Their quality of work is outstanding. We are so happy and satisfied with the job they did.

Creative Building & Remodeling did an update to our 25 year old master bathroom. They replaced the tile shower stall, vanity, counter top and sinks, and installed a customer-provided toilet. We chose not to do the floor tile to keep the costs down, and they worked with us even though it was not a full remodel. Creative did an excellent job, and Tonys tile work in the shower stall was outstanding.

This review is overdue, but well deserved nontheless. As we continue to receive compliments on the remodeling of our kitchen and three bathrooms, I am reminded that the compliments are really due to the people who performed the work. Tony did absolutely beautiful tile installations on our bathroom floors, oversized tub surround, and shower, as well as the kitchen backsplash, and the kitchen, dining area, and rear entry floors. Jay did work which included completely tearing out the existing kitchen and bathrooms and installing cabinets, constructing a new wall for a pocket door, and a new wall opening for a pass-thru window. Both men are very decent and trustrworthy people who were a pleasure to work with. Their work was truly transformational and worthy of all the compliments.

Creative Building & Remodeling was hired to reface the original cabinets in my home with cherry wood, replace doors/drawers (soft-close), add sliders to pantry, and reconfigure some cabinets to drawers. Scott and his wife installed the job and did an excellent job! They kept everything clean and ensured dust didnt pass the kitchen at any point. They respected my home and protected anything existing not being remodeled. They asked for my input along the way with regards to placement of handles, moldings, lighting, etc... Even when challenged with tough cuts in the crown due to other molding/crown trim on doorways or around windows Scott new exactly how to make cuts so everything was exceptional. They are proud of their 28 years experience and take pride in what they do. Scott and his wife are a true asset to Creative Building & Remodeling! I had my kitchen cupboards refaced by Creative Kitchens. The owners Jerry and Lorrie and salesman Brian were a pleasure to work with. Scott and Mandy did an excellent job . Scott’s craftsmanship and quality work were superior. He was meticulous and the end product is totally satisfying. Ive used Creative in two houses, 4 times. Always great work. 2 kitchens, 1 bath, and family room fire place and cabinetry. I would use anyone else.

Very unprofessional. No follow-up, no concern about a job well done, nothing. They installed Formica kitchen countertops and original work order called for 4 backsplash. The backsplash installed was 4 1/2 and they installed it over the tile backsplash above the cooktop (I cant upload photos because the server is rejecting them). Making it so we cant tear out the tile backsplash without pulling out the new one installed. Sent email and called them several time to fix the problem, but they basically ignored me because I paid them in full and once they got their money they could care less they had a dissatisfied customer.Update on 3/2/2021: After posting review, I received a response the same day from Creative and Mitch arrived Tuesday morning to tear out the existing back splash. Now were satisfied with job.

Had all our kitchen cabinets updated and refaced, including adding recessed lighting. Lorrie coordinated the job and it started and finished on our agreed upon dates. She was very helpful. All the measurements were accurate and Scott, who performed the installation did a great job. He was on time and paid attention to all the details. He was a perfectionist and proud of his 28 years experience. My wife was very happy with the kitchen update. Would highly recommend Creative.

This was my first major home renovation and decided to go with Creative. I liked that they offered a few ideas when they came to my home and I thought my sales rep would be available throughout the project. After signing the contract that was pretty much the last I heard from him, even after a few challenges along the way, not one word. Communication from Creative needs to be improved! Many homeowners are new to the remodeling world and having regular communication would greatly enhance the overall experience. Luckily the crews they have working for them are GREAT. Tony, the floor tile guy, was AWESOME - he was helpful and willing to do what he and his team could to make the floor perfect. It was even better when they complimented me on my tile choices. Ken and worker were equally as good... offered a few suggestions, made some recommendations on some ideas and made sure things were right and that I was happy before they said they were done. Mike and Mitch were also very helpful and once they knew something wasnt right they called and corrected it. I would use them again but would have a very detailed description from the sales person on what is included in the cost of the project. Overall, I love my new kitchen.

David, Lorrie and Jerry did an excellent job setting up the remodeling project. Mike did a great job with the electrical additions. Ron and Nick made the floor installation look easy and it turned out very nice. Scott Nottingham and his wife Mandy did the tear-out, the installation of the Creative built new cabinets and the re-facing of the rest of the existing cabinets. Scott and Mandy always let us know the schedule for the work they were going to do. Scott and Mandy did all the little extra things that needed to be done. When Scott and Mandy left, on the last day, Everything was perfect.

Luckily we had the best guy for the job. Scott was very detailed and meticulous with his work. Ahead of schedule, Mike & Dave arrived on time, cleaned up and worked without breaks to complete a total kitchen reface to include counters, additional build of a pantry and re-work of the wall mounted oven. They did a phenomenal job and I will bring them back to redo 3 bathrooms. The first tile man could not work with glass tiles so when I did not want him back, the owner sent in another tile man, Tony who completed the job in a few hours, cut the glass tile with no problem and went out of his way to do the tile work to perfection. I will definitely request this same team of men to do my bathrooms. Do not hesitate to hire this company - they are the best.2 years since my kitchen remodel, I brought Creative back, during the pandemic, and they did another incredible job. This time on the master bathroom. Brett & Tim were the demolition and rebuild crew. They were professional, extremely clean, worked very hard and always showed up on time. Lorrie kept everything moving smoothly when it came time for Tony to come in and once again, do an amazing tile job. Even when the original tile ordered months ago was unavailable, Tony & Lorrie worked hard to resolve it and give great options. Last was the full shower door installed by Ken. He gave me great advice on customizing. My bathroom is even better than I expected! This company is professional and worth every penny they charge. 1 bathroom done - 2 to go!

We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Creative. This is the second time this bathroom has been done in the last 6 years. I cant stress how thoughtful and thorough Tony and his crew, and Eric and his crew were. These guys all treated this job as if they were doing their own bathroom. When I made comments about what solid workmanship they were doing, they would remind me that it has to last for 10 years which is what they guarantee their work for. Thanks to creative my wife Tillie and I had the pleasure to meet with Todd our salesmen who helped remodel our kitchen and bathroom. As our refacing project began our installer Scott & wife Mandy worked well together making our project run smoothly. They are very well organized, neat and clean and protected our floors and other items to ensure not to damage anything. Scott is very precise with every detail. I hired Creative because of their good reviews and reputation . I have a small bathroom, so they demolished completely and had install everything new, tub, vanity, toilet, drywall . I am very satisfy with the job . The team that came to my house were David and Tom, they were very careful transporting materials back and forth . They set things up for the tile team, Tony and Mike . They did a wonderful job with the tile, around the tub and the floor . The tile is install over hardboard from the top of the tub to the ceiling and on the floor as well, but not before 3/4 plywood was install on the floor by David . After the tile, David came and finish with plumbing and cabinets installations . The job took a total of 2 weeks and one day, it was what the salesman told me originally, between one and two weeks . In my case I believe that the Labor Day weekend delay the project a bit . It takes a bite on your budget but it was worth it . I would definitely recommend Creative . If you have only one bath, plan ahead and accordingly, like taking baths at a relative house or rent a cheap motel close by. As far the toilet they can temporarily set it for you before they leave for the day, and its final installation will take place the last day on the job .

The experience was great. We had a bathroom renovation and its fantastic. Eric was our contractor and did a wonderful job. Always on time, cleaned up and enjoyed our pets! Would use Creative again for our next bathroom.

I had two bathrooms remodeled by Creative. My crew was Mike and Ken. Dave was my salesman. Dave did a great job helping us design a new layout and aiding us in picking out materials and colors. The displays in the showroom were especially useful in helping us visualize the finished product. I cannot be more satisfied of the work done by Mike and Ken. First of all, they are very respectful of your home, keeping it as clean as possible despite the dust and dirt that comes with demolition and construction. Second, the quality of their work is extraordinary. Both gentlemen are perfectionists who take pride in their work. Every little detail is paid attention to as if the work was being done in their own homes. Also, Mike and Ken work hard. They show up when they are supposed to and work without many breaks. There is no goofing off or delay due to laziness. Our project was completed exactly to the timeline we were given at the start of work. The lines of communication were always open to be sure our goals were being met and that we we happy every step of the way. If anything needed to be adjusted, it was done without complaint. I couldnt have asked for a better experience with a contractor. Mike and Ken are skilled, dedicated workers and I thank them for their efforts.

We had Creative remodel our kitchen 2 years ago. They put in new custom cabinets, granite counters, tile plash and a new floor. All of there workers were polite and courteous of our home.We were very picky about who we chose to help us with our remodel so we talked with 3 other contractors. We chose Creative because they our family owned, the sales people were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and finally they offered a fair price. We recently had them come back and remodel our bathroom. Again Creative exceeded our expectations! We have told our friends and neighbors about them. We hope to do our 1/2 bath next year. Had four rooms done - in one way or another - and everything was done to perfection and complete in about three weeks. Arrived when they said they would be here; did their job and cleaned up afterward. Cupboards were masterfully done. Highly recommend !

I recently had my small kitchen remodeled by Creative. The design and planning was a snap with assistance provided directly by the owner. The project began about a week after it was projected to start, but once they started, I had a finished product 8 days later. The Creative team met all my expectations for professionalism and knowledge on their craft. I would specifically refer Tony Seguna as his tile work is impeccable. I would refer my friends and family to this company and plan to have them remodel my bathroom within the next couple of years.

Mike Sabatini and Ken Palmer were hands down the best contractors Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. They remodeled my bathroom and their work was stunning. I would look for more work to be done in my house if I knew they were going to do it.

I just had my Kitchen refaced by Creative Building, I was very nervous about my decision; I decided to read all creative building’s reviews and almost all of them talked about how Scott and his wife Mandy’s work, then I mentioned them to my Sister in Law that had her Kitchen and Bathroom 7 years ago refaced also by Scott, she told me to definitely ask for him even if I had to wait. I did ask for Scott and let me tell you that he is the best and I would recommend him to any one I know, he is the best and his work is awesome, I love my kitchen so much and got lots of compliments. Our contractors did an awesome job remodeling our kitchen, we were very impressed by Mike, his dad, and Todd (the tile guy) and would recommend this company solely based on their work.I have to note that the communication from the office was somewhat lacking. For such an expensive and extensive project, I expected a little more guidance from the company so we could know what the timeline/plan was. From not having a set starting day until 3 days beforehand, to not knowing when certain things would be happening during the project (Granite install, tile install, etc.), we were kind of left in the dark until I either called to question or when I made a comment to the project satisfaction surveyor over the phone. Overall, were happy with our kitchen and their price was the best out of all quotes we received, but better communication could have left us with less frustration during the process.

We just finished a kitchen remodel with this company in 3 weeks! It looks fantastic! Scott was awesome and kept everything clean. He was hard working and even came on weekends to get the cabinet refacing done. He exceeded our expectations! Tony the tile guy did a nice job on the backsplash and was done in 2 days. Had my kitchen done 4 years ago, unfortunately not by Creative Building, the paint on the wood doors starting peeling after one year, company did nothing. Hired Creative Building to replace the doors. Had them installed today and I am so happy...Mike and Mitch did a great job. Would definitely hire this company again. Give those guys a raise 😄

Scott Nottingham was fantastic.He refaced our kitchen cabinets and they look great. We had some issues with the plumbing in the kitchen and he fixed that as well. Hard working and very pleasant to work with. We cannot thank him enough for the superior work he preformed.

Scott refaced my cabinets in my kitchen and did an amazing job . He also cleaned up the kitchen everyday after he was done working. He was very reliable and helpful, I would highly recommend him.

After having my kitchen redone by creative we had a problem with a few floor tiles. Mitch came out quickly and replaced the tiles in question and sink drain that had a scratch with no questions asked. His service and professionalism was top notch.

I hired Creative Building and Remodeling to do a full remodel of my kitchen including; refacing of cabinets, new flooring, tile, and countertops. Communication was excellent Lori gave me a realistic timeline that was kept. Each stage of the remodel was explained to me and what I should expect. We had 2 bathrooms remodeled, they look beautiful. Tony did an awesome job with the tile! It took a little longer than expected but we were kept informed of what was happening and we are happy with the outcome.

Scott Nottingham did a great job on our kitchen remodel. He was very professional throughout the job, and was very careful when bring materials, appliances, and tools to and from the kitchen. He knew every aspect of the job: cabinet building, refacing, carpentry, plumbing and appliance installation. Everything worked correctly from the start. Tony Seguna installed the backsplash in one day. It looks so good with the rest of our kitchen. He did the job right including the area around the microwave and behind the stove. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen!
