Overall good service and what, so far, appears to be a quality product. Product arrived and was installed earlier than expected.Only item that left us a bit disappointed were some of the things we were told by the salesperson that were contradicted by the installers. The salesperson said that we could use anything but scrubbing bubbles to clean it. The installers said that bleach, drain cleaners, and any harsh chemicals should be avoided. They did provide a list of approved cleaning products.The salesperson also said that we would be able to take a shower in the morning and another at night if we wanted because the work would be done in one day. The work was done in just a few hours but the installers said to not use the showers until the next day to give the caulk time to dry.I dont understand the need for salespeople to embellish. This cost them a couple of stars on the review and, while I still recommend the product and the service (mainly due to the installers), now I have to warn people ahead of time about what they are being told by the sales staff.

Best place to get your bathroom remodeled.

Our bathtub drain rusted out and leaked into our basement.We went to a local kitchen/bath center for a price to replace the tub.The young lady we talked to didnt listen to anything we told her. She told us what she was going to have done for $15,000. A complete bathroom renovation. We got fed up with her and walked out. We called Bath Fitters the next day. Noah came out, showed us their product, explained what would be done and gave us a price for the work. The installer came out four weeks later and installed the tub liner. It looks great. We are very happy. I highly recommend Bath Fitters.

Expensive..starts at 4500

I call bath fitters to see what they could do for me but because I did not have a steel tub they could not help me and for them to rip it out and put everything back the price is outrageous. I dont like there false advertisement we can put new over your old tubs but what they dont tell you if you dont have a steel tub they cannot do it for you I was very disappointed what the false advertisement

The tube looked amazing the first three months . Then the culk started to peel. We called them . 100 dollors just to come out so life time warranty. Has a lots of rukes be aware. They charge just to fix what they should have did just petty.

While still extremely unimpressed by my first impression of the customer service upon arriving at this location, the actual bath/shower installation was executed extremely well with kind and friendly workers.
