The work Anytime Restoration Services did was not finished. I signed off on this on May 20, with Arnie’s promise that he would have the painter come back and finish. Anytime was paid, and that was the last I heard from Arnie. That was almost 3 months ago.I contacted the painter directly. He said he would send a guy out the week of July 4. No one showed up. Today’s date is August 9. He is now avoiding my calls and texts. My next phone call will be to my insurance company, who paid for incomplete work.There seemed to be lack of communication with Anytime. I found out the delayed timeline from my insurance company.No one wanted to take the responsibility of installing the toilet. The floor installers told me they were not going to install the toilet. The painter told me he knew how to install toilet, but his insurance did not cover it. He said Anytime would come back to finish and install the toilet. Arnie seemed surprised by this and said the floor installers were supposed to install toilet. The foot plate of my dishwasher was not put back on, and I got the same response from the painter when they installed the trim - “I can do it, but my insurance doesn’t cover it.” I’m so sick of the runaround to finish the job.In the photos posted, quarter round is missing from in front of the garage door. The bathroom trim was installed but not painted. Two ceiling tiles were not replaced.

The work done was expedient and of quality; best of all, John S. was extremely personable and helpful. When I had difficulty making decisions (often) and an inability to made an actual choice (frequently), John went above and beyond in offering suggestions within my budget and to my taste. He and the other workers were an absolute pleasure to work with!

Do not recommend this company for mold remedy. They placed lien on my house, and 24 other homes I counted in Macomb county record of deeds. First, they hooked up a blower to air scrub good thing I went to check on (house was vacant) the thing was blowing in basement. Their tape came off of window, not sure they would have fixed.They brought a brand new Rigid shop vac to hepa vac, and said they put a hepa filter in it. This is not what vac is used to hepa vac, a high grade one is required. The two guys were down there an hour, they were supposed vac the entire basement.They sprayed a chemical, and not sure where. They were supposed to scrap off the effervescent from concret wall and did not, only in one area.They charged me $2500 for nothing!!!! Inspector said there is still mold.Beware of this company, and their scam. Placing liens on homeowners, tells you that more than I that got taken by an unprofessional company!!!

My parents had water damage in an upstairs bathroom after a hard rain and I needed to get the roof patched before it rained the next day. After I tried 4 other restoration companies that promoted 24/7 service and could get ahold of no one I left a message for Anytime. I received a call from the owner an hour later and he said he would have someone out that day. The roof was temporarily patched until they could come out several weeks later and do a formal roof repair. Arnie and his team worked around my mothers schedule and they repaired the roof, damaged drywall, replaced the ceiling fan and painted all the same day. Thank you for being responsive and getting the job done.

Arnie and his team completed a bathroom repair to my house. He was always available and constantly stopped by to see the progress. They were able to work through all of the COVID-19 issues and get the job done in a timely manner.

This company was recommended through my insurance company. Initially everything seemed to be going well. Eventually they claimed they couldnt do my job because they wouldnt make enough overhead. After going over the numbers they realized they hadnt recieved the updated version (which I then had to provide even though it was an email from their company) and said they would look it over again. The salesman asked to meet me in the middle of the day on a Monday to pick out colors for the roof and siding. When he arrived he claimed they werent going to make enough again and backe dont for the final time. He did provide me with the phone number for the company they were going to use for all the labor. I spoke with my insurance company once again and was informed the job wasnt completed because I had found another contractor. Extremely unprofessional and a blatant lie. I would not recommend them due to the lack of organization and professionalism.

Anytime Restoration Services has helped me with flood damage to my finished basement on two occasions now, in 2016 when my water heater ruptured and leaked hot water for 3 days while I was out of the house and this June when a storm caused a sewer back up. Both times, their 24 hour hotline was able to get someone on site to help stop the flooding and begin clean up within an hour of calling.The mitigation and restoration project leaders are very helpful and courteous. They kept me up to date on what was going on, and helped me work through the insurance claims, even joining the meeting with the adjuster in 2016 to explain what work would be done. They were able to schedule work to fit my calendar and kept me informed of the next steps through to the end of the construction.

I had my driveway leveled which took about 7 hours to complete. After the workers left, I discovered that the outside water faucet they used had back flowed into my basement causing significant water damage. My homeowners insurance AAA, recommended Anytime Restoration so, I agreed. Their Team was at my home within hours of the call. Even their CFO came out to review the job. This surprised me because it was not a big job for them. He stopped in the following day, Saturday, on his way to a wedding to check on the equipment and progress. All the people at Anytime were professional and courteous. They worked with me on scheduling the repairs so that I missed as little time as possible at work. The reconstruction guys were timely, worked quickly and had a nice outcome. I would recommend their services to anyone who has a need for them.

They did a good job on the work, but were slow and not very communicative. We would sometimes go weeks without hearing from them or any of their contracters. They refused to provide us any detailed information; they refused on several occasions to provide us even an invoice with the different costs (flooring, painting, etc.) broken out. Theyll do the job for you, but will take forever and youll never be 100% sure what you are paying for.

Anytime was recommended to us after we experienced a fire at 1:30am. They came right out, and secured our house, garage & yard.They took their time to listen to our questions, as we had never experienced anything like this before, and give us a lot of helpful information on what was to come.Our Project Manager Arnie was great! He was very helpful, and on top of our demolish & rebuild. We definitely felt like we were important clients.

Anytime Restoration Services did an amazing job with our project. We had water damage intruding from our bedroom window on the second floor down to first floor. Arnie, and his team came in, gave us a fair quote to do the job, and with insurance, very little came out of pocket. They replaced the rotten header which had water damage, and ants burrowing into it, and the re-seated my crooked doorwall at no cost. John was upfront about the costs and telling me what needed to be done. Gary and Mark did a great job with all of the wood work needed. And Steve did an outstanding job with the drywall and paint! They came out quick, same night I found my finished basement flooded. It was all good except for the last few days when they tore out my bathroom (removed toilet, vanity and even the mirror above it and chipped the shower tile) which had little water damage, tore out door frames and the surrounding drywall, etc. Anytime guy came out to estimate the cost of putting it all back together and so far, after a week or so, they have not called me back. I think they know they caused excessive damage that was not necessary. I hired a drywall company and they were appalled at what they saw. The water rushed in through a broken window (window well drain was plugged and water pressure broke the window). They also failed to remove the window ledge and drywall around the window which when removed by the drywall company was rotting and starting to grow mold, the source of the flood.

Hired them to replace our roof after wind damage. They came out right away to put tarps on the spots that shingles were gone. Gave us quote right away. Were helpful in explaining the adjusters paperwork as the adjuster did not explain things well to my husband. No problems scheduling the roof replacement, came out timely, cleaned up after themselves and contacted us promptly to see if there were any issues (we were not home when it was replaced). Pretty seamless and pain free! Would recommend to anyone in need.

Far and away the WORST experience i have EVER had with ANY company. After a windstorm damaged my roof, my neighbor had this company out to do some repairs. i hired them to complete repairs on my roof as well. they installed a temp and stated they would provide me a quote in a few days to submit to the insurance company and stated they would start the work right after the adjuster completed the assessment. once that was completed, i contacted my contractor to schedule the work.. i continued for almost 2 months to get stories and excuses on why they could not get a crew out there (with a temp still on the roof). I was the person that ALWAYS had to reach out to the contractor to find out what was going on and never received any updates. once the work was completed by a third party, i was not explained anything regarding the next steps. i am STILL trying to finish this process so i can be done with them.. TERRIBLE SERVICE
