Alexander who helped set up my account is a pro. He made the process painless. He went over everything very efficiently and made the process super simple and quick. He had the answers to all my questions. We went to inspect my unit and everything went great. Very friendly and happy to help.I chose this storage facility because it is open later than most other facilities which allows me to get more work done. Easy location just of 696 as well.

I have had two units here for many years and have always been 100% satisfied and pleased at this location. Terry, the manager, has gone above and beyond time after time to help in whatever way she could. She is always professional, courteous and friendly. The entire facility has always been clean and very well maintained. In the past I had rented at other companies, but this particular facility is by far the best I have ever seen. I truly believe that is all thanks to Terry as manager and, without hesitation, I would recommend this specific location for your self-storage needs.

My Storage fee was $55 per month..they had my card number and my phone number..so second mt..they charged $ 76.40..i disputed it.. they took it out of my account..so the they brought it down to 66.00 mind you..my charge was $55.00 so they stole 10.00 out of my account..I would never recommend them or use them again ever..stealing from Seniors..or any one

Today, was shown a 5x7 storage unit with Teri. So far storage unit is pretty spacious. It does have a light switch which is a bonus. I did get a good deal and promotion of the storage rental. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to save money and to store. Hope this helps anyone.

Rented the unit 2 weeks ago. When calling and reserving the unit the lady was great told me since it was only a week until first of month when fees due i would be charged that week and the month of April . however, upon signing paperwork and getting the actual unit the guy working only charged for one week but didnt tell us that. I go to put stuff in storage and cant get in here my bill was due for april(one i was told was included ) paid the late fee even though it was their mistake and never received text or email that it was late. Was told could get access to unit in 20 min go back to find its been over locked. So instead of telling me this on the phone they let me fo there with full trailer load and waist more gas not impressed at this time.

Great place, kept very clean

Definitely a great storage facilities, Terry will help you with your needs. She made arrangements to make sure that no paint got on my motorcycle while they had been painting. Most always they have a special when you get your locker. Save some money, works for me. I have been coming here off and on for 5 years. They always keep the area clean and secure. Recently they have put black top down and painted all the exterior buildings. Overall too me this is the best storage in the area, cheaper than U haul.

People were very professional .I ended saving money. They were courteous and smart. Made me feel like I was more then just another customer.

I give Terry five star she is wonderful. She has explained everything from top to bottom to me. I understand the written agreement thoroughly. Shes a very kind Person and she is very very nice. Need more of her kind around.!!!😄

First and foremost.. I called mins before closing with hopes of renting or at least securing a unit.. Terri the manager was my life saver on a sunday at almost 2pm.. She was so helpful and stayed beyond closing time to rent me a unit.. She in my opinion is the definition of a asset to a company..

I don’t have a storage unit here but I work right next door. Today while I was walking across you guys lawn coming from the gas station my bag busted and all of my things fell out. Jasmine was picking trash up, seen what happened and stopped what she was doing in the freezing cold to help me. I kept thinking to myself it is some amazing people in this world and she is one of them. If this is where this amazing young lady works I am going to be sending customers her way because she genuinely care about the well being of others and their things.

More help is needed there, I had to wait fora out 15 minutes for someone to return to the location, after being checked in I had to wait even longer for the same person to cut the lock off of my unit so I could move my items in. Understandable because he had several people in the lobby to be serviced. The wall on the unit next to mine seem to be caving in. Prior to moving in the communication, price and service was great.

Jasmine is an absolute delight to converse with. She is friendly, helpful, and listens to what you actually have to say. She is a wonderful asset to this site!

Teri was great. She showed me the unit and I got it for a great price. The facility entrance is roomy. Everything is done electronically which is a big time saver. There are two exists for convenience. Their prices are inline with other self storage places but be sure to check their website for specials.
