Rented here years ago and needed the storage for a family emergency, Anne was excellent, speedy, and clear with the process. She was able to secure us a unit ASAP and well be using it as soon as tomorrow. Process was able to be done online, which Im honestly very thankful for. Will definitely recommend this storage company in the future.

We needed somewhere to store our camper for the summer months during camping season. It was so easy to get a spot and get everything arranged. We are from Cleveland and all storage places near us are twice as much. We stored it last summer and returned this summer. The staff at the Warren facility are so friendly and nice to help you get everything arranged. Highly recommended.

Terrible!! They jacked their pricing almost double once they were sold last year. From 45 to 75. They didnt even try to keep the price reasonable to what it was. They also been charging me late fees. I had to complain to remove it.. Im auto pay.. no such thing as late fee. Im going to have to move my stuff once I get the chance.

#1. Expect to be charged more than what they tell you on the phone. They charge an admin fee, which would be fine, had I been told there was an admin fee. #2. The spot I booked online AND on the phone (because I wanted to be sure everything went smoothly) didnt even exist and so she just created a new one on her penciled in sheet of paper listing everyones spots #3. I had to leave work to move my camper for parking lot pavement when that should have been something organized and known about ahead of time. #4. When I moved my camper I was told I could get to it the next day with no problem. However, when I went to pick it up the following day, I had to put my trip on hold for 1.5 hours while I waited for the paving company to finish. And when I messaged the manager, he told me it was his day off and I would just have to wait for the paving company to be done. AND, to top it off, #5, it is supposed to be a locked gate when the office is not there. That gate has not been shut since Oct 15th when I had to move my camper. So everyones stuff, that they are paying to be locked behind a gate, is open to the public 24/7. Never. Again.

The Storage Zone in Warren nearly doubled the rent from $109/mo to $180/mo on my moms 10 x20 storage unit! So, we got her stuff out of there and storage zone will not refund/prorate the over payment of 18 days! This business took advantage of my elderly mom on a fixed income. Please do your research before giving any money to this shady business. I was generous with 2 stars.

The very best costumer service. Nice caring friendly staff. Ive had my things with them over 2yrs and everytime I call to make a payment I feel as if Im talking to family. They are always nice. I would recommend them to all who need storage they truly are awesome!!!😊😁

The worse place ever, I was a day late and they, locked my unit then try to charge me double, the amount to get unlocked, they are crooks and will steal your property, BEWARE, they are going to take your belongings

Tina worked with me over the phone from california. All went easily when I arrived in Ohio. We needed to move the location up a few doors because of the pallets. That was handled easily too. Checking out went well. Thank you

The facility is extremely run down and dated. Granted they are in the process of painting misc storage units, the condition of wood trim and lock/latches are misaligned. The interior is clean, but smells of musty WOOD. The driveway is uneven and have large potholes strategically ‘placed’ that Could potentially damage cars and their under carriage. As part of the rental, they REQUIRE you to purchase insurance every month, $9./$2k is the cheapest, but unless you can prove otherwise your cheap rate isn’t as it seems. I needed cheap storage in a pinch, so I rented a unit, but I probably won’t be renewing for September.
