Samantha and Caitlynn were very professional,and very helpful with helping me select my storage space.They were very patient with me and also helped me tow my truck that I had reserved the space for when no other tow truck can,if you need a storage place where you feel safe and comfortable as a customer renting at the schoenherr location would be the perfect location.

Public storage is okay I believe I wasnt told about price going up every 6 months to a year which is ridiculous when a person is desperately in need of help it doesnt by raising the price every 6 months I was very disappointed one time I didnt get a postcard or a letter and it went up without notice but they did give me for a few months a lower rate to catch up what I had lost but I told them Im looking for another place to go

From my first call with Cassandra who was extremely knowledgeable and helped me with my decision on what storage unit would be best for my needs when I inquired about the storage units at Schoenherr location in Warren, Mi. To scheduling my appointment to view yourfacility. Due to a snow storm I was able to reschedule my appointment with Samantha that was just as kind and welcoming & made a new appointment for me with no problem.. The office was clean and organized Cassandra went through all the paperwork with me clearly explaining all documents required in order to rent a storage unit, showing me my new storage unit I feel that my experience with these to women really made moving and storage needs easy and fun! I feel like part of the public storage family and confident my personal item will be safe! Thank you Cassandra & Samantha for the great experience!

I had a great experience using my unit at public storage. Richard was always there to help me with everything that I needed! He made my transition from my apartment to new home very smooth and make sure to give me all of the details of my rental unit. Will definitely be using public storage again.

Over priced old worn down raggedy units that leak when it rains! Ive been a customer now a 1 1/2 paying $230, $20 late fee and they have increased twice since Ive been there! Called another storage place and its half of what Im paying now! I would never recommend this place to nobody! Like renting from a slum landlord they are terrible didnt want to give them the one star!

Ive been to this location 4 years ago.. Lived them then.. Now i had the pleasure of meeting Joyce and Danni most awesome people. They will explain everything and make things fast. Very nice people and i know i can sleep at night knowing they are the team. This is a for sure place to go when looking for storage.

The is an okay place. U definitely will get animals, mice, moths etc if u keep your belongings in for a long period. They have a $35 late fee and the fees for the units just went up. They let u slide with late payments for awhile and then then they will try to action it every month if u are late at all after several months of being late.

Ive had one, sometimes two, storage units here for many years. The staff is always very nice and very helpful. Nichole and Brandie, in particular lately, were great. The units are easy to access. As non-climate controlled storage units go, its a solid facility.
