Excellent excellent customer service it just makes you comfortable leaving your property in their storage and the property manager Peresha has helped me out so much that I recommended this storage company to everyone I know.

Extremely poor customer service and poor management! Couldnt count on property manager for any kind of help. Could only find 2 carts (dollies) on the entire property and they were in awful shape. They were the smallest, flimsiest, cheapest carts that I had ever seen in a storage facility. Both carts had a partially flattened wheel. One cart had a wheel so flattened that it made the cart useless.

Super people good pricing what could go wrong your insured its just a place to be this is my third time back there Ive had no problems with the staff or the company

I have intended on sending this review for Peresha for quite sometime now. Since 2018, I became a customer with I-Storage Peresha is always professional, polite and efficient in customer service. Everytime I have to call in she has been so helpful. The other two ladies are pleasant also. Great Staff at this location!

Every time I come to make my monthly payments the facility and office is always clean and Peresha and Shanna are always nice to me and makes me feel comfortable.

Helpful and curtious staff. Easy sign up process. Walked thru all steps and explained everything fully. Inspected unit prior to commiting. Unit was clean and ready to go. Even had locks for purchase right on sight which was very convenient for me. Overall very good experience. Property was clean and well maintained. Very easy process. Id recommend them to others who need extra storage.

Peresha was amazing! She was super friendly and helpful. She did a preliminary phone call and I’m glad she did because she was able to change my password into the facility and made it a lot easier. She was just all around great and I’m glad that she’s the property manager. She set the bar high for how any staff and customer service should be!

The lovely ladies that work there are very nice and helpful. Even though I showed up close to closing time, they did not rush me, I appreciate that. I think the prices are too high but at least they had deals like first month free or half off.

BEWARE!!!! They have RODENTS and your property will not be covered if damaged! I rented an outside unit two years ago when it was Simply Self Storage. I checked my unit every few months and had no problem. Recently, I went to check my unit and found the unit next to mine with a visible HOLE under the door. I opened my unit and found RAT URINE on my luggage and RATS had chewed on my solid wood furniture! I called both my insurance company and iStorage (new owners) and was told RODENT INFESTATION IS NOT COVERED!! There certainly was no food stored in my unit since I had no problem the 2 years prior. The employees here are very nice and attentive, but good customer service cannot make up for the loss of my belongings!
