We’re having Aladdin Heating and Cooling replace our furnace and hot water heaters today. I can’t recommend them enough. From top to bottom, this company is fantastic. Their employees are honest, kind, and conscientious. Dave has been great to work with, making sure we had a crew out ASAP after a major flooding event. Jeff is extremely thorough and made sure we had all the necessary documentation for insurance after the flood. We’ve had multiple employees in our home over the last 6 weeks (we had Aladdin replaced our central air right before the event) and every guy has asked if there are pets in the home so they don’t get out. They’re also all vaccinated so I feel safe having them in our home with our small kids. In what has been an extremely stressful time, Aladdin has been easy and great to work with. I highly recommend Aladdin Heating and Cooling.

When talking with Aladdin to replace our A/C unit and furnace, they were knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all our questions. Their quote was less than the other company we talked to. Unexpectedly, they bumped up our installation date by a week, which was great since our A/C wasnt working at all. The technicians, Raid and Thomas, were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They worked hard and let us know the progress. They were very thorough in their installation and clean up. They showed us what to do semi-annually and annually to maintain our system. We would highly recommend this company.

Needed someone to fix my Moms furnace, called Aladdin at 8:30am and they had a technician (Josh) there at 10:00am!! He was very patient and courteous with my Mom, who is 89 and sometimes doesnt understand what is being said. He diagnosed the problem, repaired it and gave the whole system thorough check up. Had new a/c unit installed in June 2020...Aladdin did an excellent professional job. It went down in June 2021...I was not happy. It was a Sunday..I called for service. A super nice guy answered..hes obviously used to dealing with hot crabby people..lolSet me up for service on Tuesday. So 3 days no air. It was HOT too. They showed up on time ...a capacitor blew out. Simple fix. I really like these guys. The techs are super nice and knowledgeable. Stellar service

My AC would not turn on, but my heat would & I reached out to this company. I am so impressed. They were very quick and gathered a lot of info so easily and figured out the issue in no time! They even gave me additional info to benefit me in the long run. My favorite part is it was like friends coming over to fix it, they were extremely personable and I didnt feel like I was talking to someone who was just there to do a job. Aladdin had the best pricing, the most detailed explanation of what systems would be best for our home. We replaced our furnace, humidifier, A/C and water heater and added an air purifier, all for less than other quotes. They arrived on time and with a large enough crew to get it all done in less than one day. Their electric contractor worked well with the Aladdin team and he identified some code violations which he corrected and brought the electrical wiring up to code as part of the deal. Trustworthy company, everybody seems to enjoy their jobs and are proud of their work.

Called for a service on a nonworking fan for our AC. Was booked for a few days but was able to fit me in same day after another appoint canceled. They got to me quick, very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately our issue was rather complex and required additional service so it took a bit longer than usual but Aladdin remained in constant contact to ensure our issue was resolved and it most certainly was. Aladdin is a trustworthy company to do business with.

A/C not cooling properly. Had home warranty with DTE who told me (after three days of trying to get someone to come out) my unit needs to be replaced due to part not being sold no longer. Very pleased with the technician Dan, who came to check the new A/C and heating system installed last November. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the installation and had time to explain any queries I raised. He also checked that everything on the heating side was working as required, and carried out the checks of the new A/C system and ensured operating correctly. This could not be done during the installation due to cooler weather. He carried this all out in a timely manner, I would definitely recommend Aladdin.

Noah was the Tech providing our usual spring A/C maintenance.He was very thorough, which lead to finding a part that tested as borderline in the fan control loop. It was still functional, but Murphys says It will fail at the most inopportune time, such as a heat wave, so we decided to replace the part. Thanks Noah, for a good job.

This was the first time I used Alladin Heating & Cooling. I cannot say enough great things! From the promptness of the after hours call center to the professionalism of the repair technician, I was extremely impressed. It took a little bit of research to troubleshoot the issue with my ac unit, but once the issue was determined, the work was done well and effectively. Aladdin is my go-to HVAC provider without question. They are honest, prompt and reliable 24/7. They installed my A/C 15 years ago, and I have had three or four service calls including this morning. I called last night at 8:30pm temp In our condo rose to 81 even though the stat was set to 77. I had checked circuit breakers, thermostat modes, etc. but the blower would not run. I asked for next day service call. Service technician Joe arrived by 8:00am and pointed out that I just needed new batteries in the Sensi Wi-Fi thermostat. Even though it looked like it was working, it was not! Watch out for that. I’m glad to pay the base service call fee to learn that and to have the system checked since we are getting 90 deg. days here in late August. They are not paid commissions to push parts that you don’t needlike some other companies that I have experienced.

Overall this was a great experience with Aladdin.Originally, I had a technician come out to check out weird sound that was coming from my furnace and he was here for about 5 minutes and broke it and then left without any kind of suggestions of what to do with it. Granted, the furnace was 20+ years old but it did STILL WORK LOL. Before the tech left I agreed to have an estimator come out and give me a quote. After fiddling with it myself for about an hour I had heat again. The estimator came out about 45 minutes after I restored my own heat. He took a look around the house and took a bunch of measurements. He also took a look at the old furnace you said yeah it was serviceable but it was in need of a lot of repair so knowing that it was old furnace and I know it needed to go anyways I was comfortable with going head with their estimate into my surprise they were able to come out in two days with a brand new unit rip out all of my old equipment install new equipment and new AC unit and they did me a favor of putting in a new 4-in exhaust pipe for my hot water heater free of charge.The installers were all good people, very knowledgeable and cordial, theyre easy to work with and they were dedicated about coming in here and doing a good job. They wanted make sure they restored heat to my home as they know it was cold and they were serious about getting me andy family heat. All in all a great experience I would recommend them to family and friends.I will have another review in a few months when they come out to finish up the air conditioner.

Even though the issue couldn’t be fixed due to a long holiday weekend and no parts available they followed thru and we had this repaired before lunchtime on Monday morning. Aladdin offered us the most professional service, from initial call to final installation... The service people were wonderful. We had a total of 4 companies out to bid replacing our AC, Furnace and Hot Water. Not only was Aladdin the most professional, they were also the best price for the SAME product from one, and similar product (other manufacturers) from the others. I will recommend them to everyone I know. (And they were recommended to me by a friend... as it should be...)

Dont use this company- they arent honest like their website says.Started off telling me I need a new panel ($245 for panel labor and $150 for service fee+ warranty work), after replacing the panel that was under warranty and adding too much refrigerant told me I need a new compressor ($1080), I refused to pay for a new compressor so they came back out and magically the compressor was fine but said I need a new thermostat ($250), got new thermostat and unit still wasnt working so they came back out and said it was thermostats (Nest) fault because it didnt have a ground wire. Switched the fan wire to the ground wire and now everything works fine including the compressor that needed to be replaced.

We have been using Aladdin since we purchased our home 6 years ago. The service technicians know their trade. They wont sugar coat anything, they tell you how it is and will take the time to educate you. When it was time for a new furnace and hw heater, they were prompt and professional. Their prices were in-line with other quality companies, but what stood out was the time they spent talking me through various options. I never felt pressured to buy more than I needed. At the time of our furnace upgrade, they mentioned the AC unit didnt have much time left and that I should replace it. I decided to wait (since a furnace is expensive enough). Sure enough, 6 months later, the AC unit went out. We didnt hesitate to call Aladdin again. A good family company.

An Aladdin representative came to our home to estimate a high-efficiency furnace and high-efficiency water heater-no A/C. While the rep was pleasant and professional he consistently tried to talk us into the furnace and new A/C. We did not wish to replace the A/C at this time. He even wrote up the estimate for furnace and A/C, no water heater. He wasnt listening to our needs. We did not use this firm for this reason.Update:. One of the owners contacted me several times, apologizing for the mis-step and assured me that this would not happen again.

Charged a service call to come out and say what they could have said over the phone. Wait a few weeks and try it. If it doesnt work call us . After spending over 20k with them just a few years ago.Owner followed up and corrected the situation.

Costed 100$ for a diagnosis. It was wrong! He said it wasa 300$ part, I got the part switched it. But the problem was a small 2$ fuse. Couldnt return the part then called the company many times and they were suppose to call me back and never did and refuse to handle the situation.

They were quick to schedule an appointment. They were the ONLY company of three I contacted that sent me pricing up front. No hidden charges. No pressure to upgrade. I needed an R-22 recharge. I got exactly that!A very nice gentleman came out, named Patrick. He didnt seem to mind my questions and was patient and pleasant.I want to say one thing ... comfort comes at a cost. I see a lot of people complaining about prices everywhere. A/C is a luxury and heres how I look at it...It cost me over $400 to get this thirty year old unit recharged with the understanding it may only last one season. I knew that going in. Its cheaper than paying $5000 to get a new unit which would require redoing all my electrical from the fuse box out (city of ordinances have determined that). Its also cheaper than my going to HVAC school and doing it myself (as if).I recognize the people we depend on to repair things made sacrifices and completed schooling so they CAN take care of us.An hour ago my house was 85 degrees and my three dogs were panting. Now its 74 with greatly reduced humidity and theyre chilling out on my bed. Yea, money well spent.Choose Aladdin, you will be pleased!Thank you for reading and good luck.

Very bad experience. When they came to my house to check what is wrong with my furnace, the guy came few mins after 4 to charge the visit as overtime. He didnt provide a receipt nor a quote with the fix estimate and parts needed. Then he mented that David will call in the morning to discuss but no one called! Wouldnt recommend them.

I called Aladdin for a service call after my A/C unit stopped working. They told me that the part I needed was no longer sold and I needed a new unit. I went online and found the part. Fixed my own A/C unit for 165.00. They took 105 dollars to lie to me. When I actually do need a new A/C Aladdin will not be installing it.

Got home from work last Saturday, had no heat. Called Aladdin and they were here promptly (another place never even called back till next day). The tech diagnosed problem quickly but didnt have right part on truck - my furnace is vert old. They were here Monday morning and fixed. Thank goodness it wasnt too cold! Prompt, courteous service. I will use them in the future.

The salesman was her for over an hour, explaining the procedure and costs which I appreciated. On the day of the install, the workers arrived on time and were professional in their interactions with me and did a great job. The city just came out and approved the installation. We obtained estimates from multiple companies, but went with our first estimate from Jeff with Aladdin. Their price was competitive and we are thoroughly satisfied with our installation experience. Installers were prompt, polite, and exercised great care moving equipment in and out of the house. From our first contact with Dave to Greg to Dan to the installers Thomas, Raid and Mario to todays visit with Josh, our experience was a solid five stars. And we wouldnt have even considered hiring Aladdin if not for their courteous office staff, Amy, Diane, and Dorothy.Everyone was personable, timely, educated, honest and true business people. We couldnt have asked for a better company to install a new furnace ( 48 years old) and air conditioner( 25 years old) during the heat wave of 2018. We called 8 different companies, explaining that we had no air conditioning for 3 weeks, and Aladdin was the only one that came out to help us.They were clean, efficient and provided every discount available. And, unlike any of the other multiple contractors we have had in our home, they are always welcome.We would never use anyone else...and being in the construction business ourselves, that is the highest compliment we can give.

Raid and Dan were out the other day to replace our 46 yr old furnace and 39yr old AC. Along with electricans Brendan and John they all did a great job. Before leaving Dan and Raid made sure my husband and I understood everything. When Jeff came out to give us a quote it was nice that he did not try to over sell anything. He was honest and upfront. We could not be happier with the service.

I am a single woman and live alone. I have used Aladdin for about 7 years for yearly maintenance on my furnace and a/c. The website says they have an emergency number, but dont bother trying to use it because there is no such thing. I was told that there were no technicians available to send out. This was my second time trying to get emergency service and this is the second time there was no one available! Maybe because I am a single women and thats why no one considers mine emergencies. You have just lost a loyal customer. Another time they forgot to call me to set up an appt. for my yearly maintenance check up, and I had already paid for it in advance. If you dont have the technicians available you shouldnt post on your website that you can handle emergencies, or maybe thats just what I was told.

I have had two wonderful experiences with Aladdin. The first experience was when I had my fathers (antique) in-floor heating system replaced with gas, forced air. I was so happy with the whole experience, from the salesman who didnt try to sell me the space shuttle, all the way through to duct-work and furnace install at a reasonable price. We almost went with another company then i called Aladdin because of the extent of work and the reluctance to pull a permit. Jeff from Aladdin came out on Saturday and was extremely kind. he gave us all the technical details we required as i had been comparing several solutions. the method Jeff provided to improve airflow was the most compact and efficient. the quote was very competitive and included permit which was essential due to moving the AC location. After installation i expressed dissatisfaction with a visual aspect that wasnt an issue and wouldnt be a concern for payment but Jeff made sure it was corrected. for such extensive scope of work i am glad we had a detail oriented company.

No Heat on a very cold Sunday morning. I couldnt get the furnace to turn on. I called Aladdin Heating & Cooling and was pleasantly surprised when service a technician showed up within an hour. Turned on my AC this past weekend and the fan on the outside unit was not working. It’s 21 years old, so I felt like it was time to see what replacement cost would be. Jeff from Aladdin came over to give me quote for a new AC unit. During the time he was at my house I told him that I tired turning on my AC the previous weekend and that it was not working. He stopped giving the quote and went to look at the AC unit and notice a string had wrapped itself around the shaft of the fan (he was the second sales man I had at my house that week mind you). He pulled out his tool kit, took the cage off the top of the unit, and unwrapped the string. I turned on the AC and the fan kick on right away. I do not need to replace my AC anymore! Jeff went above and behind what I had asked him to do and has earned my business for future heating/cooling needs. Outstanding company

Furthermore, they both recommended more furnace.One suggested replacing our furnace by a more powerful one.The other, to add a small furnace, just for the basement.Jeff T., from Aladdin, was the only one, through creativity and practical sense, who was able to conceive the heat vents close to the floor.Give to the customer, what the customer wants, what a great idea!!In addition, Jeff made it work without additional furnace, by creating a new heating zone (with its own thermostat). That was a nice saving.Logically, we chose Aladdin and dont regret it.The work was performed on time, by very professional, efficient and friendly technicians, who left nothing behind them.Not to mention they use quality parts. The booster fans are from Germany.Very happy with the outcome!

Left a mess around the furnace after he left... had wire cutouts thrown around, couple of screws left on the floor. Also, in terms of the value, they were not at all reasonable... do shop around before hiring them. VERY VERY expensive labor... $600 for 30min job.

We have an add-on den, built on a slab by the original owner and not connected to the house AC. The room was uncomfortably hot on most summer days. We asked Jeff Turowski of Aladdin to propose a solution. He recommended a single room heat pump. The price was fair and the service was outstanding. The Aladdin crew and their electrical contractor did a great job. Fast, clean, knowledgeable, and professional all the way.
