I loved the agent who came out to my house he was amazing he needs a raise his so sweet explained everything well was understanding and very thoughtful. Someone give this men a raise honestly an amazing human being

Sears and A&E factory Service are apparently the same company. They misdiagnose my refrigerator on 12/15/2020 and after waiting for a part I didnt need, the refrigerator still didnt work. the next people to come out was A&E factory service. They said I needed a compressor. That was 2 months ago. No part, no replies, and apparently they cant track the part they ordered. After several phone calls to Costa Rica (Call Center) they finally told me the part is not available.

3 telephone numbers and 3 different addresses and the Technical ALWAYS GO TO THE WRONG ADDRESS,even when you get a text and on the Order be that specific address and they still not come. BUT ITS THE SYSTEMover 2 years and their system been corrected a thousand times but still have the wrong information

I call them and took off work waiting on them to come on the scheduled date. The day of they call me to cancel because the technician was Ill. So I was told he or she will be out on Monday, I agreed because it was only three more days to wait but they email me and set me back for another 2 weeks.!! Hell no

I called Sears on my garage door opener. The service man determined that the logic board was faulty and needed to be ordered and replaced.He was at my home on Saturday, February 22 and scheduled Saturday, March 7 to be out for the installation of the new logic board.The board was delivered to my home on Tuesday, February 25 - called Sears to come out and install the new board but they refused to come out before March 7. I found that to be very, very unsatisfactory.The service individual did a very good job of not only installing the board but made some adjustments to the overall operation of the door and I would merit him a five (5) rating - but the company policy leaves a lot to be desired.

If I could leave this review as 0 stars or negative stars I would!! After having my appointment confirmed 3 straight days by Sears call center on the day of the actual appointment they no called, no showed on a four hour appointment window. I sat around all day waiting for someone to arrive. When I called and asked where they were I was then told that my appointment had been rescheduled for 11 days later!!! How can you “reschedule” an appointment without talking to the customer!?!? And how do I have to wait 11 days after YOU didn’t show up for me or contact me!? I will avoid Sears at all costs from now on and I recommend you do as well.

The tech helped save me $. The tech told me how to fix my problem over phone, so I did not have to pay the service charge.
