Long story short I had gotten my starter replaced, drove away from the shop fine then the very first stop I made my car wouldn’t turn over AGAIN. I called the shop and they told me to call Warner Robins Towing to bring it back. I called and was told a driver would be there ASAP but likely about 45 minutes, then he was even 15 minutes earlier than I was told which was awesome! The driver (I can’t remember his name) was obviously an expert, he had my car loaded up in maybe 10 minutes and even gave me a ride back to the shop. 10/10, would for sure recommend these guys to anyone who needed a tow.

GR8 Service. Was the ONLY Wrecker service of more than a DOZEN called by GoodSam Roadside assistance that could get the 38 foot Motorcoach taken SAFELY to repair shop.O thats because I FOUND them and gave info to GoodSam Roadside assistance.Then listen, understand completely and got the Tow job done in less than 2 hours.Many THANKS ;-)

I couldn’t get service because the lady who answers the phone sounds like she’s 90 years old and half deaf. I was practically yelling into phone and she still couldn’t get anything I said right. This has happened more than once. Today I just wasn’t in the mood and I called someone else. The drivers are always friendly and I’ve never had a problem with the actual service but it’s too hard to get through the dispatch. They really need someone else to answer those phones they would get a lot more business.

I called to ask about a car possibly impounded and the man who answered the phone was cursing the whole time about the phone ringing and hung up on me twice. He claims he hung up because I didn’t have enough information which isn’t my fault. I was trying to find my car and he wouldn’t help me at all.

Love them! They gave me a decent price when I went to get my camper that had been basically taken from me 2 yrs ago. They were considerate of my situation n worked with me. Nice ppl. They did check my title and made sure everything matched up.

Thank you to Iron Horse for all of his hard work! We needed our old 2 horse trailer hauled to a tire shop after a blow out and thanks to his skill and knowledge, he was able to load it on the flat bed trailer and haul it to where it needed to go. Excellent service and we would highly recommend them!

Our motorhome broke down on the side on the way back home from camping about 80 miles from home. I tried to arrange tow services in the area to tow our RV to a shop that could address or issue. Three separate tow services were contacted but eventually declared they couldnt help. I found this group through the repair shop we were using. Wished I would have called here first, it would have saved me 6 hours. The driver came out and took care of everything. Definitely put my mind at ease after a very frustrating day. Very professional. I hope not to need these services again but, if I do and am in their area, they will be my first call.

We had our car break down after midnight. We called the 24hour number which was answered promptly. Once I gave her the info she let me know that she would dispatch the wrecker. The guy showed up surprisingly fast considering it was after 1am. He was super nice. Loaded it up and took it to the mechanic shop. Very pleasant experience!!

WAITED 3 HOURS FOR A TOW AND WAS TOLD NUMEROUS TIMES SOMEONE WAS COMING TO GET ME HELP BUT NEVER CAME! TOLD ME THAT SOMEONE SHOULDN’T HAVE TAKEN MY CALL SINCE THEY ONLY DO LOCAL AFTER A CERTAIN TIME & WAS NEVER TOLD THAT! JUST THAT SOMEONE WAS COMING IN AN HOUR AND A HALF, THEN AN HOUR AND HALF AGAIN TO HEAR IM SORRY. FOH

Great service put only problem I had was my dad s10 broke down on Saturday and police help push it to piece of land said it was ok there well Sunday try to fix it but couldnt went Monday morning and it was gone wr wrecker pick it up and they said they didnt well 3 months later brother law spotted it at wrecker service I went up there and ask them they said no they dont have it

So no one is happy when they need a tow, but everyone was super nice and it made things much less annoying. The woman on the phone was pleasant and helpful. The driver showed up pretty quick. Really nice guy. He was also respectful of my vehicle and you could tell he knew what he was doing and that he could do it without any further damage. All around it was great service and they will be who I call when I need them. I just feel bad that I am horrible with names and cant give them their due credit. I really appreciated them both.

Jason was super courteous and even gave some advice on what the issue with my truck might have been. These guys can get on base easily, which is a huge help for military/DoD. If I need a tow in the future, Ill call these guys.

Unprofessional, Charged Me Almost $1,000 And Didnt Even Complete The Job, They Brought The Wrong Trailer To Pick Up My Viechle, And Charged Me For it, said its because there time, Manager Wont Return My Call Bad Business Reporting 2 BBB !

I broke down on a holiday weekend Friday night. I wasn’t sure where I was exactly. Just stranded on the side of the interstate. They were polite, figured out where I was, had a truck to me in about 45 minuter. I was taken to a repaire shop that was able to repair my car on a Saturday holiday weekend. And the tow was affordable. I was surprised.I’m not sure why people say they are rude. I spoke with 2 different people in the office and the driver. All helpful and professional.

Office was clean and smelled really nice. The staff people I dealt with were nice and very helpful. The grounds are neatly laid out and vehicles are easily accessible. Pretty clean for a tow/junkyard.

Not too expensive. They charged me about $59 to get my car towed about 5 miles. Ive used them twice and will again if I need it.

They took my car to the wrong shop. They said they would move it. The next day when I couldnt find my car, it turned out they never moved it. I wont be using them again.

Don was such a sweet man. He arrived really early to tow my bobtail in and was a great conversationalist all the way to Ellenwood from Warner Robins. Such a great guy! You can tell he really knows what he is doing too.

This company is so unprofessional. Their son cussed me out the entire time my car was being picked up and brought back to me. They pocketed the money and didn’t even turn it in to the company. When I called and spoke to their manager the lady told me no car was turned in or money that night.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We literally waited for this tow company for 4 hours. They left us on hold when we called to get an ETA and they also hung up when we called. Awful. I will also discuss with my insurance agent because no customers should ever be treated like this.

Absolutely deplorable customer service.

Even though the 2 ladies I spoke to were nice, and polite. There is NO custom care! Only excuses when I asked about their procedures for contacting people if something changes. I was stranded for 4 hours after I was told 1 hour till a driver would show. I never received any updates to the status of the driver or that they had become very busy due to all the wrecks happening that afternoon, and were short handed. If I was contacted about this or told when I originally called for a tow I could of resolved my delima with another company sooner. Very poor management and prioritization. So if you plan on needing a tow dont use warner robins towing unless you dont mind not being contacted for updates if something comes up that would cause some delays, are ok with not being a priority even if you are stranded, and dont mind waiting for hours past the original time you were told.

Absolutely terrible. We called them about moving a playhouse. We scheduled pickup, waiting out IN THE RAIN for them to come for hours. They never showed. We called back to reschedule, spoke with Joel who was very apologetic and said that we should get a discount for waiting for so long and no one ever coming. They gave us a quote of $150 maximum to move the play house. Joel and David reassured us many times it would not exceed $150. We rescheduled for today. The driver showed up on time, did a great job moving it. When he got it to our house, he called the job into David (who has previously quoted us no more than $150) told him that the job was to be $200. We called David and asked what has happened. The job went smoothly, there was NO trouble at all in getting the playhouse or dropping it off. I didnt understand why it was more. We asked David and he was extremely rude. He told us he never quoted us that price at all. We were not happy about being lied to, we verified the price many times over the last two weeks. David said, he didnt care, he didnt need our business. The driver was very apologetic as well and said that he has dealt with this many times since he has been employed there. He said that David quotes one price and then jacks it up when the work is done. Its not about the $50 extra dollars. Its about customer service. You just dont do that to people.I promise you David and Warner Robins Towing, you will NEVER have my business again. I should have gone with Bowtie Towing, and I certainly will in the future.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude by answering her cell phone while I was talking to her and then I dont kniw if its the owners son but he cant be more than 12 or 13 years old and asking me if I want him to drive me to the back of the lot to check on my truck for damage. I dont think they know anything about child labor laws.

Marty and April were absolute ANGELS of Warner Robbins. They picked me up when I blew out a tire on my way to Florida from Chicago. All of the auto repair shops and stores were closed due to the time of the evening. So my only option at that time was to get a hotel room and wait til the following day, then instead, Marty took me to the tow yard and he and I hunted for a proper sized tire that would fit my vehicle. After spending an hour or so hunting, we found a tire and he put the tire on my GMC Envoy, so that I could get to Florida. I have never encountered anyone that has been this helpful and went so far above my expectations of any type of service industry. Thank you for getting me back on the road.

I just need a pick-up towed across town. I requested a pick up, and gave them my number if they had any issues with finding my apartment. I waited over an hour from the estimated time. Im a totally reasonable guy and a call saything that a driver is late would be totally understandable, but the call never happened.I called back to see what was going on and apparently the tow truck never saw my truck nor bothered to call me or talk to the front office. I get being slammed at work, but come on...

I used Warner Robins Towing to get my truck to and from a shop and they were and are very helpful. And the customer service is wonderful

We called and a very rude lady hung up on us several times and made multiple false accusations about a truck being in route. Every time she claimed the truck being 10 minutes away from our location for 2 hours.We were only 10 minutes away at most from their location which was 9 miles away. I wouldnt ever recommend their service. They dont even deserve a single damn star but google is forcing me to give these bastards one. SMDH😢

If I could give negative stars I would. Waited 2.5 hours for them the first night. They never showed. Finally called for the third time and was told for the third time they would be there in 30 minutes. So I set up an APPOINTMENT for the following morning. They were to be there at 7. When I called to confirm at 655 the truck had not even left to meet us. The dispatcher giving me the run around about this and that. When I continued to say they were supposed to be here at 7 he continues to make excuses. They didnt arrive near our location till 8. This was after I talked to the dispatcher twice and then canceled the call. Worse serves I have ever had.I called kitchen towing and not only were they early for the appointment they were curtious and called when they were on there way. That are also a 24hr towing service.
