I would highly recommend Robinson Towing and Roadside. The driver was an angel in disguise. He showed me a feature on the vehicle I didnt know existed. He was prompt and professional.

My mother ended up stranded on the interstate alone in the wee small hours of the morning. Fred showed up quickly, and sat with her until I could reach them (I was already on the way out when she called him for the tow). I got lost on the way out, and he was able to help guide me in, over the phone. In stressful situations, we all hope someone this great will respond to our relatives. Mom said his showing up so quickly made her feel much safer on the side of the road. I highly recommend Robinson Towing, and would like to say a big thank you to Fred the Tow Truck Guy! Thanks so much for being there when we needed you!!!

I was stranded in Warner Robbins and called this tow company. They were the rudest and most inefficient company I have ever encountered. I was alone on some desolate road at 2 am trying to get home to NC and these guys told me it would be 3 hours before they could arrange a tow. When I explained the situation - a single woman in the middle of the night on a scary desolate road, they could care less and let me know it was not their fault my vehicle needed a tow and they would get there at their convenience. They did finally show up - 4 hours later. Do not call or use Robinson if you need any compassion.

I had an accident on the highway. I had called triple A and 2 1/2 hours went buy and they still didn’t have some one coming!!!! When I called Fred he was on his way and there in great time, considering the construction going on!!! He was very quick and efficient! In very short order he had us loaded and on our way👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Plus he was super friendly! Definitely use him again.

I called them for a tow to the dealership. They were professional and you cant beat their price. I will definitely call them again if I need another tow.

Owner was very rude and unprofessional he told me it would be a long wait. I asked how long and he responded b***h you can call another company if you like. Thats not how you speak to someone. I said excuse me. He says bye cracker and hung up. Stay away from this place by all means!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional service. The owners arent great people themselves. Never let these folks near your house, vehicle and family and PETS. Yea I said pets. Enough said. They are law jumpers. Save your money and time and go elseware!

This man was the only person/towing company who was willing to help us when our car got stuck on a wet, muddy road in the middle of no where. Other places we called said they didn’t have someone in the area, or told us their trucks would just get stuck. But he was willing to help. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone dependable and honest.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ANYDAY OF THE WEEK!!! Had gotten a flat tire on the highway alone called them and Fred helped me with a tire and got me back on the road. Fred came to me on the side of the road on 49 west Sunday afternoon. Me and my boys were stranded. He was just so happen to drive by. He stopped and assisted us with no problem. He was professional and very helpful. I had a blowout and was terrified cause no was stopping. He was literally Godsent. He moved quickly and was even concerned about my previous tire. Thanksgiving day 2020. I locked my family out of our RV. After an hour of searching for someone, my insurance could not find anyone. A Love’s Employee provided me with Robinson’s number.He arrived, did not charge me and provided me with a number that could help me. He also checked back with me to ensure I was in my rig and on my way!This type of customer service is un-heard of today.

On time, polite, and very efficient! We broke down in the middle of the night and he answered right away. Would definitely recommend for any roadside emergency! Fred was truly a lifesaver!

I contacted this towing company to help get my friends semi truck that was stuck in the yard in mud. I thought when I called him he was going to come out with a tow truck, but instead he came out to the house in a pickup truck. lll give an A for effort, but he shouldve known that a regular pickup without 4 wheel drive was no competition for a semi truck that was unloaded with just the tractor. And yes I was specific when I spoke with on the before he came out

Saw one of the tow trucks parked in a handicap parking spot at Walmart on 12/9/20, and they were parked so crooked that it was almost comical. Parking your work truck in a handicap spot when you don’t have a handicap plate or placard is a good way to tell people not to do business with you.

I was told 3 to 4 hrs before anyone could get to me and I found his number he was there in 45 mins

Awesome guy! I called him to tow my car to be repaired. He had a great response time. When he got here he looked at it and knew exactly what to do, and fixed it for me so quickly. No repair shop needed! It was completely affordable too. Total lifesaver. Take my advice and definitely call him in an emergency.

It was great that he did that and wanted to check on the customer, not many of our providers do. The customer stated he had a great experience, the driver was like 3 minute late but not a big deal. We had already been waiting for over an hour in another service, when we called to see why we were told it would be another 40-45 minutes when we were originally told only 50 minutes. Called Mr. Robinson, and he got there within 15 minutes, was very friendly, and charged less than quoted by other service. Will be calling him first in the future.

Good and fast service

The man told me he was going to be there in a few minutes waiting 3 and a half hours still never showed. Also stopped taking my phone calls, needless to so my car is still sitting where it was not towed or fixed. This is not the way to get customers or recommendations for business. Totally disappointed.
