I would highly recommend Kitchens Towing! This company is extremely professional and has great service. We ended up needing two tows, one to the shop and the other to our home. We used this company two days in a row, Friday and Saturday, and had the same driver both days. The driver and the lady we spoke to when calling in were both friendly, professional and helpful even though they were swamped that day. Also, the driver had my vehicle loaded and unloaded crazy fast. Great service! I would highly recommend this towing company!

I have a 2015 challenger rt+. I had the mid and rear mufflers deleted (removed). Straight pipes from the cats back. It sounds amazing!! Lee was extremely fast and professional. He gave me a great price for straight piping my car. He does excellent work and the welds look great. I would definitely recommend going to him 10 out of 10.

I was in search of a local company to fix the muffler on my jeep that my son is using while my husband and I are stationed overseas with the military. I read as much as I could and found Kitchens & Lees. Lee was understanding of my needs and handling this from overseas, He was courteous, professional, and helpful! Fixed the muffler quickly for a very reasonable price... he even changed the oil and gave me a full report of the condition of my Jeep since Im so far away. I will be using him again in the future for my needs (as well as Kitchens Towing because they were super nice on the phone). Your response time and towing service was good. The driver saying that the Shopkin took the truck to work on diesels well thats not so good. He claimed to know that the mechanic would work on diesels but they refused to touch it.

Weve used Kitchens a few times, had good service and would definitely recommend. However, today I would really like to give kudos to Kitchens for outstanding customer service. Our truck was stolen and abandoned, the ignition punched, so no way to move it except for towing. Michael did an excellent job manipulating the bed of the tow truck up under our truck to lessen the distance he had to drag our truck - punched ignition equals no way to take it out of park, so the back wheels couldnt turn. We really appreciate the time and care he took with getting our truck taken care of as gently as he possibly could. Way to go Michael, thank you for being the bright spot in our otherwise pretty miserable day :-)

Called to get my car towed. The receptionist answered and blurred out some gibberish. I said my name and that I needed a tow. This time, the reception yelled very clearly “CAN YOU HOLD?!” I responded that I could, and was promptly hung up on. So, not only is the woman working the front desk on 5/21/2019 rude, she’s also incompetent. I was more than happy to take my business to Warner Robins Towing, who was much more helpful.

I have no experience with them towing my vehicle but do have experience with them hitting my truck with their tow truck. It was a Kitchens to make things worse, for which he blatantly lied to the police officer about the facts and circumstances of the accident. Still trying to recover damages and lost wages because of this. I support local businesss that are honest and fair, but based on my dealings with the dishonestly, I cant imagine how honest and fair business practices are in their business motto. I would not do business here at ALL!
