This company likes to rip people off I believe its absolutely intentional if you try to pay them w a card the only thing the dispatcher will tell you that yes they accept them she NEVER mentioned the extra fee even after speaking with her 3 times so what does that tell you? The driver even said they need to tell the customer ahead of time so buyer be aware!!Once they took the payment I kept calling the dispatcher and she never answer. I honesty would give them no stars if possible. The driver was really nice and polite perhaps he should start his own business! And not work for someone like this

The driver was pro. But they have charged me twice for one towing service. The have charged me 110$ instead of the 50$ we agreed on. I contacted them at 1 pm. Saying they will pay me back or bring it to me. Its a credit card. But want to bring me cash to me at 5 PM. Called them at 730 pm when they had not shown up. Account manager called me at 8. Said they had to charge it back on my card. Then through my frustration from waiting I was trying to clarify things that made no sense to me. She asked if I was a 5 year old. AND was very negative to me. I got a text message at 1:30 am showing me a pic of the 60$ was given back.

My car got towed away by the police they were pretty reasonable in terms of service but pricing was through the roof

Will not call you back no matter how many messages you leave . Called on Friday message said they were 24 hr service and would call you back in a few minutes. Never got a call from them .Called back on Monday about 2:30 he gave car to the insurance company before my elderly parents could get their items out of the car. Rude and disrespectful to my parents telling them they told insurance company to get the car but they did not so he accused my parents of lying Do not use them.

Always available when I call any time day or night

It didnt take long for them to arrive and the driver was very courteous and extremely professional. I will be sure to use them again.

Not to trust this company for any repossessions for your business nor store vehicles for you, cause they will take items off your vehicle and out of them, and the office is always closed during business hours during the week days ..
