Ive had my last several oil changes done here, and I dont imagine Ill be going anywhere else any time soon. Theyre always friendly, even that time I drove up 30 minutes before closing. (Sorry!!) Theyve never made snide remarks about me being a thousand miles overdue (although it would be justified). The staff is thorough in their safety checks, explain why they recommend any particular oil (high mileage in my case), and never pressure me when advising the need for air filter replacements, etc... I feel very well taken care of here, and the fact that I dont have to get all the kids in and out of the car is an added bonus.

Ive been coming here since I moved to Ga. Mr. Joe was always wonder and took great care of me. Like many before their was a wait but not very long. Everyone was sweet and kind. They worked together and proficiently. I appreciate your services gentlemen.

I Show concern in public where everyone can see, then ignore and hope I dont come edit my review.Original review-These folks are friendly enough and very prompt, but the oil change was close to $30 more than the dealership, and a few days after I got my oil changed I started noticing oil on my driveway. Of course it was Sunday when I figured it out, but the oil drain plug was so loose it took me a full half-turn to get it snug and another 1/4 turn to tighten it.Absolutely unacceptable for any service provider to not check the tightness of the plug prior to releasing the vehicle. They could have easily cost me my engine. I will definitely not be back.

Wasn’t acknowledged by staff upon arrival; despite many of their technicians making eye contact during my wait. No intake process was ever initiated, no contact, no dialogue…just me waiting for someone to do their job when I came to them in order to exchange money for services. Guess they’re doing better than most in this current economy, since their behavior indicates that they do not need, nor want, my money.

Caleb Ussery was amazing from start to finish! Ive been bringing my vehicle to this location for years and Ive always had an extremely positive experience! During this particular visit, I was having problems with my air conditioning. Caleb took the time to listen to everything I had to say and very patiently and thoroughly explained everything they needed to do to resolve the problem. He was very friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. My air conditioning unit is now operating perfectly! Thank you for consistently providing exceptional customer service!

I gotta give a shout out to Joe Barkley, I deal with him the most when I have issues. Awesome customer service. I referred my dad in law and he showed up right as it was closing and they still serviced his vehicle. I have a 2010 fusion and its needed a lot of work lately, I was worried that the brakes were having issues again, I just had to replace AB module which cost a grand, turns out the new one was recalled, I panicked at first thinking I was going to have to pay more money. I told them that it was just replaced, he looked it up found the invoice, and told me I was good, he ordered it and said it wouldnt cost me anything. I only go see Joe now if I can help it for any vehicle maintenance needs....beyond oil changes. Timeliness, quality and customer service is HUGE to me, if there isnt that.....I find somewhere else

I take my car that is no longer under a dealership warranty here and they do a fantastic job. They move the line quickly and I have never had a problem in the years I have gone here. They are not pushy in trying to get you pay for extra maintenance, but will notify when things need to be done. I actually trust what they have to say which I think is vital when choosing a mechanic. If they tell you in needs to be done, it needs to be done.Been going here for years and will be coming back this week for an oil change.

Wasnt asked what type of oil. Saw tech pouring oil from a plastic container into my car. My total came to over $70 for oil and to look at my lights n tires. Wont be going back!

Ive taken my car there twice now. First time was fine. Second time they failed to reattach the access panel which resulted in the part getting dragged and permanently damaged.

I had to come back and revise my review. It seems the technician was just trying to get over on me. I was told something I just spent $500+ on (somewhere else) to repair was “busted,” and given detailed instructions on how to come back and have it replaced again… I take it back to the people who fixed it, they take all four of my tires off to tell ne there’s nothing wrong with my truck. 😂 mmkay. Still never coming back here. 👎🏾

This dude thinks its acceptable to greet a customer with here comes trouble, what do you want - My mom brought her car to have a compressor fixed, cost $1200, two days later the car shuts off and smokes. Theyre rude in the phone, refuse to tow it. We get it drivable, and they thankfully did cover the botched repair and get it repaired again the second time. Ill go somewhere else.

Trying to find a good shop that listen to your car care concerns can be very difficult, Im pleased with the level of service and professionalism I see taking place during each visit.

Very competent people work here. And this location is first come first serve, so there’s no appointment-making necessary. They’ve done fuel system cleanings, differential servicing, steering, oil changes, and other things for my cars and I’ve never had an issue. Only thing is that they’ve gotten rid of their rotor resurfacing machine. The guy I spoke to about it said it’s cheaper to just replace the brakes than resurface them, which doesn’t make any sense since you can get rotors resurfaced for like $50 for all 4... So I took a star away for that.

I have been a customer of theirs for a year. I have went gotten my oil change by them since owning my car. The service is always quick and convenient however, the last oil change I received from them, the servicer, didnt put enough oil in my car and now it has a ticking noise. After the ticking got worse i decided to check my oil myself and that when I noticed that my oil was low. This has made me very angry because i take good care of my car and I will go without to make sure everything is up to part. Every time i crank my car up im stuck with that and it just make me sick to my stomach

Great staff Fast service, Joe gave me good recommendations on tires for a cross country trip at a phenomenal prices. Completely answered all my questions and informed on repairs I would need before beginning the trip. The staff are respectable people and this place does good business highly recommend.

I would like to thank the guys at this place. I had gone from one tire shop to another, having to deal with several tow companies, until one of the tire shops that couldnt fix my problem recommended this place. Today (1/31/20), I had an oil change performed at Express Oil Change and Service Center on Houston Lake Road in Warner Robins, GA. It was performed by Frankie Martin who was very polite and informative. He did not try to push other services on me and did a GREAT job performing my oil change, checking fluids, checking tire pressure, checking AC filter and answering any questions I had. On my way to the bank & I picked up an object in my tire. In panic mode, the only place I could think to rush to was Express Oil Change & hope they could help. Pulled in just as they were closing, but Joe Barkley was kind enough to give me 5 minutes to access my tire situation. While he couldn’t thoroughly check the tire, he did ensure it had enough air so I could drive home safely (5 minutes away).Joe was very kind, thoughtful and patient. Visiting Warner Robins from Kennesaw to go to water park with my family when I experienced some pretty major car trouble. Joe made this experience very positive for me with what I was dealing with, and was very professional, honest, and the team here was able to help me get back up and running within a timely manner. UPDATE: I talked to the manager and he got me taken care off. The assistant manager, Billy, told me there was something wrong when the oil plug was put back. He fixed it right there and told me if it still leaks they will replace a part no charge. My car is now fixed and no oil leaks. Changed from one star to 4 because they rectified the issue.ORIGINAL COMMENT:I went to this place 2 weeks ago to get an oil change. Few days later I noticed oil was leaking. I ignored it for 3 more days thinking it was just spillage from the oil change. However, a week later and it still keeps leaking. I went back and they checked it and said it was fine and it was just spillage from the new oil. It has been two weeks and my car is still leaking oil. This had never happened to my car and I always have been taking good care of my car. Now Im having problems after getting my car serviced by them. I will not recommend this business.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Keith was very kind and helpful, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I like how you can drive up and stay in your car sometimes, so I will definitely come here again.Second visit update: I thought I had an issue with my TPMS and Josh was kind enough to check it out and put air in my tires for me. Love this place!

Ive used the Express Oil change for 10yrs and theyve done a GREAT job on both my van and truck. All of the guys are extremely nice to my wife and to me when we bring in the vehicles to get serviced. I was told I needed this in that to my car I paid 365.00 for nothing didnt get a receipt nor a sheet to see what they charge me they did a aliment knowing my brakes needed I paid 59.00 for that no reasons also it was too loosen so the guy I took it to said that ... Got my oil change and noticed oil leaking two days after . Assumed maybe they spilled some and it’s dripping off . Two more days later car is just leaking oil and has been. Very upset. Had my car for 3+ years and never had this issue until I went to them.

Horrible experience. I was taken advantage of because I was a woman. I went in for brake service. First I was told it would take an hour. I was there over two hours. They replaced rotor and drums on front and back. Rotor and drum was only should been replaced on back. Dealership made me aware of problem during oil change. When i went to pay, I saw charges on screen. I asked why I was given a choice on products I was told they only use premium products. When asked why they replaced drum and rotors for both, I was told that it was their policy. I was charged $534. Dealership quote was only $320. I went there because I thought it was convenient. I was so upset. I do not recommend this business to anyone.Update: Was contacted by Wayne Miles. We came to an agreement. He asked what I thought was fair. I said what I thought. He went above my suggestion.

Went in looking to have a quick check before going on a long trip and was so happy that I came here. Frankie took the time to check everything and made sure all of my questions were answered. I normally go somewhere closer to my home to get my oil changed but after this experience, I will be trying out Express Oil Change in 1500 miles.

No high-pressure up-selling. Prices very reasonable for services provided. We will definitely take all our vehicles here. Finding this place was a relief.

I absolutely detest taking my car in for any kind of service because of past experiences (poor workmanship/service or talked into buying nonessential services).I was pleasantly surprised on this visit. Been using their service on multiple cars and trucks for many years and could not be more pleased. Joe B. has the customer service sincerity that keeps bringing me back, the prices are reasonable, military discount, and a family feel to the place. They also do alignments, air conditioning and any mechanical repairs (including engine changes) with perfection. A place I find trustworthy.

Quick friendly service

Great people working there, Ive brought my vehicles here for years. The only issue I have is that they used to give a free car wash as part of the package to justify the cost of the oil change. Now that they dont I feel that since they are charging the same amount for the oil change without the car wash other locations are now looking more competitive when it winds down to what you get for the money. Again great technicians working there though so you make the choice.

My vehicle was serviced by Joe. We drove from Washington state and I was in need of an oil change. From the time I pulled up until the time I left, he was so kind, professional and had a really good sense of humor. The service was prompt (I was in and out in about 25, maybe 30 minutes) and inexpensive (for the make of my car). Went in for a quick oil change. It was quick and easy - stayed in my car during the process. Tech gave me a printout of the upcoming services required at which mileage point. Tech checked my front and back lights and topped of my fluids. And to boot - it was ladies day, so I got a discount. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. I like the Houston Lake location best.

The most trusted place in Warner Robins

I was charged for labor that was half done. Brought my car in for an alignment and they did not state nor call me to adv. Key part was needed to fully align my veh. When i asked why they did not notify me for the necessary part they did not state why and advised the part would be $130.00 more than what i paid. Which made no since because they did not do what was asked in the first place. They assumed because i am a woman that they could pull one over on me. I will NEVER bring my car back for ANYTHING and will be sure to advise my friends and family as well.

I stopped here to see if I could have a tire plugged due to a slow leak. The sales man came out looked at the tire and told us it was wearing from the inside and offered to get us some prices. He comes back out with his price list ranging from $91-$200 I was not going to pay that. Long story short my husband got a second opinion and the tire could be repaired $14.
