Fitco has a great atmosphere and great people. Everyone is welcoming and willing to help you reach your goals. Very clean gym. Highly recommend.

Its not kinetix anymore, hasnt been for quite a while. Its FitCo and its a million times better than when it was kinetix. The new owners are doing a great job

Have been a member since Nov 2019, today Im ending this relationship. I ran into a not so pleasant lady who claimed to be staff and was very rude. I would not recommend this gym to anyone the customer service let alone the services for the price you pay is not there.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM! First off, I was one of the unfortunate people that had to transfer to Kinetix Health Club Centerville from Hub Club Fitness. When I tried to cancel my membership, I was told I could not, because the gym stayed within ten miles from each other. Okay, so then I wanted to cancel my contract for the end date, because I knew I did not want to stay with this gym. I was told the contract would end in June 2020 and that I did not need to do anything else. I checked on this cancellation two more times and was told I was cleared. June comes and Im charged, July comes, im charged. Today I spoke with Jonathan and he told me that I never put in the 30 day notice, but he could start that now. Some words of disagreement were exchanged and I chose to dispute the charge, because he was being highly unreasonable. Its funny how people from Capitol One are easier to talk to then your local gym owner. Stay away from this hassle.

I got a 2 year contract and the only way to cancel it is to prove that you moved 😒 other than that its clean, it smells nice, andd they offer free childcare during select times

Best gym in the area! I Was a member at another gym in town (won’t mention any names) and wasn’t happy with the costumer service. This gym offers everything you can imagine: Childcare, group fitness classes and they even have class’s for kids! And Not to mention they offer a FREE personal training assessment at time of sign up. They are very professional and make me feel right at home from the moment I walk in the door. If I could give a 10 star rating I definitely would. Love this place!

What can I say better than excellent place to work out!Im from Macon and i have a membership there but today I came here due to remodel at local one...But compared to the one we have there this place is worth the drive and enjoy better equipment and bigger place and many many more options to work out!I leave 5 stars to this one!

I live this place. Staff is friendly. Those working out is friendly. We go about 3 to 4 days a week.

They are total fraud. When we sign up they told us that we can cancel anytime during our period. We asked the representative 3 times and they told us that this will be no problem. Now when we want to cancel they say that there is now way and we have active contract till next year August. Dont believe what they are saying to you unless they give you a paper. They have good reviews on Google but anywhere else they have 1-STAR. Also, they have (F) with BBB so that is something to consider before signing with them.

Cheap 24/7 access and you get what you pay for. Reasonably good equipment. Staffed hours consist of someone that sits behind the desk and can’t be bothered to greet you, smile, or rarely look up from their personal conversation to acknowledge your presence. The weight rack where all the dumbbells are likely hasn’t ever been wiped down and the gym isn’t cleaned regularly. Occasionally they clean the bathrooms. Also I see from other reviews I’m not the only one they lied to when they said you could cancel anytime, as when you call to cancel that’s when you find out you agreed to a 1 year contract. Personal trainers sit in the corner and also don’t acknowledge anyone, smile, greet, or do much but avoid eye contact.

Initially was pleased with Jonathan. Seemed to operate with honesty and integrity. Turns out not a man of his word. Just watch your bank account for sneaky charges.

Best gym in the area! New equipment, Very clean, and amazing customer service! They really go over and beyond to make us happy. Cant beat the price either only $14.95 a month.

I have 15 years of Commercial Fitness Management experience. I absolutely love this facility. Its a very inviting atmosphere. I love the functional training area. I see this franchise growing. I will be a member for a very long time.

Great place to work out!! Love the staff and the equipment is great too! Great price and you get classes. I paid high prices at other gyms in the past, but they didnt compare to what I get at Rush.

I love how its a 24 hr. Gym with low cost memberships! I have been a member for almost a year a long with my family, the offered family discounts, group fitness, and child care! Its my home away from home!

Do you like being treated unfairly? Do you like having debt collectors put on you after the gym told you your membership was cancelled? Do you like feeling worthless, if you answered yes to any of those questions then this is the gym for you. Otherwise, stay far away from this place and take your money to a non chain gym with a respectable owner.

I came all the way from my house for the card not to work, to get in the gym. But when they take the money off my card theres no problem with that! Paying 300 and something for two years contract and have no access to the 24 hour gym.

I was a member with this gym before I was an employee, and I give Jonathan and his gyms 5 STARS all the way! He is great to work for and my membership was great at this gym too. If you ever have any problems Jonothan will correct! I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to RUSH RESULTS! We have a verity of group fitness classes and our inviorment is a great place to workout!

The key to the after hours never works. Don’t try and call because all you will get is I’m sorry I have no control over the system. They will not give you the owners information. They will politely tell you I’m sorry we don’t talk to the owner on a regular basis. Do not sign up here not worth it!!!!!!

It always seems to be a issue with my key card every time I go to the gym which should have been resolved by now seeing as how this is our 2 replacement! Not only that but somehow Im looked at like Im a alien every time I walk in and Im asked to re-scan my card and Im hounded about if Im a member or a guest!! I do not think the girls behind the counter treat the other customers like this so Im a bit concerned.

They will tell you what ever it takes to sign the contract. All I can say is read it carefully they lie and are very rude. They stand smugly behind the contract pointing out that you signed it. Well yes I signed it no I didnt read it and maybe that part is on me. Being in sales and customer service myself I guess I neglected that some people lie to make there money then laugh at you for being honest enough to take them at there word. Never in my life have I been treated like the smug little blond behind that desk treated me. Worst customer service in the world.

Sold me when I saw they had a fitness class for my kids and childcare. No excuses why I cant go. I dont feel uncomfortable or intimidated. Very helpful staff. Canceled my membership at another gym to join here and it was worth it.

As a consumer of and vendor to the fitness industry I have to say that Rush Results Fitness in Warner Robins is an awesome facility offering everything needed to get into and/or stay in great shape. I particularly like that they offer the functional training equipment along with all the cardio & strength training machines, free weights and classes.

This is a great gym! Great prices and customer service so Id recommend anyone to come here.

New equipment, nice atmosphere, the trainers seem knowledgable and professional. The owner is cool and the price is great. Ive been coming here since it opened. Its not too busy at all and theres plenty of equipment to choose from.

I just got my membership a little over a month ago, and this the 2nd time that I have gotten up at 430am to go to the gym and my card doesnt work. 2 other men came as well and their card didnt work either. No really impressed, there was not contact to reach someone for that type if situation.

Page and Melody, I agree with your assessment of Rush Results. I stupidly joined this gym and have gotten NOTHING out of it. While it is my fault for not going, it is not my fault because they continue to take money from my bank account. I have spoken to their joke of a billing company twice, the owners wife, but not the owner, because I can never seem to catch him in the office. I have been paying for something I cancelled a year ago, now I find out they increased the monthly rate by $5.00 without notification!

I cannot warn people away from Jonathan Harrison or any of his gyms strongly enough. I pre-paid for two, 24 month gym memberships in advance and after only 11 months, he closed down the gym in the middle of the night and slunk out of town. No advance notification was given any members.I have tried calling every telephone number available for any of his gym locations or Harrison personally and am either forced by employees to leave a message or no one ever answers. No return call has ever been made to me by Harrison - EVER. I tried contacting his lawyer and the lawyers telephone number was disconnected. The certified letter I sent his lawyer requesting my money be returned was sent back undeliverable-unable to forward.DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. After this happened, I did some research and discovered this is not even the first time he has done this! In 2014, the GA Department of Law, Consumer Protection Division fined both him and Rush Fitness $6,000 for doing exactly the same thing!I am out of pocket in the amount of $400.92 and have no hope of that Harrison will act like a professional. Dont let this happen to you.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They packed up their Forsyth location overnight, not informing the members, and left. Those who paid in advance are out of luck, people are still being billed by the HORRIBLE third party billing company that Ive been struggling with for the past 3 months. Just bad business overall. Dont get a membership here or any other location as theyre all owned by the same man and the same thing can happen to you.

Poor management, bad equipment, it took them over a year to fix the air conditioning, and now they charge for day care. Not worth the money!

These people are a joke. When my mom and I first joined we signed up for a trainer. The jerk they assigned us to would never meet us at the scheduled time, and when shed try to reach out to him he either blew her off, or he was extremely rude and acted like he couldnt be bothered to do his job, so she cancelled the service. She was well within the cancellation period, but these incompetent, thick dunderheads still charged her two hundred some dollars for the service. My mother is one of the most mild mannered people youll ever meet, but she raised hell with them in order to get her money back. Now, shes being charged $5 OVER the amount were supposed to be paying every month, per our contract. Not to mention they put a hidden double fee in the contract, so we got charged two sets of gym membership fees. Ive never said this about a business, but I hope they go under so all of these people who have signed up wont have to keep being bilked out of their money every month.

Equipment is older, but there is a variety. I havent had any problems here.
