Warm, inviting atmosphere. Terrific teachers with a variety of classes for all levels. I have practiced weekly at Warner Robins for 2 years and now the new Macon studio as well. I always enjoy the experience...Highly recommend!

The best yoga in middle Georgia 💓

I decided to do a drop-in class (Hot Power Flow) while on a business trip in Warner Robins. It was the best decision I made. The instructor was lively and positive. The studio was clean, warm, and inviting. I consider myself a beginner but I was able to keep up at my own pace. The cool lavender-infused cloth used in final pose (Savasana) gave me LIFE!

Great place for a beginner. They took the time to help me find alternative posses. Use a chair for support and how to do the basic poses. Great teachers. Very helpful.

All in all a good studio. I like theinstructors and people who attend are usually friendly and positive. They also have events and offer special classes monthly. My only two complaints are that the floors are hard, theres no give in them and I wish the classes were less expensive.

This is a wonderful and peaceful studio with fabulous instructors. I would highly recommend stopping in and joining a class to experience for yourself.
