Didnt have an appointment, but they could take me in 20 minutes, so, went and had lunch and came back. Had the Volcano pedicure, wow! It is a 5 step process that leaves your legs, feet, and heels really soft. I had this done 2 months ago and was impressed that my feet, heels especially, stayed soft all that time! This pedicure is $40, and worth every penny. I highly recommend you try it, you wont be disappointed.

Such a horrible experience. I gave this nail salon 2 chances.The first time, I got an acrylic fill in. My nails we’re lopsided and the acrylic was put on unevenly. There were bubbles and bumps all over my nails. The nail polish started to chip after 5 days.The second time, I got an acrylic removal and manicure. He did not soak them off like I asked. Instead he used a nail clipper which hurt so badly. I had to tell him to stop several times because I was in pain. He then rushed the manicure part. I’m a New Yorker so I LIKE to receive a service fast and straight to the point. However, this manicure was done fast and sloppy.I will never return here again although I live 2 minutes away.I will say it seems as though they give great pedicures. As most of the clients were there for pedicures. I wouldn’t know though.

Place looks very nice, looks like remodeled recently so we were very impressed as it looks so different from other salons. In addition they unpacked instruments from sealed plastic pouch in front of us, towels used to place your feet on and hands on were nice thicker ones and dark blue so also looked nice. What happened first time around we waited to be attended to and once the person who handles manicure started to work on my friend when they had a new Walk in, after vigorous non-english exchange amongst majority of the employees this person walked away and started to work on the newcomer. This exact situation repeat itself when I visited second time with another friend I understand the business trying to make decisions to service as many customers possible, however this was disruptive and felt sort of rude, both my friends noted they would not be returning so in this case unfortunately this lost them three returning customers.

Visited twice for a mani . First time was great. Second time an older man did the worst Mani Ive ever had. Will not return even though they are conveniently located.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.I was unhappy with the service and all I got was a pat on the arm and an “I am sorry hun”. I should come out of a nail salon feeling happy and confident, not ready to cry on my way home. I got a refill and it looked like my nails were grown out for two weeks.Need to see what nail shapes you can get? I’ve got it covered, look at my hands and you get coffin, square, and rounded all in one. I’m soooo disappointed and upset with the quality of service.Unless you want to go home and redo your own nails, save yourself from wasting your money and having a bad day. They won’t take the time to ask you what you want or actually do a good job. All they care about is who is coming in the door to scam.Unfortunately, I can’t post a picture on here, but at least you won’t have to cringe at how awful they look.
