Regina did not make my hair how i wanted it except she just did whatever she wanted and told me she doesnt like the client to be to envolved in the process. I will not be returning here Regina as the owner was the worst hair dress i will not be waisting my money here agin. My hair is brittle damaged from all the bleach she slapped on my hair and she was also afraid to give me some proper bangs…

My review is overdue!I have been seeing Ashley Flowers for taming my straight hair and trimming my bangs. She is super sweet and takes the time to make sure that your hair is everything you want before you walk out the door. Not only that, she checks in the next day to make sure you didnt change your mind.I have sent a handful of my girlfriends as well as my brother to Ashley and she took care of all of them. She gets busy so make sure you book and KEEP your appointment!All of the ladies at the salon - to name a few.. Regina, Tiffany, Elena (sorry if I missed you) I have met at the salon were very welcoming and made you feel like you could hang out with them all day!

I love coming here, the women are nice, friendly, and professional. They do cuts, color, Brazilian blow out, and extensions. I love seeing Ashley, she is great getting brunettes to platinum blonde.

The salon is very beautiful and super clean. They are doing a great job at keeping things clean and sanitized through this difficult time. I had the pleasure of meeting three lovely ladies at insignia; Ashley, Regina, and Tiffany, all very kind, welcoming, and great sense of humor. I got my hair colored by Regina and she did such a great job on giving me the blue color I wanted. I also got a Brazilian blowout by Tiffany and it has done wonders to my hair. Thank you ladies for all your help and this will definitely be my new go to salon for all my hair care needs.

5 ☆☆☆☆☆ for Elena shes done my hair now twice full restoration the 1st time and a recent touch up. Can I scream I LOVE IT! Shes awesome at restoring hair color. The highlights, color change plus toner, wash (loved the scalp massage) cut and style she did on me was exactly what I needed! Brought me back to LIFE!!! My daughter recently had her hair done by Elena too and it turned out FABULOUS! Thank you Elena!3 ☆☆☆ For the management/salon itself. Just last week there was WAAAAY to many people in the space at one time. Talk about packing them in! No routine cleaning or disinfecting of the salon ESPECIALLY between clients and that right now is EXTREMELY important. Especially when out in public you know folks use the restroom and come out NOT washing their hands. A business with clients coming in and out all day sharing the space touching stuff most definitely needs to ramp up their cleaning practices to keep EVERYONE SAFE! Aaaand dont lie and say every client when coming in gets a temperature check BECAUSE YOU DAMN WELL KNOW THAT IS NOT TRUE! Im all for re-opening andsupporting businesses but make sure you are true to your word and do the practices that keep your hairstylists and clients safe!

The hair stylist her self was great she went a little to much on cutting and gave me bangs I didn’t really want but grew to like .other than that the salon it self was dirty and dirty hair brushes that I didn’t want used on my hair .

Experienced my first outdoor haircut! Everyone was very professional and the stylist was extremely accommodating!

Christina did a great job adding texture and color dimension to my black hair! Pardon the messy hair in the pic--I was in a rush and didnt want a proper blow-dry or curls.

I really wanted to like this place but the laundry list of issues were too much of a turn off to return...-I stood at the front for 5 min w/o even being acknowledged (even though multiple people saw me).-I finally was acknowledged but had to wait another 10 minutes before I was helped.-The girl was nice but seemed very junior. The wash felt off, not sure if she even put conditioner on, and it didnt seem very thorough.-At one point she dropped the brush and swiftly picked it up and continued to use it on me.-I was there for almost 2 hours. For a blow out!! Most places can knock it out in 45-60 min-She kept the dryer on my hair way too long which majorly dried out my hair and also burned my ear with the curling iron (high school flashback).-She blew out my whole head and then curled my whole head which is a lot of extra time (and heat!!) on my hair. Usually the person can add the curl in the blowout with the round brush so it doesnt also need to be curled after the blow out-she said it would last 3-4 days and it didnt even last 24 hoursThe irony of the whole thing is when I called to book the apt the girl I spoke to said since it was my first time she was putting me with one of their best.

Terrible place if you have curly hair! They have no idea how to cut it! After 2 hours of cutting they still didnt know how to later it plus the cut alot more than I asked them too! Definitely not recommending this place

If you have a curly hair, please dont go to this salon. I came across this salon on groupon and purchased a deal for a hair cut and partial highlight. Once got to the salon the girl that supposed to do my hair looked at my hair and said, she cant do it because she has no experience with my hair texture. I asked if theres someone else that can do my hair, one of the ladies came examined my hair for a while and said she can do it but not for the groupon price. I would have to pay double the price I paid for her to do my hair. Since I wasnt confident with her either I decided to leave. I informed Groupon this and to let other buyers know. The funny part is, my hair isnt even that curly, they saw that Im black and assumed they wont be able to do my hair.

These girls are great and they maintain good prices.

Tried to call but got a recording. Just wanted the price for an updo. Apparently, its not listed on their website and the website doesnt function appropriately. Not worth the time.

On this day Hannah and Taylor worked together to do my row of hand tied extensions. First off they were very kind bc I only had 1 hour available and I felt bad rushing them.
