I highly recommend Toyota Walnut Creek! Amer and the sales team went out of the way to quickly locate and trade for a tough-to-find special edition 4Runner. Pricing was fair and transparent, when other dealers were asking for a premium or offering no discount from MSRP. I drove 1.5 hours to buy from TWC, passing my local dealer and several other closer dealers due to their superior response, communications, and business practice. Thank you!

I had a great experience here. Staff was very friendly but not pushy. Looking at the TRD pro Sequoia. Asking price $62,900.. very clean facility ADA compliant and very convenient finance options available... Also had a great selection of used vehicles pricing was very fair on those as well. I did not have a mask upon entering and a staff member was very attentive and provided me with one immediately.

Went online to schedule a test drive on a used Mercedes. Nicole Lien professionally responded and did the whole deal from start to end. She even got me a better rate through Toyota Financial and got me a better warranty than what Benz offered. While we were doing the deal, the GM Brad introduced himself and asked me if I needed anything. I mentioned that the car might need an alignment. He promptly told me to call the service department, that got me squared away. I ended up leaving with the best experience ever, buying a used Mercedes from Toyota Walnut Creek!

Just bought a vehicle here. It was a good price. Theres a no haggle policy so there was no back and forth. I got a decent price for a quality vehicle that was only a couple years old with very low mileage.The service was excellent. Came here for the first time to have my car serviced. Everyone was pleasant. Rob was very patient explaining my coverage to me. Took a while to get a ride home, but they were pretty busy. It was wast of my time!I’m going to another Toyota dealership in this area because I went to this branch 3 times;First time I ordered for my parts of my car for repair of the my under bumper and I got appointment for last Saturday (September 11 at 7:00 am but when I arrived over there I understand that they had wrong order and I have to tell them that you have to order another part instead!?! So I wast of my time.They said you can come back Tuesday afternoon because your part will be arrive by that day and I got an appointment for Tuesday 5:00 pm again.I went to Toyota dealership on Tuesday 5:00 pm and put my car for repair! After 2 hours they call me that you need a another part for fixing it and you have to go to shopping car for repair it. I was wondering about that that why didn’t they said this advice for first time? And I have to over there 3 times? And I wasted my time without concluding?!More then I wait for one hour because their cashier couldn’t come back my money to my credit card?By the way I’m looking forward for another repair and I’m going complain it to yelp.Hassan Mokhtabad

He patiently and clearly explained my options for one vehicle that hadnt been serviced for a while, and he arranged a Lyft for me for ease of transportation back and forth to Toyota. He even drove the car to the pick up station himself and changed a parking light bulb right there! Hes the BEST!

Its my first 1 start review in last 10 years, 8/22/2021 4:30pm. When we to the dealership, there were two sales guy ( I assume) were seating outside. I asked them can they show new hybrid for us, they said they dont have. I asked them can they show me any regular highlander & he pointed a car. I walked to the car checked the car but it was lock and I asked him again can we see inside? the white guy with beard (no name tag $ didnt introduced himself) said there are 33 sales people at this dealership, I dont know who has the key. We went to this dealership either buying highlander or sienna, but the sales persons discussing attitude pushed me away. They have worst sales guy! Toyota brand should be in better hand

The chip shortage is absolutely out of control right now, and most dealerships I talked to were asking for a market adjustment of anywhere from $5-10k above MSRP. 😱But Walnut Creek has landed on a refreshing, customer-centric policy: Capping their prices at at MSRP and limiting their waitlist to Bay Area locals.Amer was communicative, patient, and efficient. He requested a $500 refundable deposit that would guarantee me a slot when a Rav4 Hybrid became available. When I found another unicorn dealership also selling the car at MSRP, and they ended up with an allotment first, I ceded my place in line at Walnut Creek. True to his word, Amer refunded my deposit the very next day. (And Im sure immediately sold the vehicle to another lucky person on their waitlist.)THANK YOU, Walnut Creek, for your fair pricing during the chip shortage. And thank you Amer for your help, integrity and timeliness. You guys are top notch and Ill be sending any friends and family that need a Toyota your way.

Buying my car from Toyota Walnut Creek was, hands down, the BEST car buying experience Ive ever had. I was looking to buy a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Prime, which is in short supply and high demand. In addition to long wait lists, most of the dealerships in our area are charging a $5K to $10K markup over sticker price for this vehicle! Toyota Walnut Creek was the only dealership in our area I could find which did not charge over sticker price. In fact, they told me it was their policy to *never* charge over sticker price on any vehicle, no matter how much it is in demand. For a small deposit, they put me on a waiting list for the RAV4, and told me to expect around 4 months wait time. However, after just 1 month, I got the call that my car had arrived! Picking up the car and signing the paperwork was a breeze. This dealership is the only one where the salesperson does all the paperwork in front of you on a big screen with all the numbers plain to see. Everything is handled in a transparent and open fashion. They answered all my questions with ease, and there were no high pressure sales tactics to upsell me on additions. Kudos to my sales person, Amer Mushtaq, who was friendly, honest, sincere, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough! They have completely changed my perspective on what the car buying experience should be like.

Speedy and efficient! Bought a new 2020 Highlander at a competitive price within 3 hours. The process was pretty painless. But this dealership needs a sign on the Front door that says, Welcome to Toyota of Walnut Creek! The layout of the dealership is a bit strange. It is hard to tell what is what from the outside. This place needs more signs on the outside of the building. Overall, a very good experience!

The folks here were condescending and unhelpful. I brought my truck in for a routine service. They were not transparent about service options. I also asked about a deep scratch and the response was Cmon man its a truck. While this is true, and I dont care about the cosmetics, some people do, and Id prefer it not become a rusty truck. The folks at Mikes Body next door, who were helpful, recommended I get some touch up paint and do it myself to save money. When I went back to ask for touch up paint I got eye rolls and sighs. Crumby experience, I wont be back and will tell anyone else not to go here.

There was no hard sell for extending warranties or other services, which has always been my biggest complaint. We worked with Mani, and if the rest of the people here are like him it is the perfect place to go shopping for a car. We ended up buying at different place (got a better quote at another dealership), but we were ready to buy a car with less desired color from this place just because we loved working with Mani. Unfortunately he couldnt offer a competitive price. Mani was very respectful, cheerful and didnt torture and confused us as the dealership in Oakland did (dont go there). He understood we are informed and opinionated customers, so didnt push us or try to upsell us. We were open that we are looking for the best deal and he tried his best to offer that to us. I had a great experience at Toyota Walnut Creek! After searching high and low at Toyota dealers across northern California and watching cars fly off the shelves as the inventory for what I wanted continued to decrease, I finally found the exact car I was looking for at Toyota Walnut Creek. I inquired online and almost immediately was contacted via text, phone and email by the most awesome sales manager, Darrien Lien. Darrien offered assistance and information in the most helpful, friendly, professional and non-pushy way. Fortunately, the car I wanted was still on the lot, and Darrien took the extra steps to make sure I applied online so that the car was reserved for me, and no one else was able to snatch it up before I could arrange to come into the dealership. The online application process was so simple and smooth- I was easily able to submit all the required information using my cell phone from the comfort of my own home. Options were available to apply online for both financing and leasing. I had researched beforehand the options and financing details that I wanted, and when I communicated my preferences to Darrien, I was met with no pushback or attempt to sell me anything other than exactly what I wanted- very different from my experience at other dealers!Darrien was very helpful and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. When completing my deal, he even sent me pictures of his computer screen so I could see the full breakdown of all charges and was very transparent about the financing process every step of the way. The next day when I was off work, I came to the dealership to close the deal, and there were no problems with getting my financing approved and everything was presented exactly as expected with no changes or surprises. Darrien explained everything thoroughly every step of the way and was so informative and knowledgeable- he even took time to give advice to my fiance for selling a used car we have that we are looking to sell- and offered to look up information to assist us. Truly top-notch service from someone with lots of experience in the auto industry.Honestly, I had not been looking forward to going to the dealership because I was anticipating the typical, pushy experience where you are expecting the salespeople to give you a bad deal or take advantage of customers. I am happy to say that at Toyota Walnut Creek, I had the opposite experience- friendly, informative, relaxed and no extra pressure to get something I did not want or finance more than what I can afford. Less than two days after my initial point of contact, I drove off the lot with my brand new car with a great financing deal that worked for me.My recommendation to anyone considering Toyota Walnut Creek is to definitely take a look at what they have, and to call and ask for Darrien if you want truly exceptional service and a great experience!

Most pleasant car buying experience Ive ever had. Inquired about a 4Runner they had in stock, and Darrien Lien was extremely helpful in getting the whole process setup. Drove up 6 hours from Southern California and I specifically asked about the price of the vehicle as well as photos and VIN beforehand to ensure it was in their possession (Numerous other dealers wasted my time when I showed up in person or asked for specifics). Darrien far exceeded my expectations, dealt with him through the entire visit, and the few times I thought Id be going home empty handed, he was able to get everything secured and good to go. Darrien wasnt pushy and I didnt feel pressured into anything during the entire process. Missing Accessory and Poor Post-Purchase Customer Service --- Purchased a CPO 2020 Camry Hybrid from ToyotaWC earlier this year and paid to have it delivered. The purchase was a fair deal and the buying process was smooth. Overall seemed like a decent car buying experience except for missing accessories and poor customer service follow up. The vehicle was advertised and pictured with the All Weather Floor Mats and Cargo Tray, but the all weather cargo tray was missing. Didnt realize it until after the associate who delivered it had left. He seemed to be in a hurry to get the check and leave (duh). He didnt want to talk about the car or show me the inside of the car (so if youre getting a vehicle delivered make sure you check it over before you give them the check). Maybe its partly my fault for not looking in the trunk while he was there to check everything with him? But why didnt he want to show me the car and why was the cargo tray missing? I called and emailed multiple times about this. Two different employees assured me in emails and phone calls that they would get me the missing cargo tray ($100 to $150 value). Never happened. Also found out after inspecting the engine compartment that the fuse box lid was completely off and had fallen down near the radiator fan---why?? Dont they inspect the vehicles and make sure everything is in place before they sell or deliver them? This isnt like buying a burger and it didnt come with the pickles that were advertised, this is a sizeable and important purchase with a missing $100 accessory. Would it have been a deal breaker if it wasnt advertised as including the cargo tray to begin with, probably not. But this isnt me nit picking about a $100 difference on a +/- $27000 vehicle. This is about the dealerships quality control, integrity, and customer service. No follow up, no call back or email, and no missing accessory. Would not recommend this dealership.UPDATE: Dealer response to my review says they will reach out shortly, but I never heard from them. No call, no voicemail, no email. I also received a Toll Evasion Notice in the mail from when the driver delivered my car; it was only $6, but I thought Id add that to the list of reasons why I wouldnt recommend this dealership.

I was on a roadtrip to California from Chicago, and we misplaced the smart key to our Prius and by the time we found it, the key was already smashed into pieces from cars that ran it over. The car obviously wouldn’t start with the smashed key and we now had a problem-our window was wide open and couldn’t be closed.After waiting 2-3 hours for the tow truck to take the car to the dealership, the person that attended us really did us a favor by getting us a technician to program a new key before they left for the day. It was thanks to her that we weren’t stranded that night and all of our packed belongings remained safe! :)

First time here and I had a service appointment at 8am today (Saturday). They called me at 845am and told me it was done. Just a 15K service but still fast. I will come back for 20K and I hope they will be fast cause Ill keep coming back! I went to a place called Buttercup around the corner while I waited. Very good diner. If you dont want to wait in a lounge with no TV, I suggest going there.

Worst day experience at Toyota Walnut Creek for me & I took my for pre-collusion unavailable first they said that will $205 & I said ok after going home they call me that will cost me to fix $700 & I asked the guy on the phone with me is there possibility that you can give me a fix prize he mentioned that I will call you back with fix prize but no one call me later that day they call me your is ready so I went to pick it up guess how much they asked me to pay 770 only adjusting my sensor & do collaboration that’s it after all they asked me how much you can pay it look i’m negotiating with the mafia or kidnapper lol finally they charged me 570 for adjusting two things

I was looking into buying a new car and was told they didn’t have anymore of the car I wanted. Don’t work with Jen Del Prado because she lied to me and told me that didn’t have any of the car I wanted left. So I called the store and was told they had like 7 of them in stock. It’s seemed like they didn’t want to sell me the car and I kept asking for a quote but they didn’t want to give me one. And they don’t price match other locations?

Purchase parts online thru this dealership due to Covid. Submitted order with my vehicle vin number and received shipment couple of days later. After receiving shipment one of the item was listed correct on the invoice but whoever pulled the parts pulled and shipped to me the wrong part. I notified the parts department and they agree I was sent the wrong part stated the can send the right part out and for me to send the incorrect part back. Due to my schedule and the engine valve covers were removed off the engine, I let the parts person know I was going to drive to the nearest Toyota dealership (Which I was trying to avoid in the first place)to get the correct part to finish the repair the same day and send the incorrect part back for correct. I sent the incorrect part back and noted on the on the return to include the cost of the shipping for me top sent the item back. I received an email back from this dealership they issued me a credit for the wrong part they sent me but no credit for the shipping I paid to the ship the item back. I was also noted in my credit email they “Waived the restocking fee”. Here’s the deal, I did not make the mistake on my order Walnut Creek Toyota did and they want the customer to pay for their mistake by me paying for they freight back to them and take the position to mention they “Waived a restocking fee”. All of my vehicles are Toyota’s and this is a small issue but it is a reflection on this dealership and I question what the outcome would be on a larger scale. I am checking this dealership off my list.

The sales man did not tell me about the hidden fees and i ended up financing a used 2017 Toyota Camry for $30,000. He only showed me the price of the car which is 21,900 without taxes. on top they made me go to the station three times saying they forgot to make me sign a paper. Totally unprofessional!! I regret purchasing from this dealer.

We drove our used 2000 Sienna CE for over 16 years, and it was finally time to replace it. Toyota of Walnut Creek had a couple of 2017 Siennas my wife was interested in, so this past Monday we set up a 10 AM appointment with Chris Jordan to view them.The dealership is on the small side, but the waiting area is rather comfortable and they had complimentary hot chocolate (great for a cold morning!).Chris was fantastic. He was very friendly and personable, as well as helpful and patient. He answered all our questions, and when we decided to purchase one of the vans he helped us through the transaction. Through it all had a smile on his face.Although buying a car is never a short or easy process, it was actually on the pleasant side. Chris was a large part of it, but the other part was at this dealership they dont bargain. The price posted on the vehicle is it. We didnt mind, because on comparing with similar vehicles at other dealerships the price we paid was actually quite good. Well worth not having to haggle, and well worth not being subjected repeatedly to long waits and let me go ask my manager.Chris also went the extra mile for us. We traded in our 2000 Sienna, and neglected to remove our garage door opener remote from the interior. A few days later it arrived in the mail. Thanks, Chris!

Nicole & Ron at Walnut Creek Toyota were such a pleasure to work with! They kept me updated via SMS on the production and delivery of my vehicle, and always promptly answered my questions.Purchase process was a breeze too. We were able to do most of the pre-work over text and email (COVID Safe) so all we had to do at the dealership was sign. Thanks again for everything, I would buy a vehicle here again.Final note: Every other Toyota dealer in the Bay that I talked to tried to sell me the vehicle I wanted with a $5k - $20k markup. Walnut Creek was the only place that didnt push me around and honored the fair MSRP/Internet pricing.
