I would give 10 stars to Torsten at Prestige Autohaus! I live in SoCal and bought a used Porsche Boxster sight-unseen from a Walnut Creek dealer. I called several mechanics in the area to see about doing a Pre-purchase inspection and Torsten stood out from the bunch! Unlike the other mechanics I spoke with who didnt want to talk much at all, Torsten answered all of my questions and was happy to talk as long as I wanted to. Not to mention that Torsten is actually German so he KNOWS Porsche! Even after the purchase, I still call Torsten and bug him with additional Porsche questions and he is still happy to chat with me =)

I own a classic 2002 that was experiencing a lot of things that only a 46 year old car can experience. I had several issues with a Mini Cooper S I had recently purchased. AC electrical issues and noisy timing chain.I chose Prestige to take care of the problems based upon on line reviews from current customers .Called Thorsten to discuss the mini issues with him. He seemed extremely knowledgeable on Minis which was important to me as these little cars are very unique and I wouldnt trust the average shop to repair them. After addressing my concerns he gave me a estimate of cost over the phone which I found reasonable. Made appointment brought car in and he took care of the problems along with discovering my water pump had a very small leak and recommending it be replaced now as the labor cost was mostly covered since he already had access to pump due to the components in the area that he had already removed to replace timing chain. As a marine engineer I can say that Thorsten is very meticulous,detail oriented and observent in his work.The end result he fixed all the issues I originally had and then some.In the end the invoice came in on his original estimate with the only extra cost being replacing the water pump which was mostly the cost of the pump.He will be my go to guy in the future for any repairs needed on my Mini as well as my BMW 550i.

Always had good experience with these guys.They are very professional, very knowledgeable, and do good work. We have them maintain 3 of our vehicles and have since they opened. Have not had any problems and we always feel they are honest, explain options if any work might need to be done. This is in high contrast to many dealership service people.

Torsten did an excellent job at finding the parts that had been discontinued, having them shipped and properly installed in my 2004 Maserati Coupe. I am happy with the work and to have my car back so that I can once again enjoy driving.

Torsten was amazing! My son’s mini needed a big makeover. He called me within 2 hours with an estimate, we agreed on the work needed to be done and he completed the work in a day and a half! He even went out of his way to replace my son’s rear windshield wiper and he washed the car! He is honest, knowledgeable, and had our best interest in mind. I have been a loyal customer of Torsten for several years and have trusted him with the care of my 1974 Alfa Romeo Spider. Recently I gave him a tricky diagnostic challenge: brakes that failed only occasionally but were fine most of the time. After much effort and test driving, he discovered the cause of the problem, made the repair, and then drove the car extensively to ensure that the problem was truly fixed. He knows exotic cars well, does excellent repair and restore work, his prices are fair, and he is easy to work with. I highly recommend Prestige Autohaus.

Trouble shooting a 1993 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce. Torsten has done a great job bringing the car up to standards. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Torsten did an amazing job on my Porsche 2007 Cayman S. Maintenance, oil change and solved my run flat tire sensor issue. I would always recommend him.

This location has been taken over by Torsten Brune also of CT Autowerks. I have been bringing my car to him for 2 years to do a mechanical restoration of My 92 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce. He did his apprenticeship at the largest Alfa dealership in Germany many years ago. I have two other Alfa buddies that use him and we find him knowledgeable and more importantly honest and dependable. You will see Lambos, Ferraris, Fiats, and English cars there. I highly recommend him.

This place is not cheap but it is the highest quality mechanic shop I have ever stepped into. The owner Omer and his wife Micki are nice and always want to attack a problem at its root. Omer was a Mercedes Benz engineer in Germany, then in California like 30 years ago and since has been working on a bunch of european cars. He did a great job on my Maserati and on my Alfa Spider. He actually made the Alfa become a totally different car. Before, I couldnt drive at more than 50 mph, after I do 80! He transformed the engine! I have a lot of respect for the rare few people who take this much pride in quality!
