This review is for Marjorie and Jose. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek. Both were prompt and professional. They responded quick and answered any and all questions we had for them. I live an hour and a half away and they were very accommodating. To be more specific - they managed to get my APR down 3% lower than my previous offer (huge win!), the process was FAST, and they even delivered my car to me as late as 8pm. Their customer service was beyond my expectations. Thank you Jose and Marjorie!

I purchased my dream car here last week! My Sales Consultant is John Lee! He’s incredible, professional, and assertive. He communicated with me weeks before I came.. as I’ve been searching for this model. The Day I arrived my car was waiting for me to test drive it.. had my name hanging in the window. This Mercedes Benz Dealership is located in Walnut Creek California off of North Main Street, my 14 year old grandson loves high-end cars and the Mercedes Benz S Class is one of them. The Wonderful Car Salesman that greeted us was wonderful, he started one of Mercedes that my grandson fell in love with and let him set in the passenger seat while the salesman let him hear the roar of the engine. He encouraged my grandson to finish school, work hard and that he could have anything he sat his mind to. Thank you so much for your inspiring Words Sir. Drew listens very well. This is hard to find in many sales organizations. Hes very knowledgeable, but shares whats pertinent to what he heard us say. This is a very efficient way of serving well and solving peoples needs. He went above and beyond, so we ended up with a better car than expected because it was what we needed. Besides Drew being excellent, the other staff was also great: Nic was clear and concise with the financial paperwork and Amanda was friendly and speedy in getting us in. Leslie was efficient in getting us seen also. The other staff was wonderful too. Id recommend Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek to anyone who likes an excellent shopping experience, resulting in the best value.

Dealerships but we could not find anything that we were excited about and the customer service was not that great. We decided to make an appointment to look at a car we saw online with Mercedes Walnut Creek to check it out. Immediately Asim greeted us and was so friendly. After looking at the car we initially wanted to see we realized it wasnt a good fit for our family and Asim was so helpful in helping us narrow down a car that we really liked. He found us the car of our dreams a Mercedes GLS. Asim has so much knowledge about Mercedes and he answered all of our questions. Not only does he have knowledge but he is very passionate about Mercedes as a brand so he really made the whole experience of buying a car at Mercedes Walnut Creek very positive and exciting for us! Asim and his manager Mr Laurent worked together very hard to ensure we had the best deal and it was so good that it was impossible to walk away without the car. We were blown away by the customer service and positive experience we had from every person that helped us. The receptionist in the front, to the sales associates, managers, and finance associate as well! Mercedes Walnut Creek really cares about their clients and works hard to make sure they are taken care of and they go the extra mile. Asim went the extra mile for us and even when we stopped by the dealership after we purchased the car to drop something off he took the time to drive around with us and teach us about some of the technology in the car and made sure we left with a car wash! Little things like that go a long way and we will definitely be lifetime customers with Mercedes Walnut Creek because they went above and beyond. Not to mention the car itself is amazing and a dream! I have to rescind my previous post and apologize and also would like to thank Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek.My sister and her hubby brought me along a previous visit and i wasn’t happy. Probably because I was waiting inside a hot car while they were looking at a vehicle.HOWEVER, my sis and her Hunby ended up purchasing a used vehicle here and after showing it to me and the price they paid they were really happy and it made me happy.Sorry MERCEDES OF WALNUT CREEK! I shouldn’t have involved myself but it’s my sis. I definitely felt silly after learning they purchased the vehicle. BUT THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE IF THEM! I know my Brother in law is very Meticulous and also very busy. I’m actually looking to upgrade my Mercedes soon and I have to give this place an opportunity. See you guys around Christmas!

It was by far the most pleasant and streamlined car purchase experience I had. Compared to the other car purchase experience I had, it was a day and night difference.Josemaria (aka Jose) and Hany were amazing folks. They were very respectful and trustworthy and think from customers point of view and arrange for the best customer experience. DO NOT BUY A CAR ONLINE FROM THESE PEOPLE. Bought a Certified Pre Owned. Shipped to Florida for over $2k which they force you to use their shipping company and not your own. The car was in Terrible conditions with tears on the Leather and Body damage that even the delivery driver found the need to take pictures of. They Also shipped the car with NO PAPERWORK! I paid for the car on Dec 28 2020 and its Jan 12 2021 and still dont have registration and cannot drive the car that was a gift for my Mother. These People are horrible! DO NOT BUY ONLINE, maybe its a better experience in person. No Call Back, begged to speak to Gen.manager and nothing. Taking this up with my bank and filing a dispute with financing bank.

I am very thankful that I had the pleasure of working with Will and Jerel. Will of MB of WC sent me an online application and I completed it on my Laptop. I qualified for zero down $460 a month for 6 years on a very clean 2018 CLA with only 17788 miles. That price included an extended unlimited mile warranty until 11 23. Jerel delivered the car to me 45 minutes away and brought all the paperwork to me. Thank You Gentlemen I love my new car

I want to modify my reviews after the recent incident that I had with this dealership.Recently I got my rear tire severely damaged on highway. I didn’t hit anything or no accident and I was driving in California highway (not any remote place). I tried to take an appointment at servicing at MB dealer but seems the earliest in on Thursday (the flat tire happened on Sunday night). So I replaced the tire from outside tire place as its not feasible for me to wait for 4 days without a car.The car has only 7K+ miles so I was kind of surprised/disappointed that it happens in a CPO car with < 8K miles!Anyway when I finally got a hold off (after emailing and texting) the sales person (I believe his name is Danny something), he tried to first convince me that the tire place was trying to rob me by selling tire! I know a thing or two about cars and the tire place showed me that the inner wall of the tire was worn out. After telling him that, he told me its my fault that I took the car for tire change to the tire place! And told me he is very convinced his manager also cant do anything.I have a strong feeling they didnt check the tires during CPO inspection. And you guys are probably aware that customer is always right and you are in a customer relationship business. Sell a car and then forget about the customer, that kind of attitude sucks! And I am really frustrated with this salesperson: Danny guy. Horrible experience overall.Wanted to give 0 star

Today I came into the dealership having every intention to find a car for my parents but left with a 2020 white GLA Mercedes for myself. John Carandang made the whole process fun, easy and exciting. Brought my car in for a rough idle and misfire, car is a 2018 E63s. My service advisor was Vitia Aburto. She was extremely professional, courteous and, although it took about to week to diagnose and resolve the issue because of the Thanksgiving Holiday, I was kept informed of the progress and I am happy with the result. Great service. Ive since returned to get my wheels balanced and will be making them my go-to Dealer.

If you want honest pricing and dont wanna ripped off, come here. i replaced windshield 2.5 years ago, now i have cracks again and need to replace windshield again. i got a quote from another local Mercedes dealer, that service advisor just pull some numbers out of his rear, it 600$ more for installed windshield. at Mercedes Walnut Creek, they must have a fixed price cus this time i have a different advisor (the previous advisor doesnt work here anymore) and the price for installed windshield is around the same as my first time.

The sales person was very helpful, the rest of the staff was also great. There was no pressure, no pushing of the optional services. Finally, the process was easy, with none of the cheesy tactics used by many dealers.After my experience with post sale transactions, I can no longer recommend this dealer.I had specified that I wanted to deal with the same credit union that was financing my trade. I was assured that would be no problem. Several weeks I was notified that the vehicle was being financed by another credit union, that I was not a member of and would be required to fill out a lot paperwork and pay a membership fee. With no significant help from the dealer my credit union fixed the problem. Had the dealer done their due diligence all of this could have been avoided.Secondly, the dealership did not inform me that the vehicle had not been registered since November of 2020. Consequently, I paid a full years registration which will only be good for six months.Needless to say, I wont be dealing with this dealer again.

I wish I could give them 4 stars.Basic Maintenance and detailing took a day and a half and they were not that busy.Extremely friendly rep, with one caveat:If you wear a mask, wear it on your mouth AND your nose—covering just your mouth is an exercise in futility. Other than that, and the time they took, the job was satisfactory—at least so far.

Honestly, while I love the result of buying a car, I never look forward to the process of it. But this time, Danny at Walnut Creek MB has left me shocked; I have no complaints! In fact, he has saved us thousands of dollars from our budget. Long story short, when we werent seeing what we wanted (and yes, clearly he is motivated) he found us an older car than we were looking for, with a few more miles, but in perfect, I mean perfect condition. So go talk to Danny! Hell find you the perfect vehicle you werent looking for!

I have purchased a vehicle from them recently and this dealership scams people. They provide fraudulent information to their customers just to sell the vehicle. BEWARE and look closely when you sign contract, they tell people that in order to get approved for a loan bank says you need GAP or no loan. Thats how they sell their GAP and it has nothing to do with the bank you get loan through. Also, they say that they will throw in few extra things at no charge because you are such a great customer such as coating protection on the vehicle. But, so called NO CHARGE you will see it on your contract at almost $500. REALLY REALLY Disappointed with their service. You think that when you go to a big dealership such as Mercedes its going to be stress and fraud free place. Unfortunately Mercedes Dealerships are not the same as they use to be, I had really bad experience with Fletcher Jones Mercedes dealership few years ago and Walnut Creek is no different then Fletcher Jones.

I purchased my car end of Dec 2019 right before covid lock down. Sales and financial staff was excellent and probably had one of the best buying experience but after I took the car home thats when customer service went down the drain. They were supposed to ship me a front license plate holder as well as a plastic cover for driver side seat. I figured with covid it would take a couple months so I waited. I emailed the staff that helped me, no response. I called several times, spoke to several people, left messages and still no one got back to me. Its a very simple thing to keep your customer happy but I guess they really dont care about customer service once you purchase the car.

So my experience was on the other side of things... I actually sold them a car.Fantastic experience, hands down one of the best dealerships Ive worked with. They understand the importance of communication and being able to support a customer to get things done in a way that works for both parties.In full transparency I was ready to sell the car to one of the online companies first, but gave this dealership a chance to match the deal. They didnt match it though, they actually beat it!And their customer service was on another level. If youre considering getting rid of your vehicle skip the back and forth/waiting of the online places and give this dealer a chance .

**Updated** Despite a disappointing service experience, the manager was accommodating in mitigating the negative experience my partner and I had. We appreciated the communication and attentive nature of the manager who managed the issues. It was super easy to schedule the appointment. Chau was very easy to talk to and made the buying process super easy. Almost the entire documentation was online and I walked off with the car keys in less than 2 hours. They do not pressure you to buy any additional product or service. Caveat Emptor. These folks are selling vehicles with poorly repaired accident damage which isnt reported to Carfax, while simultaneously referencing the clean Carfax as a point of advertisement. Our salesperson was incredibly polite, though his lack of candor cost us a wasted day of driving.

Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek was supposed to have our car picked up (covered by our roadside assistance) on Tuesday. The towing company *selected by Mercedes Benz* was a no show, and nobody seemed to care or have any explanation for this. The following day, another company was selected by Mercedes Benz with no reason given. They showed up 3-4 hours later than their estimated time of arrival, and took our car in. From there, the problem should have been an easy fix; we simply needed a new tire which TWO employees confirmed that they had in stock (one of them even “double checked”). It is now more than two full days later, and nobody can tell me what is going on with my vehicle. Every time I call, I’m put on hold and told someone will call me back. I called Mercedes Benz customer care, and they said they would reach out to the dealership. Hours later, I still don’t know what’s going on with my car, and I honestly wouldn’t doubt that they will have my car for a fourth day (FOR A FLAT TIRE). The worst part about my experience is that they didn’t offer a courtesy vehicle when this was something they so clearly dropped the ball on. Beyond all of that, there’s no reason a vehicle with less than 20,000 miles on it should have multiple problems with tires, sensors, etc.I recommend taking your business elsewhere before considering Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek. The only attentive people on their staff are the members their sales team, and they only care about you when they’re selling you a car. After that, you’re on your own. They have proven to our family that they unfortunately do not value their customers’ time or money.

The Customer service at Mercedes-Benz is Excellent! I lived in Dublin, CA for 5 1/2 yrs, but started a lease in 2017 prior to moving to North Carolina in 2018. Now, that my lease is up. Will Noratto was Super dedicated to making sure I had all of my pre-lease return inspections completed. He also provided me with various options which ultimately helped me decide to purchase. Will was very hands-on always following up on everything just as he promised. He answered all my questions and was extremely professional and kind. My experience here purchasing a 2021 vehicle was unparalleled. From making an appt for a test drive, meeting with the sales rep, and closing financing docs. Drew was my sales rep and he was such a pleasure to work with, attentive and engaging, we settled on the price quickly, he was thorough with showing me all of the cars cool features, and made sure that I was taken care of. I expressed to him that I had a less than stellar experience at Stevens Creek MB thats why I drove all the way to Walnut Creek. The sales rep there completely turned me off and had his mask off and was spitting while talking the entire time and was gross and unpleasant to work with. I didnt buy a car there because of the fact that I was repulsed by the sales rep. Drew really went above and beyond to make sure that some minor scratches on the front of the car, probably due to branches, would be taken care of, set up the Mercedes Me app for me, and even put a surprise bow on my car because he knew it was my wedding anniversary, waited until I was done closing financial docs so that he could answer anymore questions before I drove off. I also had come in with my own approved financing and told Drew I did not want to run credit again for financing and he wrote it in big letters and made it clear to financing multiple times. He even called me a few days later to see how I liked the car and had any questions, as well as following up on scheduling service to buff out the minor scratches. They really do treat you like VIP and its evident in how busy it was here on a Friday night. Working with financing was also a breeze and the finance manager was friendly and helpful as well as everyone I encountered at this dealership. I forgot I had a credit fraud alert on my card, but we were able to split the down payment on two of my husbands cards no problem. The overall process did not take too long, and was smooth and easy. I really had an impeccable car buying experience. I love my new car so much and would 100% come back here for my next vehicle and would highly recommend to others.

Story -Was on a trip to SoCal, and AC went out. Continued, got to LA, found a non-MB repair shop open, they took a quick look, provided estimate to replace AC unit, didnt have parts, and we decided to continue our trip. Got to destination, found local MB dealer there, went in for repair but did not pursue ... Customer service was not as expected, and fees/estimate were very high (and, they essentially copied the description of the non MB estimate...turns out they did no diagnosis...more later). Went back to non-MB service shop, had AC compressor replaced, then they couldnt program it to operate. Gave up, returned home to NorCal. Took it to MB of Walnut Creek, my regular long term service provider, where I purchased the car initially.MB Walnut Creek looked, determined the compressor was not the initial issue, it was a cable issue, and repaired it quickly. Their service was accurate, precise, and far less expensive than either the unnecessary AC replacement at the non-MB shop, as well as the trip destination MB shop (who charged over $400 for an inaccurate estimate that would not have solved the problem). Moral of the story - Ill continue to go to and appreciate the service I ALWAYS receive at MB of Walnut Creek.

When it was determined that the repair would take two hours instead of the one hour I had anticipated, they gave me a ride home and picked me up upon completion of the work.

The customer service here is great, the woman we worked with, Jessica Weinberger is by far the best sales-person I have seen. My person, Joel was so professional, personable and kind - LOL he took my mind off the fact that I had a big bill for very necessary car repairs! My car is old – it’s a 2011 and for the last six years, I’ve been taking it to a local mechanic. But I told my husband today that will be no more – I will forever take my car to your dealership for all repairs. The big bonus was having my car cleaned!!! Anyway, I’m happy to write this note because everything about your service area was exemplary. This dealership must have a magic touch for hiring many many great employees - everybody was so professional and helpful (very positive vibes at the dealership). And most importantly, I felt that the crew was very trustworthy.

It has been two months since I purchased my vehicle from this dealership. And I purposely waited this long to write this review in hope some one there would have the courtesy to call me and hear about my experience with them. Two days after I drove away in my new car, I was asked to go back to their sales office and sign a document which apparently they had missed the day of my purchase. I tried to speak to someone about questions I had regarding the navigation system but no one seemed willing nor interested in helping me. When I finally spoke to my sales rep, he simply said my car did not have a navigation system. He then suggested for me to use the apple car play feature which directly connects to my iPhone and use google maps. My concern was that the cooling off period for my contract was about to expire and I would end up with a car I wasnt totally happy with. So I made several calls to Mercedes Benz U.S.A. with whom I filed a formal complaint and was told I would hear directly from some one at the dealership, but this never happened. Why a brand name with so much distinction and prestige as Mercedes Benz would provide this type of customer experience, it is beyond my comprehension. The augmented reality navigation system is one of the best features Mercedes Benz has to offer in this line of vehicles and to my misfortune I do not have it. Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek is a convenient location for me so I will have to use them for my vehicles regular maintenance. But I will never purchase another vehicle from them nor refer any one I know to them.

My experience was very positive. When I arrived they immediately took my car and asked about anything else I wanted done. I told them one thing needed to be fixed and Michael said they would fix it. I asked about a loaner and they gave me one at no cost. Later on Michael called about two problems that were found, one of which was expensive to repair. I authorized them. I was told that it would require my car be kept overnight and that I could take the loaner home. The next day I returned the loaner and got my car. Everything had been done and my car was spotlessly clean inside and out. I have not complaints about the service other than the cost, but it was what I agreed to. I assume the dealer ofter hears moans about expensive repairs, but overall I dont believe a Mercedes is anymore expensive to maintain than any other car and mine is now ten years old.

I received horrible service at this dealer, even though I bought the car here. After paying for a $770 oil change, they ignored a safety recall on my car and tried to tell me the defective safety issue did not exist. Having paid for top quality service, I was disappointed to be given the run around. If you have other options, don’t have your car serviced here.

The pick up process was absolutely beautiful. I received an email and text letting me know my car was ready. Both had links to review and pay the bill online. I paid, texted back that I would be there in 30 minutes. On arrival, my car was out front with a copy of the receipt in the car. We were approved on a C300 we test drove yesterday. Applied for the financing same day evening. And today it was approved so we scheduled a 5pm pick up of the car today At 11am(10th Jun, 2020). We get a text message now at 1pm a whole 2 hrs later from the agent saying they sold the car. We werent told there were other offers or given an option to put the car on hold. I own a Mercedes and have never seen such unethical behaviour from other Mercedes dealership.It is very unfortunate to go through the experience of preparing to get the car in 2-3 hrs and being sent an unapologetic message that the car is sold. There was no attempt for courtesy call to inform, but the agent did not hesitate cold calling to check if we wanted to buy the car when we showed interest.

The staff are well organized. My service advisor, Mike Sevey, is top notch professional who provided necessary updates on work progress. My SUV didn’t need cleaning, but he had it washed anyway. I purchased a 2018 Mercedes Benz 250 on 3-30-2021 and I couldnt go the the dealership to pick up the car so they delivered the car to me. But then there were a few issues with the car, it had a chip followed by a crack in the window shield and also I disliked the tented windows that were put on the car from the previous owner. So I requested that the tented windows be removed and the the cracked window shield be repaired. And they delivered the car back to the dealership and had the tented windows removed and the replaced the entire cracked window shield with a new one with no cost to me. This most excellent customer service any customer could ask for. I recommend Mercedes Benz Of Walnut Creek to anyone who have vehicle purchasing needs.
