What a great experience! It was fast, seamless & my 2 year old was able to sit with us through the whole thing so that should tell you a lot! We were helped by Damian Perez who made the experience amazing, I walked out with my dream car and couldn’t be happier. I would without a doubt recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

I dropped off my vehicle for a recall and was met by a nice service person that said it would be ready end of day. Easy. Later in the day I receive a call from the service person telling me the work was completed, but they found a leak in the power steering line. I asked how much that would cost and if it needed to be fixed immediately. He quoted me $1500 to repair the leak. I asked if I could purchase the power steering fluid to get me by. Answer was we do not sell to consumers. I got my car back and decided against the repair. Thankfully! I took my car to my trusted mechanic for an oil change and to ask about the repair of the leak. He told me after changing the oil that a bolt came loose on the power steering line and it just needed to be tightened up. He also sold me the power steering fluid incase the leak came back. I never used it. One year later and my car is free of the leak. This dealership should be ashamed of themselves for trying to fool me into an expensive and unnecessary repair. Stay away from this place. Try another dealership if you must use a dealer for a recall.

Be careful with Omar. Went there as I had issues with a/c. Omar took care of it and ask me to sign the drop off document. He didnt even mention about the diagnosis fee at the drop off. Later he mentioned on the phone diagnosis fees will be applied to the repair work. I was surprised about the charge but he ensured that this will be applied towards the repair work. Went to pick up my jeep next day and surprise to find out that they charge me two diagnosis fee totaling to 400 fees in addition to repair work. Questioned cashier about the extra fees and Omar lies and mentions it was communicated during the drop off. We told him it wasnt discussed. He didnt even bother to apologize and still insist we are responsible for the fees. Dont want to argue about it with these liars. Never ever will take back my jeep their for service.

Exceptional customer service! I took my car in for a recall repair. I was called and informed they found a second recall on my car that they were repairing as well. Jose was polite, friendly and kept me updated on the status of my car. They went above and beyond by washing my car as well. That is GREAT customer service. I would highly recommend this dealer for repair service!

Tl;dr: Victor Figueroa was amazing (please ask for him and tell him Big Kahuna sent you. He doesnt know what that means, I just thought itd be funny for Google referrals to say that). Just bought the car today, in and out in 2 hours. My wife and I were shocked how chill and efficient of a dealership experience we had including the sales/finance manager. If youre a parent ( or have the spirit/joke of a dad, buy a van. We can be friends and do Pacifica Hybrid meet ups like cool people who own Teslas and Minis do but we go to a Krispy Kreme and compare child car seats and talk about chores we do around the house that have now become our hobbies.----My wife and I already own a RAV4 and one night we were asking ourselves, how can we even be MORE suburban parents of 2 young kids? and then it came to us. We need a van. Ive always wanted one growing up and envied my friends rolling up to middle school in their 1998 Nissan Quest. Better late than never.Ive been following KBB, Driven Car Reviews, Doug Demuro, and other car YouTube channels and theyve all been raving about the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid for the past few years and how its been out scoring equal or better than the OG Odyssey and Sienna. I went on Costcos Auto Program and they partner with Chrysler WC so I gave my info.If you want a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler and you live in the Bay Area, stop what youre doing and call the dealership and ASK FOR Victor Figueroa. Ive bought 3 brand news cars in the past 9 years and been to more dealership than I can count. Ive worked in sales for almost a decade so I know when people are lying and being aggressive. Do you KNOW how you have a good seller? You dont feel like youre being sold to. Victor was incredibly responsive via email, we spoke for 30 minutes on the phone and he invited my wife and I in for a test drive and made himself available for us.When we arrived to the dealership (all employees wore masks/socially distanced and a worker was sanitizing common areas so we felt very safe in the building) Victor was super welcoming and asked us questions about our lives and really listened to what we want and what we could want in the future. He never tried to pressure us to do anything we didnt want, remembered what we told him, and was really like a friend during the whole process. We work from home and were on tight schedules and he was 100% understanding and respected our time. We emailed through the evening and agreed to come the next day.Fast forward to today. He had the car detailed and ready when we pulled up. We signed the papers. BAM. We settled on what we wanted and they ran our credit. Boom. We went to sign off on paperwork with finance. SMASH. We were done in 2 hours. There was ZERO pressure to get any add-ons while they still informed us of what we should get but we politely declined.On our way out, he already charged the plugin-hybrid battery to 100%, filled us up with a full tank of gas, personally got a few extra spots detailed and put a big bow on the car and took a pic for us. Thats how you sell a car and build loyalty. 100% telling all the parents at our daycare to come here and also all our fellow Google-ites.As Fort Minor(too old?) said, remember the name: Victor Figueroa. Thanks for the help and we love the new car!

3 things. I scheduled an appointment which I know from a service buddy should have been a 10 minute computer program but was told upon arrival a least 2 hours. $199 for this change which was a minimum they said. 3rd is cashier person made me feel embarrassed because I dont have an address and insisted she needed one, I left . Not everyone is walnut creek rich. :(

A gracious Alberto and quick response by Giovanne upon arrival may have helped to win over my fiancè and I. We had only stopped to look and ended up walking away few hours later with our 1st baby together as a couple. Between the my fiancè and I, together we have a total of 10 children and just moved from Canada 4 days earlier. We needed another vehicle and stopped to only look (honest, I did 😉).All staff were responsive, ready to assist every way possible. The way we were assisted to make everything smooth and painless and by painless i am referring to our wallet lol Alberto went above and beyond to get us best deal possible. When he got an answer he didnt think was good enough he tried again.The staff also assisted in our fun little harmless prank we wanted to play on the kids and went along with it.At the end of the day.. we highly reccomend this establishment for their business.I usually dont believe in perfect scores as there is always room for improvement.Their warm welcoming, professional conduct, highest quality products, clean environment and friendly staff give them well deserved 5 stars!! They were not pushy car salesmen by any means and very understanding.The free wi-fi, bottled water, coffee and conversation while you wait made it a comfortable waiting experience.Very happy and very satisfied customers we have now established roots and driving around in style as well as comfort. Really had a great shopping experience here, even though I didnt end up buying from them. They were a little pushy (thats their job), but not extremely pushy like what Ive experienced at some other Jeep dealers. Social distancing test drive made us feel comfortable and the only reason I ended up buying from somewhere else, was because they are relatively small with a limited inventory selection.

Took my car in for riding rough and needing oil change.Day to drop off car had engine light,they said ok to drive,this was in september..Dropped it off and have bumper to bumper warranty but after a week or so and $3500 later I get it back to be slipping and another engine light after a week!.Sooo,had to drop it off again...THEY STILL HAVE IT(Its now end of february)!I dropped it off at the beginning of october.We are currently waiting on an engine,since it seized during a test run after 4 months in their care, to arrive from Texas who is in a blizzard!!!UGH!I am hoping I get it back before 6months!!!!I didnt want to rate with ANY star but it wouldnt allow me!!!

Earlier this year I first stepped into this dealership after an exhaustive hunt to find my next car. The staff at this Walnut Creek dealership were a huge breath of fresh air after all the other dealerships I had visited prior. They were kind, professional, and not pressuring at all. My salesman was Keith and that guy was a straight up sir and gentleman. I couldnt be happier! To date I dont think Ive worked with a Salesman who had just as much fun as I did exploring all the details of car and test driving it. I really do feel like a valued customer and I am now the very proud owner of a 2017 Dodge Charger RT Scatpack. I would happily recommend this dealership if you are looking into purchasing any of the FCA vehicles.

My first 3 Rams I didnt buy at this dealership. When I went to buy my 4th, I had it special ordered. After waiting 2 months for it to arrive, they told me it arrived. The next day they sold it to someone else. I couldnt believe they would devalue a repeat client. This sent me on the path to find a different dealership.I walked into the Walnut Creek Ram dealership and pleasantly greeted by a sales person named Pourya. He welcomed me in and sat me down. He asked me lots of questions and listened to my needs. He made a suggestion that the other dealership never mentioned. This was a big value add for our fleet. Pourya was a great pleasure to work with. I recommend him! Afterwards he introduced me to his manager David, who surprisingly gave me the time of day and was interested in making sure my experience was great.Pourya then helped go over all the new trucks and make sure blue tooth was set up and I was familiar with the features.I have since been back 2 additional times to purchase more trucks. Each time great service with Pourya and David.Thanks guys!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealer. I went in for a radio exchange, a wiper motor going bad and a blower resistor going bad again in the HVAC system. Just to get diagnosed was $200 per each item, which probably took them about 30 mins since already told them the issues.It gets better! Instead of using some of this money to move forward in pricing. to fix the motor on the wipers and the resistor they wanted another $1500.00 on top of the $600.00I called another small guy in PH and I am picking up my truck today for a total of 650.00.To top it off after I posted my original review above the dealer service manager called me and offered a refund in the amount of $200.00, admitting their pricing was high, basically. I asked for $300.00 to which she agreed. HOWEVER!, here is the catch. the refund is in future Service from this dealer. Why would I do that so I can go get robbed again?Please people veer away from these dealers and keep the small guys in business. This is absurd because they are a dealer and in Walnut Creek they think $200.00 is ok?!You would have thought I owned a Land Rover or Mercedes at this pricing.

I have never in my life had such INCREDIBLE service at a car dealership! I came here roughly a month ago when servicing my Dodge Challenger after getting horrible service elsewhere. I happened to be in the market for a new car and really was interested in buying a Jeep.Derek P was so fantastic! Absolutely pressure free, not pushy at all. When I told him I was still looking around and that I wasnt ready to buy, he did not pressure me, did not say the classic lets finance it, or what will it take to get you in here today? He was calm, collective and very informative. He advised me to test drive as many cars as I could, never felt like I was wasting his time and in return, when I was ready to purchase, I came to see my new friend.Service department: AmazingSales (Derek): Pressure free, amazing and the absolute bestGeneral Manager (David): Incredibly friendly and not pushy at all!Go see Derek if great service is your thing. I found the perfect Jeep on their website and from the get go they were super helpful. I worked with Derek Porter who gave me a great deal via the Costco auto program. I really don’t like car buying and they made the experience actually enjoyable. Derek did his duty as a sales person to ask about all the various things but he was never pushy. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the Jeep. Most salespeople (I’ve found) have little knowledge about the car they are selling. This was not the case with Derek. He had answers to all my questions and has kept in touch with after the sale to make sure all was good. He was transparent and helpful through the entire process. We were in and out in 2 hours and never get pressured or like we were getting ripped off.

Thank you Pouria and Alfonso for making my Jeep dreams come true!I was in the market for a Jeep for several months, visiting multiple dealerships around the Bay Area without closing a deal.Thankfully I connected with Pouria who provided one of the most impressive customer experiences I have had. Off the bat, he was super knowledgeable about Jeeps and was able to answer all of my questions (this was not the case at literally every other Jeep dealership that I visited, where as a first time buyer, I seemed to know more about the product than the dealership).Due to the pandemic, I was ultra nervous about car shopping. Not an issue at Walnut Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge! The team here went above and beyond on COVID cleanliness: wiping everything down every 30 mins and between surface touching (desk tops, chair, pens, everything), Plexiglas installed in closed offices. N95 masks while in the car. It was amazing and I felt safe the whole time.Over to financing… I LOVE to negotiate! I have a background in finance and a hawks eye for detail. Everything was transparent and above board (other dealerships around the Bay Area tried to sneak in line items for BS stuff like poisonous scotch guard - no thanks!).The absolute kicker that made me a life time customer of this dealership was offering credit union financing options (ultra competitive APR against large banks) to help me get a financing option that was good for me and good for the community.Although Walnut Creek was a bit far from SF, it was totally worth it to leave with the Jeep of my dreams, a great customer, safety & community aware positive experience. Had heater core replaced just over a year ago ($2000) A/C quit working 6 months later took it back they charged me $360 to recharge system said no leaks 7 months later here i am no A/C took to another shop they put camera in evap case and found leak right away, stated the dealer should have replaced during heater or they damaged it when working on it. Will never go there again

I recently leased 2019 Dodge Challenger. I gave my requirement 10 days back and it was very specific. May be I did not exactly what i was looking for but they were able to find better options.They gave me a great deal but more importantly, they werenvery clear in communication.Dealt with Matt, Keith and Mo. They were very cooperative and supportive during my deal. I came across couple of hurdles but they as a team did wonderful job. Thank you Billy! Truly exceptional service and a great person. Listened to what we wanted, asked questions to help us make decisions, did an excellent job finding the color combo we wanted after he showed us multiple van exterior and interior combos in stock. He really cared about our experience and getting the vehicle we wanted. David also assisted us and was polite and helpful. Alberto was very nice and brought clarity to the financing, charges and additional purchase options we could choose and did including the extended warranty (opted for since new vehicles have tons of computer components and buttons that can fail and cost big bucks to repair, divided out over the length, was only a couple hundred bucks additional each year), gap insurance and Zurich protection. Very impressed and happy with our experience and purchase. Looking forward to returning for services visits and to buy our next Ram truck there.Side note, I had viewed other dealers websites and even called them but chose to come to Walnut Creek CJDR when I spoke to my uncle about our interest in getting a Pacifica Hybrid. He has known multiple people there for decades and highly recommended them and their professionalism. It is rare to find people who have worked at the same dealership for 15, 20 years and that is true here because they are great people and a great dealership who care about the customer.

Best car buying experience Ive had!! I was on edge after trying to buy a car online thru VROOM and CARVANA, what a joke. Jeep in Walnut Creek help ease all the tension those dealerships built up for me. They had the car ready to go, was met right out front by Billy the sales person. He knew my name and shook my hand. He knew exactly the car I was there to test drive and did his research on the cars vehicle history report. They worked with my 3rd party lender and got the deal I wanted without any haggling back and forth. This dealership is by far the best place to buy a car in the SF bay area!!

Moved in bay area recently, bought my jeep grand Cherokee in Flagstaff Arizona. I lost my wheel locks key and called them. First thing they asked me was if I was a Walnut Creek customer. When I said that I just moved here they immediately told me oh ok even before they asked me why I was calling for, then they said well give me your contacts, well call yo back.Guess what, never heard from them, called another time, same thing and never called back.If you didnt buy your vehicle, not worst a phone call they really dont care.Very poor customer service.

I look forward to car shopping as much as I look forward to dental surgery. Our experience at WC Chrysler was surprisingly nice! Friendly but not pushy salesman, who addressed our 2-mom family with respect, answered all our questions straightforwardly, and gave me an outlet for my laptop in his office to refer to my research and comparators during negotiation. Half a star off for the slightly pushy guy trying to sell us the extended warranty. Nice play area for kids. Overall good experience, which Ive almost never said after buying a car.

George Smith in service did a great job. Got my car in the shop early and on the road asap while out of town stranded. Any time I am in the area I will be back for anything needed. Monica in sales was also very helpful while discussing the idea of a newer car. The dealership was clean and everybody was helpful and friendly. Walnut Creek CDJ fixed a complicated issue with my air conditioning in my Rubicon which others could not figure out. They put me in a Ram 1500 in the meantime and were very informative friendly. I have been to this service center a dozen times over a course of two new vehicles, but this last visit prompted me to write this review in hopes it will make you a bit more cautious.To make this short Ill just describe my last two visits to their service department with my brand spanking new car. Two months ago I took it in for a malfunctioning heated seat. They troubleshot it to a bad heating module and told me to come back when they get the part.Fast forward about a month and my car is at the dealership for a couple days. When I picked it up I noticed deep scratches on the interior trim and a dent on the metal frame under the door (as it sits closed). I am a pretty lenient guy so I decided to let it go. I probably shouldnt have because a few days later I realized they didnt fix the seat!Back at the dealer a few weeks later I pointed out the damage to the service rep and nicely asked to tell the techs to be more careful. They kept my car for about four days telling me that the wrong part was replaced initially. I was ok with this as long as I get my car fixed I thought.WRONG! I got the car back and inspected for damage when I got home. Even more deep scratches on the trim, paint, and the back of the seat looked like someone took it apart with zero regard for my hard earned money. On top of it all they gave me my car back on empty!! EMPTY! I left it there half full. Oh and I saved the best for last............the seat is broken again! BEWARE! If you care for your car keep a close eye on their craftsmanship...No way I am going back there, I just dont want my time wasted and my car damaged further.

I recommend this dealership service department I have a 2018 Jeep Cherokee my car dashboard kept saying service shifter I thought taking my vehicle to my closest dealership near me which was san Leandrocdjr was the best option due to it being closer to home well I was proven wrong. I had an appointment to drop my vehicle off on the 21st of August I waited and waited in a long line over 15 to 20 minutes until i was greed it and helped My car was there for A-day in a couple of hours I was never notified that my vehicle was going to stay at the San Leandrocdjr location for overnight 😠no one never called to give an update or nothing the Mechanic that was working on my car quit in the middle of servicing my vehicle. I was told the next day that I can come and pick up my car they found the problem it was a software update!!👀 3 days after having my vehicle back the same thing I took it in for service for occurred again I then made an appointment with walnut Creekcdjr When I tell you they are very professional they care about their customers they may sure you understand what is going on they keep you updated they greet you they make you feel important they put thier customer 1st a couple hours of my car being there I was called with an update in a diagnose!!!! They are the best and I will be taking that 40min ride for service just because they are that good!!! Thank you walnut creek Chrysler jeep dodge ram!!!🥰

Kevin was great! He saw me waiting and came right out to help me. He listened to all the problems I have had with the Jeep Renegade that I bought at a dealership in Washington a year ago. I took my dodge challenger in to fix some recalls and everything was fine until I heard some rattling so I check under my car they did not hook up the alternator correctly, some bolts were left loose, my lift points were damaged, and my wheels were curb rashed. Would not trust the service department with my car.Update: the service department reached out to me, rescheduled an appointment working with my time, feeling hopeful.

Im so upset that I ended up buying a Chrysler in hopes that the company had changed but my less than year old car is already having multiple issues. I dont think it will last the five years I financed it for. So nervous once the warranty expires. Ugh!

Instead of boring you with all of the details, let me get to the gist of the issue: liars, malfunctioning vehicle, offered to offset cost of repairs needed due to malfunction by paying for insurance deductible, promise, promise, promise, until we paid then ghosted. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! There should be ethical, and legal standards for a large corporation, but this one doesn’t care.

Took in my car for some recalls that were due on them and all the staff were friendly took care of me very fast, too bad after i went. To pick up the car found a huge scratch on the rear passenger door and now i have to buff and polish the whole section and on some parts of the car it looks as thought some animal was using it as a scratching post, i am very disappointed with my first dealer experience.

Billy from Sales and Mario from the Parts Dept. took time out of their day to help me get the right screws I needed for my license plate, which was falling off and hanging on by a thread due to incorrect size. An overly folksy and friendly sales team demeanor during the presales phase of my nightmare. Unfortunately, post sales, the experience has been the exact opposite. Apparently, once you purchase their shoddy product you are stuck with dealer and manufacturer and a worthless warranty who deceitfully shirk all responsibility and avoid doing any warranty work to save money at your expense.The nightmare began when I purchased from this dealer a brand new 2016 Jeep Wrangler that was delivered from another dealer in another state sight unseen in good faith. However, since being delivered and still today, the vehicles manual six speed transmission, (the NSG370 which I am learning post purchase has been plagued with systemic serious problems), shifts like an old grain truck grinding habitually from the outset on the first to second gear up shift. It is a real nuisance to drive and a distracting safety hazard as your hand on the shift lever throbs and vibrates violently as gears moving at different speeds clash and shear as they attempt to mesh and engage in the gear slot. Dealer and Manufacture, with an already impressive gear-shifting malady pedigree, engages in plausible deniability, double talk, collusion with other dealers as your compliant is stored in a corporate database visible to all dealers, and they just cant seem to find or are unwilling to find the obvious defect resulting in a very frustrating standoff. I would strongly counter-recommend the Product, the Dealers, and the Manufacture as their being hostile and collusionary towards customer and unwilling to support warranty claims and service what they sell on their defective products. Mixed bag of salespeople, who you get will determine wheather you have a good or bad experiance.I showed up looking for a jeep one Sat afternoon, a couple of young guys seemed to be goofing around alot on sales floor, one sales manager was great to work with but i wanted to shop around as they didnt have what i wanted in inventory. I came back second day and a young saleslady was professional and helped me but this time i had a different sales mgr who was not willing to work a deal. Needless to say i ended up buying my jeep somewhere else.

They didnt try to increase the price above MSRP and were patient with my custom order. This dealership is full of very friendly folks. They also offered some addons that I choose to purchase after doing some research online that fit my needs. They were competitive on all fronts and I would definitely recommend this dealer. I also didnt feel too pressured on either the vehicle or warranty purchase, even though I followed through. This dealer also has great financing options that are better than what I was able to secure on my own. Give these folks a shot, Im sure you wont be disappointed.Also, they pre-registered my HOV sticker for me to pickup and they also sent me pdf copies of everything I needed to submit for my State Rebate and PG&E Rebate for the Pacifica Hybrid.
