Its been a very good experience. They quickly identified the issue with my wheels and tires and fixed it in two days including purchasing required parts. The result is a very nice and smooth ride that I cant stop enjoying.

M Service performed a bunch of repairs/electrical services on our 2015 BMW M3 that could not keep even a new battery charged after our getting little help at another shop. They were very professional and updated us every step of the way. My husband is thrilled to have his car back on the road!

Recently moved to CA and needed a license plate attached to the front of my Mini. I took the car to the dealership, and they wanted to charge me $200 for the hardware alone! I brought the car to M Service and they did it for half the price no problem. I’ll be back from now on!

If you want to be 100% sure that your car is in tip top shape trust this place. They will keep your car running like new and be honest about what it needs.

I damaged the Cover pan steering rack system by a wrong turn in the mountains and was forced to take it to M-Service in Walnut Creek unexpectedly. They charge me $3500-... Which 2700 was in parts. Forced to pay it to retrieve my car but when I got home I called a few of the Mercedes dealerships In the surrounding areas and Verified how much The certified Mercedes parts were and found out that they overcharge me on each part...I WAS SHOCKED...ex: Mercedes dealership had one part for $1197-, M-service charged me $1888- for that part.When confronted him service to ask why such the mark up Scott replied “ it’s the bay area you can expect to pay more per part!”All seven different parts that they used to repair the car were marked up so badly I overpaid almost $1200 in parts. I’m sure it was because I was a single woman walking in there desperate and I do believe they did not think I was going to check what I was charged I don’t recommend them just stick to Mercedes dealership oh and by the way they charge over 200 for an oil change Mercedes certified dealership only charges 179 I should’ve known then ... beware!!!

I had an Electric/Programing issue in my A7, that can only be fixed at a dealership. That is what i was told after diagnostics. They quoted me $330 for the diagnostics, but since they couldnt fixed it there (and with a little back and forth) they agreed to charge me $160. I think that was Super professional of them. They even drove me home when I had left my car there. Def recommend their services (unless its for Programing lol) Good quality service.

I will never use Mercedes of WC again! They told me the repair on my 2013 Mercedes GL would cost $30K, then after pushing back they reduced it to $15 (if that’s not a red flag), so I took it to M Service, who I’ve heard nothing but good things about. They fixed it for $2,600. It still runs perfectly to this day. This isn’t the only car of ours they service. Dante and his crew are top notch! From the initial phone call to the time of pick up, you will not be disappointed. Definitely give them a call if you’re looking for an honest company with high integrity.

M Service provides a high degree of competence and customer service. They earned my business after another shop played whack-a-mole trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. M Service immediately identified and solved the issue that the other shop couldn’t after three visits. Scott and Dante translate car speak to human speak, which I also appreciate.

Ive owned over 10 BMWs and know these cars extremely well. Even restored 2 of them. To say it simple: This place is extremely expensive, they over repair things, and they are arrogant. For example, I had a pinging problem in my 1995 BMW. They said it was a rear knock sensor. Extremely expensive to fix and I knew this was wrong. So, I went to fix it myself and it was a $75 Vanos bearing. They quoted me about $775 for a $75 part + $125 per hour repair.If you have money to spend and you just need something convenient, sure, go for it. Theyll over repair and youre good to go. There are alternatives in the area. Just look around.Good Luck.

My 2012 Audi is getting up there and things are starting to break. Recently the glove compartment wouldn’t open and then the trunk latch was acting up. I took it to MService for a routine service and they fixed both glove box and trunk without spending the $700-1000 to replace the latches. Now I know this may not last but neither will the car! Thanks M Service. You are great problem solvers!

Brought in a BMW M6 because the alarm was constantly going off, Dante was very helpful with getting my car taken care of and walked me through the issues causing it. This was my first visit and I must say I was pleased. The services advisors were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They answered several questions I had which we not related to the basic service being performed. The price was reasonable and they finished sooner than I expected. They checked all the boxes for me and I will use them again.These guys were recommended to me by another Audi owner and I can say that I would recommend them as well.

I was having issues with smoking and burning through oil. Called and dropped it off the same day. Staff was very knowledgeable about bmws. They looked it over, fixed the problem and had it back to me later that day. Price seemed fair. Will be back if I need.

I told the guy at the desk what the problem was with my car, but he just keep talking and talking about himself. The guy loves to hear himself speak. In the end, they did a diagnostic, which was not definitive expecting me to come back and report what happened. instead, I just went to a different shop that actually listens. Problem solved.My sense is that the mechanics here are ok, but the guy at the front desk who takes in all the information brings the place way down.

The first time I went to M Service was back in 1986 or so when I moved to WC from SF and needed to find a place to service my BMW 528. Dante ran the show back then and still does today with the help of Scott and others n the front office and many guys turning wrenches in the shop. M Service is the ONLY auto repair service I have ever used for so long and the reasons why are pretty straightforward---quality work at reasonable prices delivered with honesty and enthusiasm. There is never any upsell of services or parts. Your problem gets diagnosed and the options clearly explained to you for YOU to decide. Even though I no longer live in WC, M Service is still my go-to shop for service and repair of my BMWs, MBZs and even a MINI or two. And also for others in my family and my auto enthusiast friends.

Extraordinary Service

Dante was extremely helpful and courteous. He was able to explain all of what the technician was able and not able to do in my short visit for an oil change and diagnostic. The overnight drop off service was very convenient and parking for the shop was located in an easily accessed lot off Mt. Diablo Blvd.
