Will tell you upfront what your car issues are and will provide you with a service estimate (that you will need to sign off) before they do any work. If they find more issues, the service tech will contact you immediately before the service department proceeds any further. So, there are no surprises.Service is completed within the allotted time frame or sooner.Oil changes are first come, first service (Express Service). But you can call ahead to make an appointment.Nice, clean, brightly lit waiting room with free self-serve coffee, tea, water and cookies. Free wifi. Also provides free local shuttle service (BART, your home or office) if your car needs to be there for the day.If you dont want to take the free shuttle service, walking distance to Target and close enough to walk to downtown Walnut Creek to get errands done while your car is being serviced.

I bought my Honda here 12 years ago, and have almost all my servicing done here. They are without a doubt the nicest most efficient car dealership I have ever used, met or even heard of. Everyone is helpful whether they are selling you batteries for your keys or major repairs. I always feel they are honest, sharing the prices up front. I recommend them highly wherever you bought your car.

Went in because I couldnt clear low tire pressure warning. Took prompt action for me; tires ok, indicator wrong. Reset & on my way in less than 10 min.

The service I receive here is always excellent. Started coming here after I found that Concord Honda was charging me for unnecessary services and Ive been enjoying it ever since. The people are always friendly and easy to talk to whether its in person or on the phone. Definitely enjoy coming here for service
