Mr. Kim is the most responsible mechanics I’ve ever seen in the Bay Area. He does things in a most responsible way and think from customers’ perspectives all the time. No tricks, no hard selling. And always willing to help answering car related questions, since I have no idea about car except how to drive it

Kim, owner of M & N Auto, is the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic I’ve encountered. He is extremely helpful when it comes to being realistic about what needs to be repaired and not ever have I felt anything other than good about the work he does. My dad first found him ~8 years ago and my whole family (and now friends) have been going to him ever since. I can’t recommend Kim enough.

Going here for several years. Always been welcome. Owner Kim also has great skill to take care of your car. I have none problem since I got my new car several years ago.He even pointed out some minor issue on my car that not many bodyshops pay attention and helped me fix it. He really cares about your car condition not only current issues but also upcoming future issues might occur.

I had an older car that needed to be converted to CA registration and plates. Owner offered to have my car towed to shop(free of charge), completed the smog and evaluation at a very reasonable price. I have taken my other cars to him now. He is very honest and reasonable with price. He will also provide choices for repairs, which is nice. Great place to take your car.

Excellent work. Did some research on repairing my Porsche breaks. This shop did the work after my extensive research. Other shops wanted significantly more money. M&N quickly did the work and honestly it was a real pleasure working with them. I highly recommend this repair shop. They are honest, fair and professional.

Blew out a tire on I-680, stopped in to replace it. Looking at the tire they thought they could repair it, so we went and had breakfast while they bent the rim back. they bent the rim back but they told us the tire was still unsafe due to a bubble in the tire. They didnt have that tire on hand, so they left it on and didnt charge us and redirected us somewhere that had a replacement!
