Dealing with this place was a complete waste of 450 dollars not only did they file incorrectly, the audit insurance is also a scam because when the IRS did audit I received zero help. Also due to the way things where filed I missed out on potentially hundreds of dollars and I now owe the IRS money thanks for waisting my time and money. I don’t even give out reviews but there service was truly horrible and deplorable I hope no one gives them business again.

I have used Washington Accounting Services for the past three years. I must say that this place is awesome and I highly recommend their services. Last year I walked in right before closing and Tiffany and her staff welcomed me and took great care of me. Instead of them pushing me away or making me schedule an appointment, they displayed great customer service and even stayed past closing to assist me in preparing my tax forms.

This place was recommended from coworkers. I attended for the first time this year and it was good initial service just dont get Audited. Things were left off my initial Tax form that for 450 bucks should have been caught. Dont pay for the Audit insurance either, they will not help you. Ill say again they will not help you. They will find ways to refer you back to this office which we all know after your money is taken no one is interested in helping. Ultimately its my fault for not triple checking my Tax form but for the amount your paying in this place I thought I was good to go. I say all this, but I can also state the fact that many coworkers I know happily attend this place. Just an honest review.....
