Coach Kevin is very pleasant and accommodating. The facility is clean and organized. I signed up for the 12 week transformation program which I am excited about. Coach Kevin invited me to a drop-in class to introduce me to his training style…whew’ I left feeling great about my upcoming transformation. I’ll give an update after I’m done the 12 week transformation 🙌🏽.

The coaches appear genuinely vested in my son’s progress. They have been attentive, engaging & encouraging. There can be improvement in relaying schedules.

Really great facility. Kevin the owner/coach is really motivating throughout the entire workout. If youre looking to get into peak shape theres no better place.

Love the gym! All the coaches are helping me with my fitness goals of loosing weight by summer. Can’t wait to share my before and after transformation. Highly recommend to anyone who’s trying to loose some weight and gain some strength at the same time.

Best Training Ever! Kevin and Colin worked great with my son and daughter.

My daughter cloud barely run in a straight line when she came to Speed Strength Performance but now shes the fastest on her soccer team

I signed up my 2 daughters for speed training and there speed time improved and there performance is alot better on the field.I will highly recommend them.

My Sons Lacrosse team worked out with the coaches at SSP and they loved it and got stronger and faster in the off-season

I purchased a 20 session two hour for 2 kids package and had problems scheduling from the start. We were highly motivated and timely to the couple appointments we had. The second appointment, I show up with the kids from driving 20 miles away and he says there is an emergency can we reschedule. Seeing frustration, he trained the kids for 45 minutes out of 2 hours. On the third session, 45 minutes in the owner/trainer comes up to me and says he wants to be real with me but he wants to end the session early and how he needs a vacation and if I am okay with this. I felt very uncomfortable in the environment, he was all over the place and looked paranoid and shoveled. I let him know how he was acting was not professional and that we would not be returning. He did okay training the kids and the kids enjoyed it and took to it but it was an unstable situation with him personally. There is no AC in the building so it does get very hot, bathroom is gross.
