Wanted VIP for $30. I was convinced to get the new $45 package. They do more cleaning of dashboard & hinges. I really need the hatch hinge cleaned. I had a lot of spiderwebs, seeds, & little leaves. They did all but that!

$30 for the VIP service - Thoroughly unimpressive.My first issue with the establishment is that its deemed necessary for EVERYONE to take a 30 break at the same time. So ALL work stopped, and apparently Id gotten there shortly after the break had started. So I waited in line for near half hour before anyone came out to get started.Once they all came back to work, it moved pretty quickly, since they had no less 2 people vacuuming, then no less than 5 people drying and hand wiping the vehicle after the drive through. But with all those eyes, my truck still came out looking like whats pictured. Definitely not $30 worth of VIP. Wont be going back there anytime soon. Wouldnt recommend.

Absolutely trash, so many better places. Waste your money if you want. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Management knows nothing. A bunch of children working. Place is garbage!

The employees are very rude and unprofessional and the quality of work is very poor. Not the same ownership. I bought the VIP platinum $45.00 service and the results were so bad that I will have to take it to another full service car wash. I don’t want them to touch my car again. August 2021

I was blessed up until the lady was badgering me for my receipt before I could take my car ....but otherwise it was great service as far as cleaning!

Seats wet, wheels still dirty and bugs still on the front of the car. This place is going down fast!

This place is great! The staff for cleaning my car are always very detailed I never have to go back and say hey could you clean this or that like the other car wash on 925. The only issue I have is with the receptionist, always on her phone NEVER greet you with a hello always look like she just bored and dont want to be there.

Terrible customer service. l would not reccomend this place. Also, no safety precautions taken during COVID-19 PANDEMIC.

Interior didnt appear to be cleaned. Used to be much better.

The staff was great, but not having a restroom for customer use was a downer I know the workers use the restrooms no way they can work all day without a restroom break but to tell paying customers the restrooms are out of service nah Im not buying that one.

WORST car wash! My car had white speckles all over it AFTER it was washed and they did a horrible job on the windows, wheels, and drying. Left bird poo behind and said it was gum, which I know it wasnt because I saw it while I was driving there.When I showed the manager he just justified why it looked that way and made excuses instead of just fixing it. We got pretty heated and thats when Suni (spell) stepped in and corrected the problem. If it wasnt for him this business deserves zero stars. I will never go here again and would not recommend their service.

I got the full service which included vacuuming and when I drove off and looked in the back seat I see crumbs all in the seat and my center console still has stuff in it. Im very disappointed and probably will never come back or recommend. To say there is a group of people working on the car SOMEONE should have caught what someone else missed... Go somewhere else

The $45 express detail was well worth the money without breaking the bank and the quality seemed just as good as a $150 detail I’ve had elsewhere!

Price going up but, I have to pay $30.00 for you to cleN bugs off. Clean is clean if bugs are on my car after its been through the car wash then its not clean. So what am I paying for.

Fast service. They did a thorough cleaning and wash on the outside and interior.

I paid $15.00 for an exterior car wash and my car rims look like they hadn’t been washed at all. Every time I come to this car wash, I either have to get on them about leaving soapy suds at the bottom of the inside doors or some other issue. This is the third time that I have visited this car wash and it will be my last time. Not satisfied at all and even when I told them about it, they declined to clean it. Don’t waste your money going there. The car wash ovet by forestvilke road does a much better job and they will have no problem to correcting any issues and making customers happy.

I’ve taken my truck in there several times and it’s a Dually and they usually hand wash it. This time the women out front drive your car stopped me and said I can’t go in the car wash and I explain to them that I usually get it hand wash and they told me no no no no no and laughed so I just left I called the office and they said yes they do handwashing. I recommended putting somebody out there who can Be more professional you can lose a lot of business doing business this way

The truck was pretty clean. Do better on the windows and makensure there are no streaks next time. The do it yourself vacuum was better for us!!

They dont clean your car or windows as good as they could. For 30.00 for the VIP - I shouldnt have dirty windows or dashboard. My tires should be completely shined tires and clean rims. But I didnt. This was my 2nd car in two days that i took there. The first one had a large area that had so much dirt the car was a different color where it was dirty.

Need 0 stars, plus, notice there are no review responses from the company. Obviously, this company does not care about customer service. My car was not clean at all after the wash and all Ruben, the mgr., wanted to do was wipe the dirt off with a rag. REALLY?! Dirt, road grime, salt dust from winter road preparation. This is just rubbing dirt into the paint, causing scratches. Ruben says they do it all the time and the car is clean, afterwards. After arguing with him, he finally washed the car again. He told me he would never do this again because he just lost 27.00. How in the world can this place be in business? I have left a message for the owner to contact me about this issue and the rudeness.Ruben does not care. Hopefully, the owner will.

Too expensive to half clean your car. The dashboard still had dust also one side of my tires was not shined.

Ive used this place a lot. Usually pretty good. Service has gone down over time. I go today and as I get there they put up a sign that says closed lunch. So Im wondering does that mean EVERYBODY take lunch at the same time?? Workers walk pass my truck like Im invisible. So I get out and walk inside to ask. Cashier says everyone at lunch same time. I asked the manager if thats the case then put the closed sign at the entrance so people will not drive all the way inside just to find out theyre closed. He gets an attitude and says that how we do it instead of listening to common sense and then he walks away while Im still talking to him. Very disrespectful. I had to walk out before I became disrespectful. They just loss a loyal customer.

The outside of the car was beautiful, accept for part of the windshield wasnt clean. The vacuuming could have been better. The dash wasnt clean like it would be normally.

They dont do rainchecks for the amount they charge for a wash is ridiculous. Never will get my money again

Disappointing Experience! I read the reviews and had the hopes of receiving a similar Great service. Well I was wrong! First, I purchased VIP with the goal to have the bugs removed from my front bumper. The car was still dirty after the wash/dry with bugs on the front bumper and dirt on the windshield. I asked the cashier to request the employee wipe off the dirt on my vehicle. Secondly, the employee sprayed my wedding ring with cleaner as I was showing her the dirt was easily removed with my fingers. Ultimately, I left disappointed as the cashier smirked at my dissatisfaction with my wedding ring getting wiped with cleaning products..no apologies. After, I arrived home noticed my rims were still covered with brake dust. Plus, I needed to wipe down my dashboard since still covered in dust. I returned to the car wash and requested a manager. Finally, an separate employee kindly cleaned my rims and removed the brake dust. I was glad to have a clean car after all the effort. Plus, I value an employee that can resolve a problem. However, I will not be returning to this location again because the majority of the workers washing/drying your car do not value our business.

Wow, you would think if you pay $30 for a wash and vacuum, they would actually wash the vehicle. My wife was amazed that she had to point out dirt on a brand new white truck. I will never return.

Im going to be honest, the employees have poor communicate skills. The signage is non-existent and it really wasnt worth the money I paid for the cleaning. They left streaks all over my windows and debris from their cleaning cloths all over the interior of my car. I rarely give 1 stars, but do yourself a favor and just go elsewhere.

First time and last time I wish I could zero stars. They lost my key and wont look for it. Left my car half wipe with water drip off it. Water was inside of my vehicle. Just throw my floor mats in the vehicle. When I ask them to correct tge problems they look at me like I am an alien. Ask for a manager he never appear. Even the lady at the counter act like it was a problem to call for a manager. I purchased the VIP and received the poor house treatment 😒!!!!

1st time here and chose the Ultimate package because it fit my needs and had a $5 coupon on website. Mr. Clean employee said they are unable to scan the coupon code from phones, and asked if I could print it. Really?? Printer in my car??I said I can show you the code and you can take the $5 off, and he replied, I just work here. I asked for manager and he said I had to go inside. I said forget it, you just lost $25-$30 and possible repeat business for $5 coupon. Went to Kleen Wave for $25 and did a decent job.

This used to be my car wash spot, but they dont vacuum my car good enough for me. They dont clean the mats very well and arent attentive to putting them back in my vehicle properly. They arent expensive, but Ill pay the extra $2 at another location to avoid having to correct these issues.

Worst place ever to get your car cleaned. I only go for convenience of being close to the house. They have the laziest employees on earth. The do just enough so they can sit their lazy selves back down and play only the phone. It’s not one time I leave satisfied.

For the price, they do a horrible job. I pay $32 for the best they had to offer as a first time customer and I had to ask them to re-vacuum and re-wipe down the interior twice because it clearly look like they didnt even touch it. They focus on getting the job done so quick that the quality goes out the window. Went home and re-Wash and vacuum myself for a true wash. Never going back.

I dont know what happened to this place. I used to come here every week a few years ago. Decided to try them out again. I gave the 2 chances this past two weeks and the wash and dry was horrible. I basically had to wipe my car down again when I got home. Not to mention the so called tire shine was all gone by the time I got home. Sad

I went to mr clean to clean my car with vip cleaning and I paid $30 they did not clean the back seats good and was left with trash when I went to go ask they said they don’t clean the back seats vip is supposed to include everything and they did not leave it clean. I will never ever return to this trash car wash. And also I wait 30 minutes because they were at lunch.very disappointed.

Horrible service! Mr rueban was rude, racist and money hungry! No matter what car wash I wanted he kept asking and asking to add more! No means No. Plus I noticed while waiting for my car to come out he was talking to another employee about how he can’t stand Americans. He specifically said “I always make sure to leave something dirty or purposely forget a tire shine, or wax spot on Americans vehicles”. He’s Latino which since he’s here in America wouldn’t that make him American? I tried to talk to who ran the place and they said rueban was the manager. I will never give my money to this place again. It’s sad to see how much this car wash has changed in ten years.

Over priced and they dont clean the car that well had to have them wipe car down twice and put more tire shine and wipe the rims and to top it off someone stole a few items from my vehicle. I spoke with the manager and he was unapologetic and never questioned any nor dis he look at the surveillance cameras to see who cleaned out my car. Never will I ever patronize this establishment ever again.

Even though it was cold you would have thought it was a nice summary day everybody had a smile on his face and everybody was doing a great job couldnt ask for more

This place is absolutely terrible for cleaning your car . I had a Bad experience and I recommend not to go there . They cleaned my car very poorly . I had to go get the vacuum to clean my own car, and I kindly asked the (Spanish ) manager to clean and wipe inside my car he was extremely Rude and unprofessional looked into my Eyes and told me get out the car wash !!!!

Total waste of $26. I had 2 complaints so i emailed after not getting any resolve there. And NO REPLY TO MY EMAILS EITHER. Hopefully many others see our reviews and go elsewhere. Mr Moses as a business owner you should at least adress your clients concerns .

Wax works well. Keeps grime off and makes the car easier to wash later on. Good service. Not a detailer but the wash is good. Have gone back because it works well and last long.

They did a great job, especially since I havent had a car wash since the pandemic started.

Terrible services, broke my mirror and my truck was still dirty. Cashier wasnt friendly as well. I do not recommend this place.

The manager’s response to the lingering bug residue was that “it can’t be cleaned”. Don’t waste your $30 on the so-called VIP service. Still had bug residue, still had brake dust and dirt smudges on the car that wasn’t cleaned until I pointed it out. Overall car was clean but it wasn’t a VIP service by far. I’m surprised to see so many similar reviews and experiences.

Used to be good, now way overpriced and not so good. The staff will wipe your car down and leave it there, nobody says I’m done c’mon, you just have to figure it out for yourself. I’m looking for a new place!!

Purchased the VIP wash @ $30 which includes BugX (well suppose too) got home bugs still on vehicle & windshield, tires half done, door jams half cleaned & windows all spotted up. Either new equipment is needed or new employees. Horrible wash!!! Won’t be going back anytime soon unless I see some 5 star reviews.

This car wash was my favorite. Effective May 2nd, theyve lost me as a customer. Veterans no longer receive a discount. And the female workers did a horrible job. They did not wipe my dashboard and my windows were not clean. I attempted to ask them several times, but they appear not to comprehend English.

The manger Rubin is completely unprofessional and rude.The staff is as well. Communication between the staff is Terrible!!! Do not go to this car wash! Save your time and go to the new one on St. Patrick’s dr.

Absolute JOKE! Spent 30 dollars for their “VIP” wash and had to go to another car wash immediately after to finish the job. They didn’t get all the soap off the car, the barley vacuumed the floors and didn’t touch anything else, they tossed my rubber floor mats into my car soaking wet covering the leather with soapy water and left one rim filthy. They told me it was done and I asked one of the workers if that was really it while pointing out some of the things I just mentioned and his only response was to literally laugh in my face. I can not believe this is a functional business.

Equipment left multiple scratches on my car, manager and owner refused to take responsibility. had to get my insurance company involved. plus service and workers arent the best either...prices are too high for what you get in return....go elsewhere!

So far the place does good work. Car came out clean and the interior is done enough for day to day dirt but why would you completely shut down your business for lunch? Theres like 20 associates working and you dont think its a good idea to gave lunch shifts? I tried to get my car cleaned during my lunch and my business got turned away as well as a few other people.

This place is terrible the vacuum job was a joke I had to go reclean my own car I wish it would allow me to post pictures

I was there on 3/29/2017 to have my car wash and im very disappointed after paying 27 dollars for a car wash and ending up wiping out the residue of the cleaner that they used in my car and finding out that they just throw all the placemat in my car in the back and didint put it back. the only mat they put back was at the driver side. I could have done a better job myself for 27 dollars that i pay..I was very dissapointed i dont think i will be going back in there again.
